Description
The present invention relates to a method for producing a transparent film substrate used for a touch panel.
In a touch panel, a transparent conductive film is formed on a glass substrate or a film substrate, and a function generated by sensing a signal generated by touching a substance such as a fingertip or a stick with a semiconductor. In addition, an electrical wiring for transmitting a signal is disposed between the transparent conductive film and the semiconductor using a conductor, and the material is generally a metal such as copper or silver. There are various formation methods, such as a method of directly forming a metal on a substrate by sputtering or vapor deposition, using plating, or printing a resin (conductive paste) mixed with conductive powder.
In the case of forming such a conductor, adhesion to a transparent conductive film as a base and a resin such as PET or PEN as a base material is very important. If the adhesion is poor, it may fall off during production, or dropout or disconnection may occur during use, impairing reliability and durability. In addition, when the adhesion between the conductive film and the electrical wiring is poor, poor conduction and increased contact resistance become a problem in performance.
The conductive material for electrical wiring generally used in the transparent film base material for touch panels is a conductive paste. In the case of a conductive paste, the adhesiveness largely depends on the characteristics of the resin containing the metal powder, but it does not necessarily match the electrical characteristics. Moreover, since there exists compatibility with the film base material and transparent conductive film to adhere | attach, it is technically difficult to improve adhesiveness only by improvement of a chemical bond.
This invention is made | formed in view of the fault of this prior art, and provides the contact | adherence improvement of the electrical wiring formed using the electrically conductive paste on the transparent film for touchscreens by a cheap and simple process. Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing a transparent film for a touch panel that has low cost and good connection characteristics.

In order to achieve the above-described problems in the present invention, the invention adopts the following configuration.

(Claim 2)
In the film base material for a touch panel in which a transparent conductive film is arranged at the center of the film base material and the film base material, and electrical wiring is formed around the transparent conductive film for conduction.
In the region where the electrical wiring is formed in the film base material, unevenness of the same pattern is formed on both surfaces of the interface between the surface where the electrical wiring is not provided and the electrical wiring,
Concavities and convexities of the same pattern are formed at the interface of the film base of the electrical wiring so as to correspond to the concavities and convexities provided on both surfaces of the film base.
A film base material for a touch panel, wherein unevenness having a pattern different from the unevenness provided on both surfaces of the film base material is formed on the surface of the electrical wiring opposite to the film base material.
The present invention has the following effects.
First, by processing the contact points between the electrical wiring, the transparent conductive film, and the film base material on the unevenness, an anchor effect can be created between the base materials and the adhesion strength can be increased. This prevented the electrical wiring from falling off during the subsequent process, reduced defects in the thermal shock test generally performed in the reliability test, and maintained the durability after being incorporated into the product.
Secondly, an increase in the contact resistance at the electrical contact point between the electrical wiring and the transparent conductive film is suppressed. When partial peeling occurred at the electrical contact due to poor adhesion, the electrical resistance increased, and it could be suppressed by the anchor effect.
In other words, the patterned conductive paste formed on the transparent base film for touch panels is pressed in a state of being dried, sandwiched between the top and bottom of the base film by a member such as a plate with unevenness, and the unevenness is made with the base material. Formed.
At this time, the uneven pattern provided on the lower surface of the base film (the surface on which the electrical wiring is not provided) is reflected on the opposite surface (the surface on which the electrical wiring (conductive paste) is provided), and further the interface Through, it is reflected in the pattern of unevenness on the interface side (lower surface) with the base film of the electrical wiring.
On the other hand, a pattern having a different pattern from the lower surface is formed on the upper surface of the base film.
Thereby, the effect which crimped the electrical wiring and the base material was acquired, and adhesiveness improved.
In addition, an OCA (Optical Transparent Adhesive) film adhesive for laminating is often formed on a transparent film substrate. However, since there are irregularities on the transparent film substrate, the OCA film and the substrate are in close contact with each other. Also improves.

In order to form the electrical wiring 3, various conductive pastes can be used. As the resin used as the base of the conductive paste, an epoxy material, an acrylic material, a phenol material, and an isocyanate material can be used, but the resin is not limited thereto.
A press method is used to form the concavo-convex structure 4 provided on the electrical wiring and the film substrate. The temperature, pressure, etc. at this time can be changed according to the type of conductive paste used.
This
It is possible to select various kinds of specific shapes of the unevenness.
