Claims (7)
- 回転シャフト(25)のねじれを測定する装置であって、
レーザビーム発生器(27)と、シャフトに固定され互いに離間した2つの偏光フィルタ(29、31)と、レーザ光受光器(33)とを備えており、前記発生器は、放射したレーザビームが前記2つの偏光フィルタの両方を通過するように設置されており、前記受光器は、前記ビームが前記2つの偏光フィルタの両方を通過した後に該ビームを受光するように設置されており、前記2つの偏光フィルタのうちの1つ(31)の近くに反射システム(35)が設置されて、該偏光フィルタを通過したビームを反射してこのビームを前記受光器に向かってビーム自体に平行に戻すようになっており、
前記反射システムが45°の円錐台形ミラー(35)を備えていることと、
前記2つの偏光フィルタのうちの1つ(29)が、測定値および基準値を表す周期的な一連の偏光を得るように偏光領域(51)と非偏光領域(52)とが交互になったリングを備えていることとを特徴とする、前記装置。 - 前記2つの偏光フィルタ(29、31)が、前記シャフト(25)の2つの両端のそれぞれの端部近くに取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記発生器(27)および前記受光器(33)が、これらの光軸が一直線になるように、前記シャフト(25)の回転軸(X)に対して垂直にシャフト回転軸の両側に互いに面して配置されることと、前記シャフトによって担持される別の45°の円錐台形ミラー(43)が前記発光器(27)と前記受光器(33)との間に配置されることとを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフト(25)が中空であることと、前記シャフト(25)が前記2つの偏光フィルタ(29、31)を収容することとを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが、前記反射システム(35)を収容することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記シャフトが中空であることと、該シャフトが前記2つの偏光フィルタと前記別の円錐台形ミラー(43)とを収容することとを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 航空機ターボジェットのファンシャフト(25)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
