Description

The present invention relates to a cab floor structure for a vehicle.

In general, in a large vehicle such as a cab-over type truck, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, a front hinge 3 of a cab 2 is disposed above a chassis frame 1 extending in the vehicle front-rear direction with a required interval in the vehicle width direction. A floor member 5 having a U-shaped cross section that connects the rear mount 4 and the rear mount 4 is disposed so as to extend in the vehicle front-rear direction with a required interval in the vehicle width direction, like the chassis frame 1. A floor panel 6 is placed.

The floor member 5 includes a front horizontal portion 5a extending in the horizontal direction, a rising portion 5b rising obliquely upward from the rear end of the front horizontal portion 5a, and a rear horizontal extending from the rear end of the rising portion 5b in the horizontal direction. Although there is a portion 5c, there is a type that extends substantially horizontally without the rising portion 5b.

On the floor panel 6, as shown in FIG. 6, the seat 7 is fixed via a seat suspension 10 using a spring 8 and a damper 9 and a base frame 11 to protect the passenger. The seat belt 12 to be used is of the type that can be attached to the floor panel 6 and the body inner wall surface 13 of the cab 2.

However, as shown in FIG. 6, when the seat belt 12 is attached to the floor panel 6 and the body inner wall surface 13 of the cab 2, when the seat 7 moves up and down as the seat suspension 10 expands and contracts, the seat belt Since 12 is fixed to the floor panel 6 and the body inner wall surface 13 of the cab 2, the seat belt 12 is tightened so that the occupant is strongly pressed, and the ride comfort may be deteriorated.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, in the type in which the seat belt 12 is attached to the seat 7, even if the seat 7 moves up and down as the seat suspension 10 expands and contracts, the movement of the seat 7 Since the seat belt 12 can be moved in conjunction with the seat belt 12, the seat belt 12 is not tightened so that the occupant is strongly pressed by the seat belt 12, and the ride comfort can be improved.

For example, Patent Document 1 shows a general technical level of a cab floor structure for a vehicle as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.

By the way, conventionally, as shown in FIG. 8, a bracket 14 as a seat mounting member is joined to the upper surface of the floor panel 6 by spot welding, and the seat 7 is attached to the bracket 14. The rear end portion of the base frame 11 is fixed by a fastening member 15 such as a bolt and a nut, and the front end portion of the base frame 11 is also used as a seat mounting member disposed in the front like the rear bracket 14. It is designed to be fixed to a bracket (not shown) with a fastening member (not shown) such as a bolt and a nut. At the time of a collision, the seat 7 is centered on a bracket (not shown) arranged in the front. Since a moment in a direction in which the vehicle falls forward acts on the seat 7, an excessive load is applied particularly to the rear bracket 14. The bracket 14 there is a fear that peeling from the floor panel 6 top participating.

On the other hand, when an impact load is applied to the cab 2 from the front during a collision, stress concentrates on the bent portion 5d between the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b of the floor member 5, and the bent portion 5d becomes V-shaped. When the bent portion 5d of the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b is deformed in a V shape in this way, the space around the seat 7 provided on the front horizontal portion 5a, that is, the occupant Therefore, it is very important to increase the strength of the bent portion 5d between the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b of the floor member 5.

In view of such circumstances, the present invention intends to provide a cab floor structure for a vehicle that can improve the strength of a seat mounting portion with respect to a floor panel and can improve the strength of a floor member.

In the present invention, a floor member having a U-shaped cross section that connects a front hinge and a rear mount of a cab is disposed at a required interval in the vehicle width direction, and a floor panel is placed on the floor member. In the vehicle cab floor structure in which the seat is fixed on the panel,
A sheet mounting member for fixing the sheet to a floor panel with a fastening member is fixed to the vertical piece of the floor member ,
The floor member has a front horizontal portion extending in the horizontal direction, a rising portion rising obliquely upward from a rear end of the front horizontal portion, and a rear horizontal portion extending in the horizontal direction from the rear end of the rising portion, The seat mounting member is disposed at a bent portion between the front horizontal portion and the rising portion,
The seat mounting member is a first bracket disposed in the floor member having a U-shaped cross section so as to connect between the vertical pieces, and the first bracket extends along a lower surface of the floor panel and is fastened. Stepwise from the flat part in which the through-hole of the member is drilled, the inclined part extending so as to incline with a downward slope from the edge of the flat part in the vehicle width direction, and the edge of the flat part on the side opposite to the inclined part And a flange portion that is bent so as to hang from an end edge of the inclined portion on the side opposite to the flat portion, each of the two flange portions having a U-shaped cross section. By adhering to the inner surface of the vertical piece of the floor member, it is arranged so as to connect the vertical pieces,
The seat mounting member is a second bracket joined to a vehicle width direction outer side surface of a vertical piece of the floor member having a U-shaped cross section, the second bracket being along a lower surface of a floor panel and the fastening member A flat portion in which a through-hole is formed, and a triangular leg plate portion that extends so as to hang down from both ends of the flat portion in the vehicle front-rear direction and whose height dimension gradually increases toward the floor member. A flange portion extending from the edge of the leg plate portion on the floor member side along the vertical piece of the floor member, and the flange portion is an outer surface in the vehicle width direction of the vertical piece of the U-shaped floor member. The vehicle cab floor structure according to the present invention is characterized in that the vertical piece is bonded to the outer side surface in the vehicle width direction by adhering to the vehicle while sticking to the vehicle.

According to the above means, the following operation can be obtained.

When configured as described above, a bracket as a seat mounting member is joined to the upper surface of the floor panel by spot welding as in the prior art, and the rear end portion of the base frame of the seat is fixed to the bracket with a fastening member In addition, unlike the case where a peeling load is input to the mating portion between the floor panel and the bracket, even if a moment in the direction in which the seat falls forward is applied to the seat at the time of a collision, The seat mounting member for fixing to the floor is fixed to a highly rigid vertical piece of the floor member having a U-shaped cross section, and receives a load accompanying the moment due to shear stress in the vertical piece of the floor member. Therefore, it is advantageous in terms of strength, and there is no fear that the sheet mounting member is peeled off.

Moreover, since the seat mounting member is disposed on the lower surface of the floor panel, the seat mounting member does not protrude into the space for the occupant and does not get in the way, and it is possible to secure a degree of freedom in terms of shape.

In the cab floor structure for a vehicle, the floor member extends in a horizontal direction from a front horizontal portion extending in a horizontal direction, a rising portion rising obliquely upward from a rear end of the front horizontal portion, and a rear end of the rising portion. A rear horizontal part, and the seat mounting member is arranged at the bent part between the front horizontal part and the rising part, so that an impact load is applied to the cab from the front during a collision. The stress is concentrated at the bent portion between the front horizontal portion and the rising portion of the floor member, but the strength at the bent portion is obtained by arranging the seat mounting member at the bent portion between the front horizontal portion and the rising portion. Therefore, the bent portion is not bent in a V shape, and as a result, the space around the seat provided on the front horizontal portion, It is inevitable that space for Chi occupant is reduced, a very effective.

According to the cab floor structure for a vehicle of the present invention, it is possible to improve the strength of the seat mounting portion with respect to the floor panel, and to achieve an excellent effect that the strength of the floor member can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIGS. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of a cab floor structure for a vehicle according to the present invention. In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIGS. Although similar to the conventional one shown in FIGS. 4 to 8, this embodiment is characterized by the vertical pieces 5 e and 5 f of the floor member 5 having a U-shaped cross section as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. The first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 as a seat mounting member for fixing the seat 7 to the floor panel 6 with fastening members 16 and 17 such as bolts and nuts are fixed.

In the case of the present embodiment, the first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 as the seat attachment members are disposed at the bent portion 5d between the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b.

The first bracket 18 as the seat mounting member includes a flat portion 18a along the lower surface of the floor panel 6 and in which the through hole 18e of the fastening member 16 is formed, and a vehicle width from the edge of the flat portion 18a. An inclined portion 18b extending so as to incline with a downward slope in the direction, a flange portion 18c that is bent continuously from the end edge of the flat portion 18a on the anti-inclined portion 18b side, and an opposite side of the inclined portion 18b. A flange portion 18d that is bent so as to hang from the edge on the flat portion 18a side, and the flange portion 18c and the flange portion 18d are respectively attached to the inner surfaces of the vertical pieces 5e and 5f of the U-shaped floor member 5 The first bracket 18 is disposed so as to connect the vertical pieces 5e and 5f by being fixed by welding 20 and 21 as shown in FIG.

Furthermore, the second bracket 19 as the seat mounting member includes a flat portion 19a along the lower surface of the floor panel 6 and in which the through hole 19d of the fastening member 17 is formed, and the flat portion 19a in the vehicle front-rear direction. A triangular leg plate portion 19b extending so as to hang down from both end edges and gradually increasing in height toward the floor member 5 side, and the floor member 5 from the end of the leg plate portion 19b on the floor member 5 side. 3 and a flange portion 19c projecting along the vertical piece 5f of the floor member 5. The flange portion 19c is welded as shown in FIG. By fixing at 22, the second bracket 19 is joined to the outer surface of the vertical piece 5 f in the vehicle width direction.

Note that the rear end portion of the base frame 11 of the seat 7 is bolted as shown in FIG. 3 with respect to the first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 as the seat mounting members disposed on the lower surface of the floor panel 6. A bolt or nut is fixed to a bracket (not shown) as a seat mounting member which is fixed to the front end portion of the base frame 11 in the same manner as in the prior art while being fixed by fastening members 16 and 17 such as nuts. It is made to fix with the fastening member (not shown).

Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be described.

When configured as described above, a bracket 14 as a seat mounting member is joined to the upper surface of the floor panel 6 by spot welding as in the prior art shown in FIG. 8, and the rear frame of the base frame 11 of the seat 7 is connected to the bracket 14. Unlike the case where the peeling load is input to the mating portion of the floor panel 6 and the bracket 14 when the end portion is fixed with a fastening member 15 such as a bolt or nut, the illustration is arranged forward in the event of a collision. Seat mounting for fixing the seat 7 to the floor panel 6 with fastening members 16 and 17 such as bolts and nuts even if a moment in the direction in which the seat 7 is tilted forward with respect to the bracket that is not attached acts on the seat 7 The first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 as members are fixed to the highly rigid vertical pieces 5e and 5f of the floor member 5 having a U-shaped cross section. Therefore, since the load accompanying the moment can be received by the shearing stress in the vertical pieces 5e and 5f of the floor member 5, the first bracket as the seat mounting member is advantageous in terms of strength. There is no worry that the 18 or the second bracket 19 peels off.

On the other hand, when an impact load is applied to the cab 2 from the front during a collision, stress concentrates on the bent portion 5d between the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b of the floor member 5, but the first as the seat mounting member Since the bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 are disposed at the bent portion 5d of the front horizontal portion 5a and the rising portion 5b, and the strength at the bent portion 5d is increased, the bent portion 5d has a V-shape. As a result, the space around the seat 7 provided on the front horizontal portion 5a, that is, the space for the occupant can be avoided from being reduced, which is very effective.

In addition, since the first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 as the seat mounting member are disposed on the lower surface of the floor panel 6, the first bracket 18 and the second bracket 19 do not protrude into the space for the occupant and do not get in the way. Therefore, it is possible to secure a degree of freedom.

Thus, the strength of the attachment portion of the seat 7 to the floor panel 6 can be improved, and the strength of the floor member 5 can be improved.

The vehicle cab floor structure of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various changes can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.
