Description

The present invention relates to an artificial lawn laying structure capable of efficiently draining water brought on an upper surface by rain or the like.

Various inventions have been disclosed for the structure of an artificial lawn that drains water that has fallen on the artificial lawn due to rain or the like without staying on the upper surface thereof.

For example, Patent Document 1 discloses an artificial porous layer having a water permeability coefficient of at least 0.1 cm / sec and an inorganic porous fired tile laminated with a water-permeable artificial lawn cloth and a surface area of 0.01 to 1 m2. Lawn paving tiles are disclosed.

Utility Model Registration No. 2559558

However, the artificial lawn pavement tile as disclosed in Patent Document 1 is formed by laminating a water-permeable inorganic porous fired tile and a water-permeable artificial lawn so that the water provided on the upper surface of the artificial lawn is below the artificial lawn pavement tile. The structure is complicated, and there is a concern whether it will be possible to continuously perform replacement using artificial lawn paving tiles with the same structure when deterioration or damage occurs. There was a problem that.

Therefore, the present invention provides an artificial lawn laying structure in which good drainage can be obtained with a simple structure.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is configured as follows.
That is, the artificial lawn laying structure according to the present invention is an artificial lawn laying structure in which an artificial lawn is laid on a foundation layer,
The base layer is formed in a water-impermeable manner, and a plurality of drain grooves that are recessed downward are formed on the upper surface of the base layer at intervals.
The artificial lawn is formed by being planted so that the turf yarn is erected upward from the upper surface of the base fabric,
A plurality of water permeable portions from the upper surface to the lower surface are formed at intervals in the base fabric,
The interval between the water permeable portions is formed to be smaller than the interval between the drainage grooves, and rainwater that has fallen on the artificial lawn passes through the gap formed between the water permeable portion and the base fabric. The artificial lawn is laid directly on the upper surface of the foundation layer on which the drainage groove is formed, and is allowed to flow into the drainage groove.

According to the artificial lawn laying structure according to the present invention, a plurality of water permeable portions extending from the upper surface to the lower surface are formed at intervals on the base fabric on which the turf yarn is erected and planted. Water can be passed through the water permeable portion to the lower surface side.
And the base layer for laying the artificial lawn is made non-permeable, and a plurality of drainage grooves recessed downward are formed on the upper surface of the base layer at intervals, and rainwater that falls on the artificial lawn Then, the water flowing into the drainage groove through the gap between the base fabric and the foundation layer can be drained through the drainage groove.
Further, since the interval between the water permeable portions is formed to be narrower than the interval between the drain grooves, the water permeability of the artificial lawn by the water permeable portions is greater than the water drainage by the drain grooves of the foundation layer, The low water permeability of the lawn prevents water from staying on the upper surface of the artificial lawn.
In addition, by forming a large gap between the drain grooves, the uneven feeling on the surface of the artificial lawn due to the concave shape of the drain grooves is suppressed, the feeling of discomfort on the soles of people walking on the artificial lawn, The occurrence of irregular bounce of the ball is reduced.
In addition, when the artificial lawn needs to be replaced due to deterioration or damage, the artificial lawn is made by using artificial lawns in which each permeable part is formed at intervals smaller than the intervals between the drainage grooves of the foundation layer. Even if repair is performed such that a partial replacement is performed instead of a full replacement, a large difference in the drainage performance between the repaired range and the other range is less likely to occur.

In addition, if each drainage groove is formed in a grid pattern, even if the drainage performance of some drainage grooves deteriorates due to factors such as clogging of foreign matter, water flows through other drainage grooves that lead to this. Since drainage is performed, the overall drainage performance is continuously improved, which is preferable.

According to the artificial lawn laying structure according to the present invention, good drainage can be obtained with a simple structure.

It is a schematic diagram of a section showing one embodiment of an artificial lawn laying structure according to the present invention. It is the schematic which expanded the principal part of FIG. It is an enlarged view of the bottom face of the artificial lawn which shows the state of each water permeable part provided in the artificial lawn of FIG. It is an enlarged view of the base layer 1 which shows the state of each drainage groove 11 provided in the base layer 1 of FIG.

A granular material layer 3 filled with granular materials is formed between the grass yarns 21 planted on the base fabric 22 of the artificial lawn 2.
The granular material layer 3 of the present embodiment has a three-layer structure of an upper layer 33 disposed on the surface of the artificial lawn, an intermediate layer 32 below the upper layer 33, and a lower layer 31 below the intermediate layer 32. The upper layer 33 and the lower layer 31 are composed of elastic granular materials made of SBR particles, and in the present embodiment, SBR particles are used.
Further, the middle layer 32 is formed by blending cinnabar sand with an elastic granule made of SBR particles, and 100 parts by weight of the lower layer elastic granule is blended with 100 parts by weight of silica sand.
The granular material layer 3 of the present embodiment is formed in a three-layer structure using an elastic granular material made of SBR particles and hard dredged sand, but is not limited to this, and only the elastic granular material is used. Then, the granular material layer 3 may be formed, or only the hard granular material may be used.
Further, as an elastic granule, synthetic rubber such as SBR or EPDM or natural rubber particles may be used alone or in combination, and recycled products such as pulverized waste tires, elastomers, etc. may be used alone or in combination. Also good.
Further, as the hard granular material, granular materials such as cinnabar, other pebbles, ceramic particles, and resin pellets may be used alone or in combination.
In the present embodiment, the granular material layer 3 has a three-layer structure. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The granular material layer 3 may be composed of two or less layers, or may be composed of four or more layers. 3 may not be provided.

The base fabric 22 of the artificial lawn 2 of the present embodiment is formed with a round hole-shaped water permeable portion 24 penetrating from the upper surface to the lower surface.
The water permeable part 24 also penetrates the backing material 23, and is formed so as to allow water such as rain water that has fallen on the upper surface of the artificial lawn 2 to flow down below the base cloth 22.
Although the water permeable part 24 of this embodiment is formed in a round hole shape, it is not restricted to this, You may form in a long hole shape and may form in another shape.

FIG. 3 is a bottom view of the artificial lawn showing a state of each water permeable portion 24 provided in the artificial lawn of FIG.
The water permeable part 24 of this embodiment is formed in a round hole shape with a diameter of about 3 mm, and is formed over the entire surface of the artificial lawn 2.
Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3, a plurality of X2 and Y2 are arranged in the longitudinal direction and the lateral direction of the base fabric 22 with an interval of X2 and Y2, respectively. In this embodiment, X2 and Y2 are respectively provided. It is provided at an interval of about 7 cm.

Moreover, the drainage groove | channel 11 dented below is formed in the upper surface of the base layer 1 of this embodiment.
The drainage groove 11 is formed in a concave groove shape having a uniform width from the upper end to the lower end, and the drainage groove 11 of this embodiment is formed with a width of about 3 mm and a depth of about 5 mm.
Further, the drainage groove 11 is formed at a certain depth from the upper surface of the foundation layer 1, and the bottom of the drainage groove 11 is provided so as to have the same inclination as the upper surface of the foundation layer 1.
By providing the drainage groove 11 as described above, the water flowing into the drainage groove 11 flows in the drainage groove 11 along the inclination of the foundation layer 1 and is discharged to the end of the foundation layer 11. .
In the present embodiment, each drainage groove 11 is formed using a concrete cutter, and by using a concrete cutter, each drainage groove is easily provided at a certain depth from the upper surface of the foundation layer 1 as described above. Can do.

If each drainage groove 11 has a width that is too small, the drainage of the foundation layer 1 deteriorates. Therefore, the width is preferably formed to be 1 mm or more, more preferably 3 mm or more. .
Further, if the width of each drainage groove 11 is too large, it will affect the elasticity of the upper surface of the artificial lawn 2 at the part where the drainage groove 11 is provided and the other parts, and therefore, particularly athletic competitions, etc. It may become a malfunction in the stadium for performing. The width of each drain groove 11 is preferably 7 mm or less, and more preferably 5 mm or less.
Moreover, since the drainage property of the base layer 1 will fall if the depth of each drainage groove | channel 11 is too shallow, it is preferable to form the depth in 3 mm or more, and it is more preferable to form in 5 mm or more.
Moreover, since the strength of the foundation layer 1 may be lowered if the depth of each drainage groove 11 is too deep, the depth is preferably 15 mm or less, more preferably 10 mm or less. preferable.

FIG. 4 is an enlarged view in plan view of the base layer 1 showing the state of each drainage groove 11 provided in the base layer 1 of FIG.
The drainage grooves 11 of the present embodiment are formed in a straight line, and a plurality of drainage grooves 11 are arranged in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction of the base layer 1 with an interval of X1 and Y1, respectively.
In the present embodiment, X1 and Y1 are provided at intervals of about 30 cm.
Each drainage groove 11 is formed so as to extend from one end of the base layer 1 to the other end, and is disposed and formed so that the drainage groove 11 is provided over the entire surface of the base layer 1.

Water that has fallen on the upper surface of the artificial lawn 2 due to rain or water spray penetrates the granular material layer 3, flows down to the base cloth 22, and artificially passes through the water permeable portion 24 that penetrates the base cloth 22 and the backing material 23. It flows down to the lower side of the lawn 2 and reaches the upper surface of the base layer 1.
Thereafter, the water flowing along the slope of the upper surface of the foundation layer 1 reaches the drainage groove 11 and falls to the bottom thereof, flows inside the drainage groove 11 and is drained from the end of the foundation layer 1 to the outside. .
As shown in FIG. 2, a backing material 23 is entirely applied to the lower surface of the artificial lawn 2, but the planted portion of the grass thread 21 protrudes downward, and the entire lower surface of the artificial lawn 2 is uneven. Has occurred. Due to the unevenness, a gap S is formed between the upper surface of the base layer 1 and the lower surface of the artificial lawn 2, and the water that has flowed down to the upper surface of the base layer 1 flows through the gap S. Moreover, although the base layer 1 of this embodiment is provided in flat parts other than the drainage groove 11, the small unevenness | corrugation produced on the upper surface is also a channel | path through which water flows. Further, in order to provide a large gap S between the base layer 1 and the artificial lawn 2, the upper surface of the base layer 1 may be formed rough so that a relatively large unevenness is generated.

The water permeable portions 24 of the artificial lawn 2 of the present embodiment are provided with a distance of X2 and Y2 in the vertical direction and the horizontal direction, respectively, which are each drainage groove 11 provided in the base layer 1. The distances X1 and Y1 are narrower.
Thus, by providing each water permeable part 24, the water permeability of the artificial lawn 2 by each water permeable part 11 is made larger than the water drainage by each water drain 11 of the base layer 1, and the water permeability of the artificial lawn 2 is low. Water is prevented from staying on the upper surface of the artificial lawn 2.
In addition, when the artificial lawn 2 is deteriorated or damaged and needs to be replaced, the artificial lawn 2 in which the water permeable portions 24 are formed at intervals smaller than the intervals between the drain grooves 11 of the base layer 1 is used. Thus, even if repair is performed such that the artificial lawn 2 is partially replaced without being replaced entirely, a large difference in drainage performance between the repaired range and the other range is less likely to occur.

In addition, each drainage groove 11 of the present embodiment is formed in a grid pattern on the upper surface of the foundation layer 1, but is not limited thereto, and each drainage groove is unidirectionally only in the vertical direction or only in the horizontal direction. It may be provided so as to face only, or may be provided in other forms, but by providing it in a grid pattern as in this embodiment, foreign matter is clogged in the interior of the drainage groove 11 and so on. Even if a part of the water flow is lowered, the water flows through the other drainage grooves 11 connected to this part and is drained, so that the drainage of the entire foundation layer 1 is continuously maintained.

Further, in the artificial turf laying structure of the present embodiment, the artificial turf 2 is directly laid on the upper surface of the foundation layer 1, but is not limited thereto, a water-permeable sheet, a crushed stone layer, a permeable concrete layer, etc. A layer having water permeability may be provided. However, if these water-permeable layers are provided, they may deteriorate during the course of use, and the waste and debris may fall downward, causing clogging of the drainage grooves 11 of the foundation layer 1. It is desirable to lay the artificial lawn 2 directly on the upper surface of the non-permeable base layer 1 provided with the drainage grooves 11 as in the form.
