Description
The present invention relates to a solar power generation device, and more particularly to a solar power generation device using a film type solar cell panel.
A solar cell refers to a power device that uses the photovoltaic effect to immediately convert received light energy into electricity. The light energy incident on the inside of the solar cell is directly absorbed by electrons, guided to an electric field provided in advance, and output as electric power to the outside of the solar cell. A panel-like product unit in which a plurality of solar cells are connected in series and parallel to obtain necessary voltages and currents is called a solar cell panel.
Silicon is mainly used as the material of the solar cell. This silicon is roughly classified into crystalline silicon and amorphous silicon. Among these, the solar cell using amorphous silicon is classified into a thin film silicon type having a thickness of 10 μm or less. This is because the light absorption coefficient is high, so that practical use is possible even if the thickness is small. And it has the characteristic that an output does not fall easily at high temperature compared with the solar cell using crystalline silicon. Furthermore, it has a characteristic of high efficiency under extremely low illuminance. On the other hand, solar cells using crystalline silicon have hitherto been required to have a silicon layer of at least about 200 μm in order to obtain a practical amount of absorption due to a low light absorption coefficient. Solar cells that can be classified into thin film silicon types such as μm to 50 μm have been developed.
A film type solar cell panel in which the thickness of the crystalline silicon or amorphous silicon silicon layer is reduced has been put into practical use. It is called a film-type solar cell panel because flexibility like a film is obtained by making it a thin film. In addition, a hybrid solar cell panel in which crystalline silicon or amorphous silicon is laminated to improve conversion efficiency and improve temperature efficiency as compared with ordinary crystalline silicon has been developed.
Since this film-type solar cell panel is light and flexible, it is employed in places where it is difficult to apply the conventional flat solar cell panel made of crystalline silicon, such as a curved roof.
Several technologies have been devised for solar cell power generation systems using solar cell panels. For example,
A problem with power generation using solar cell panels is how to efficiently secure the amount of power generated during rainy weather, cloudy weather, dusk, or nighttime when the energy of sunlight decreases. That is, the electric power generated using the solar cell panel is often used for lighting, and the demand increases when the energy of sunlight decreases. As countermeasures against this, it is conceivable to store and use electric power, but there are problems such as requiring electric storage equipment and loss of electric power.
In the case of solar panels, which are solar panels installed on the roof, etc., it can be supplemented by electric power supplied by the power company during rainy or cloudy weather, when the sun is falling, at dusk, or at night. is there. However, in the case of an emergency solar panel that is brought into the field in the event of a disaster such as a typhoon or earthquake, it is often supplied because the normal power supply is interrupted in the first place. The problem is whether to secure the amount of power generation.
The purpose of the present application is to solve this problem and to provide a simple and transportable solar power generation device that can efficiently secure a certain amount of power generation by sunlight even in a time zone when the energy of solar light is low. is there.
In order to achieve the above object, a photovoltaic power generation apparatus according to the present invention is provided inside a solar photovoltaic power generation section in which a plurality of film-type solar cell panels wound in a cylindrical shape are stacked, and a cylindrical photovoltaic power generation section. A panel holding unit that holds the sheet-like solar cell panel, and a solar light reflecting unit that is installed so as to surround the solar power generation unit in the circumferential direction, reflects sunlight by a concave curved surface, and projects it on the solar cell panel. A curved surface driving unit that changes the shape of the curved surface of the sunlight reflecting unit, and a control unit that controls the operation of the curved surface driving unit. Thereby, a solar power generation device efficiently performs power generation by sunlight with a solar photovoltaic part by a cylindrical solar cell panel and a solar light reflection part that reflects and projects sunlight toward it. Can do.
Moreover, a solar power generation device makes a solar light reflection part concentrate and project sunlight on the 1st curved surface mode which projects sunlight on the whole several sheet-like solar cell panel, and one part solar cell panel. It is preferable that the second curved surface mode is provided, and the curved surface driving unit causes the solar light reflecting unit to selectively form two curved surface modes. Thereby, for example, in the nighttime when the solar energy is reduced or in cloudy weather, it is possible to efficiently generate power using sunlight by projecting sunlight concentrated on some solar cell panels. This is because when the solar energy decreases, the power generation efficiency of the solar cell panel extremely decreases. Moreover, when solar energy is sufficiently obtained, solar power can be efficiently generated by projecting sunlight onto the entire plurality of sheet-like solar cell panels.
Further, in the solar power generation device, when the voltage of the solar battery panel is equal to or higher than a predetermined value, the control unit causes the curved surface driving unit to select the first curved surface mode and the voltage is determined in advance. If the value is lower than the above value, it is preferable to cause the curved surface driving unit to select the second curved surface mode. Thereby, the control unit can determine the level of the solar energy from the voltage value of the solar cell panel in order to cause the curved surface driving unit to select either the first curved surface mode or the second curved surface mode. .
Further, in the solar power generation device, the curved surface driving unit changes the shape of the curved surface of the sunlight reflecting unit into a substantially parabolic shape in the second curved surface mode, and focuses on the vicinity of the center of the stacked solar cell panels. It is preferable to concentrate and project sunlight on a specific solar cell panel. Thereby, sunlight can be concentrated and projected on a specific solar cell panel using the parabola principle, and the power generation efficiency can be improved.
In the photovoltaic power generation apparatus, it is preferable that the curved surface driving unit drives the cylinder to change the shape of the curved surface of the sunlight reflecting unit so that the two curved surface modes can be selected. Thereby, the shape of the curved surface of the sunlight reflecting portion can be changed between the first curved surface and the second curved surface by a simple method.
In addition, the solar power generation device is provided with a solar position sensor that detects the direction of the sun at the top of the solar power generation unit, and the entire solar power generation device can be tilted in two directions on a plane. It is preferable that the control unit inclines the rotating gantry so that the entire photovoltaic power generation apparatus is directed to the sun direction following the sun direction detected by the sun position sensor. Thereby, the azimuth of the sun is calculated from the variation of the solar energy detected by at least three position sensors installed at the top of the solar photovoltaic section, and the platform that can be tilted in two directions on the plane is set to the azimuth of the sun. It can be inclined toward. As a result, the solar power generation device can be always directed in a direction with good power generation efficiency.
Moreover, it is preferable that the area of the part which reflects the sunlight of a sunlight reflective part is more than the total area of the cylindrical surface of a solar cell panel at least in a solar power generation device. Thereby, sunlight corresponding to at least the power generation capability of the solar cell is incident on the solar cell panel, and efficient power generation can be ensured.
Moreover, it is preferable that a solar cell power generation apparatus is characterized by the cylindrical surface of a solar cell panel forming a convex-shaped cross section inside. Thereby, the thickness of the height direction of a solar cell panel can be reduced, and efficient electric power generation can be ensured.
Further, in the photovoltaic power generation apparatus, it is preferable that the panel holding unit is constituted by a continuous steel pipe, and pressurized water is flowed into the steel pipe and discharged as hot water. Thereby, the thermal energy generated by the power generation of the solar cell panel can be recovered by making the water circulating in the steel pipe hot water. That is, the panel holding portion that holds the cylindrical sheet-like solar cell panel has a role of absorbing the heat generated by the solar cell panel, thereby providing an efficient heat recovery system.
As described above, according to the photovoltaic power generation apparatus according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a photovoltaic power generation apparatus that can efficiently secure a certain amount of power generated by sunlight even when the energy of sunlight is low. Can do.
(Configuration of solar power generator)
Below, it demonstrates in detail about embodiment of the solar power generation device which concerns on this invention using drawing. In FIG. 1, the structure in case the
The solar
The solar
In FIG. 4, the other Example about the shape of the cylindrical surface of
FIG. 5 shows the configuration of the
In these steel pipes 15, pressurized water flows and is discharged as hot water. That is, as shown in the development view of FIG. 5B, eight
As illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3, the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
The first curved surface mode is a case in which sunlight is projected almost uniformly on the entire
On the other hand, in the second curved surface mode, each solar cell panel is obtained by projecting sunlight almost uniformly on the entire
FIG. 6 shows the power generation efficiency (Vp) of solar power generation with respect to irradiance (W / m 2 ). The horizontal axis of FIG. 6 shows solar irradiance (W / m 2 ). The irradiance of direct sunlight in midsummer is about 440 W / m 2 (110,000 lux) (“X” in FIG. 6). Further, the irradiance of sunlight at 10 am on a cloudy day is about 100 W / m 2 (25,000 lux) (“Y” in FIG. 6). Furthermore, the irradiance of sunlight one hour after cloudy daylight is about 40 W / m 2 (10,000 lux) (“Z” in FIG. 6). In this way, during rainy weather, cloudy weather, at dusk, or at night, when sunlight energy decreases, the irradiance of sunlight decreases to one-tenth or less of the irradiance of direct sunlight in midsummer, and power generation at that time It can be seen that the efficiency is 0.2 or less.

(Control of solar power generator)
FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing a control system for the
The curved surface control unit 6 controls the operation of the curved
And the curved
In the present embodiment, the curved
