Description
The present invention relates to a sports glove, and more particularly to a sports glove that can obtain a good feeling of use and sufficient impact mitigation performance.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, various sports gloves have been proposed for mitigating impacts in sports gloves such as gloves used for baseball hitting. For example, in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-182825 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 1) and US Pat. No. 5,987,642 (hereinafter referred to as Patent Document 2), a cushioning member extends from the palm portion to the finger portion. A sports glove having an arrangement is disclosed (for example, see FIG. 3 of
However, the above-described conventional sports gloves have the following problems. That is, in the sports gloves having the configurations disclosed in
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sports glove that exhibits a sufficient shock-absorbing performance and can obtain a good feeling of use. That is.
A sports glove according to the present invention includes four finger portions each covering an index finger, a middle finger, a ring finger, and a little finger, and a buffer member. The buffer member is disposed on at least one palm side of the four finger portions and extends along the extending direction of the finger portions across a position corresponding to at least one finger joint. The width of the cushioning member at the position corresponding to the finger joint is narrower than the maximum width of other parts of the cushioning member. The buffer member is formed as an independent member corresponding to one of the four fingers. The sports gloves further include a palm portion that covers the palm, and the buffer member is formed to extend from the palm side of the finger portion to the palm portion. Here, the finger joint includes a joint between bones called a so-called phalange of a proximal phalanx, a middle phalanx, and a distal phalanx, and further, a boundary part (base part of the finger part) between the finger part and the palm part. Is also included.
In this case, since the buffer member is formed across the position corresponding to the finger joint in the extending direction of the finger portion, when the sports glove is worn and the bat is gripped, for example, the extending direction of the finger portion ( That is, the buffer member can be disposed between the hand and the grip portion in a relatively wide area along the circumferential direction of the grip portion of the bat. For this reason, the shock to the hand can be reliably absorbed by the buffer member as compared with the case where the buffer member is arranged separately with the finger joint interposed therebetween (the buffer member does not exist in the portion corresponding to the finger joint). .
In addition, the portion of the buffer member corresponding to the finger joint is narrower than the other portions (bundled when viewed in plan), so that when the finger is bent, the buffer member obstructs the bending of the finger. This can be suppressed (the sensation when the finger is bent while wearing the sports gloves according to the present invention can be made closer to the sensation of the bending operation of the finger when there is no buffer member). For this reason, the usability of the sports gloves can be improved.
Moreover, since the buffer member is formed independently for each finger part (the buffer members formed on each of the plurality of finger parts are formed independently without being connected to each other), Compared to the case where the cushioning member formed on the palm is connected by the palm portion and constitutes one cushioning member as a whole, the degree of freedom of deformation of the sports gloves can be increased. For this reason, a user wearing sports gloves can increase the degree of freedom when moving a finger or the like, and the feeling of use (wearing feeling) of the sports gloves can be further improved.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the glove for sports which can obtain a favorable usability while exhibiting sufficient shock absorbing performance of an impact is obtained.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following drawings, the same or corresponding parts are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof will not be repeated.
(Embodiment 1)
A first embodiment of a sports glove according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
A
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Although the thickness of the buffer material used for each of the
In the
Here, about the arrangement | positioning of the
1 is formed so as to extend from the
In the outer periphery of the planar shape of the
In addition, the
The
The
The
(Embodiment 2)
With reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 7, Embodiment 2 of the sport gloves according to the present invention will be described.
The
In the
In the
Even with the
(Embodiment 3)
With reference to FIG. 3 and FIG. 7, Embodiment 3 of the sport gloves according to the present invention will be described.
The
The
Also with the
(Embodiment 4)
With reference to FIG. 4 and FIG. 7, Embodiment 4 of the sport gloves according to the present invention will be described.
The
The planar outer shapes of the
If it does in this way, the same effect as
(Embodiment 5)
With reference to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7,
The
(Embodiment 6)
With reference to FIG. 6,
Referring to FIG. 6, the
The
Even with such a structure, the same effect as the
Next, although there is a part which overlaps with embodiment mentioned above, the characteristic structure of this invention is enumerated.
A
In this case, since the
Further, the portions of the
Further, the
The
In the
In the
The
In the
Further, in the
In the
In this case, the area of the
The configuration of the
Moreover, in the
Example 1
In examining the configuration of the sports gloves according to the present invention, the following experiment was conducted. Specifically, the following experiment was performed in order to identify the position where the impact of the glove was large when the ball was hit with the bat.
<実験1>

(Preparation sample)
A glove with a pressure sensor attached to the palm side was prepared. In addition, the buffer member is not arrange | positioned at the glove used in this experiment. In the glove, four (a total of 16) pressure sensors were attached to the palm side of the four fingers from the index finger to the little finger. Further, one (two in total) pressure sensors were attached to the tip of the thumb finger part and the base index finger side area (the crotch part of the thumb). In addition, one pressure sensor is attached to each end on the thumb side of the palm and one on the little finger side (where the end is the proximal phalanx side of the metacarpal bone). It was. As these sensors, F-Scan manufactured by Nitta Corporation was used.
(Experiment contents)
A tester wearing gloves (one set of left and right) attached with a pressure sensor held the bat and stopped the bat at the position at the time of impact (impact) in an actual bat swing. Then, a soft ball was launched from an injection device (an apparatus similar to a pitching machine called a bazooka) toward the core of the hitting part of the bat and made to collide with the hitting part. And the output (measured value of maximum pressure) of each pressure sensor at the time of the collision of the said ball | bowl was measured. The softball injection speed was over 150 km / h. In addition, the test was performed 3 to 7 times in consideration of data variation.
The tester was right-handed. Therefore, the right hand was in a state of being positioned on the top side (tip side) of the bat and the left hand was positioned on the grip end side of the bat.
Here, the batter usually performs a bat swing at the time of striking, but in this test, the impact value transmitted to the hand is measured by hitting the ball against the bat while the bat is fixed. Therefore, the speed of the ball is set relatively high as described above, and the impact value of the impact is brought closer to the actual impact (the absolute value of the impact value is increased).

The experimental results are shown in Table 1 and Table 2 below. In addition, the result of having performed the said experiment 3 times (trial 1-trial 3) is shown here.
Table 1 shows the measurement results for the right hand, and Table 2 shows the measurement results for the left hand. In Tables 1 and 2, the “total” column describes the total output from the 20 pressure sensors attached to the glove. In the “thumb crotch” column, the value of the output from one pressure sensor attached to the crotch portion of the thumb in the glove is described. In the “index finger” column, a total value of outputs from the four pressure sensors attached to the index finger is described. In addition, in the respective columns of “middle finger”, “ring finger”, and “little finger”, the total values of the outputs from the four pressure sensors attached to the respective finger portions are described in the same manner as the index finger column. . Moreover, the average value of the value of each column is described in the lowest stage of Table 1 and Table 2. In addition, since the output value from all the pressure sensors mentioned later including the said Table 1 and Table 2 is evaluated as qualitative data, the unit is not described.
As can be seen from Tables 1 and 2, the pressure value (impact value) as a whole is larger for the right hand than for the left hand. Further, when viewed by region, the middle finger, ring finger, pinky finger, and thumb crotch regions show relatively larger impact values than other regions. From this, it was considered effective to arrange the buffer member on the middle finger, the ring finger, the little finger, and the crotch portion of the thumb.

(Experimental result)
The experimental results are shown in Tables 9 to 12 below. In addition, the result of having performed the said experiment 3 times (trial 1-trial 3) is shown here.
Table 9 shows the measurement results for the sports gloves (for the right hand) in Example 4, and Table 10 shows the measurement results for the sports gloves (for the left hand) in Example 5. Table 11 shows the measurement results for the sports gloves (for the right hand) in Example 6, and Table 12 shows the measurement results for the sports gloves (for the left hand) in Example 7. In Tables 9 to 12, as in Tables 3 and 4, the total value of the outputs from the 20 pressure sensors is shown in the “overall” column. Further, in Tables 9 to 12, the value of the output from one pressure sensor attached to the crotch portion of the thumb in the glove is described in the “thumb crotch” or “thumb” column.
Comparing Tables 9 to 12 with Tables 1 and 2 above, it can be seen that the impact values of Examples 4 to 7 of the present invention shown in Tables 9 to 12 are all smaller. Recognize. Further, in Example 11 and Example 12, both the overall impact value and the impact value at the crotch portion of the thumb are smaller than in Example 9 and Example 10. Thus, by relatively increasing the thickness of the buffer member (the thickness of the buffer material) at the middle finger, it is possible to more reliably absorb the impact received by the glove at the time of impact.
