Claims (8)
- パリソンがブロー成形型内でびんへとブロー成形されるブローステーションを有するI.S.マシンであって、
オンブローモールド位置に配置可能な腕部を有し、前記腕部が、前記パリソンのブロー成形の間、加圧された空気を供給されるブローヘッドを有する、ブローヘッド機構と、
前記ブローヘッド内の、供給される前記空気の圧力を検出する手段と、
前記ブローヘッドを、前記オンブローモールド位置から、前記ブローヘッドが前記ブロー成形型の上方へ離間される位置へと、上向きに移動させる手段と、
前記ブローヘッドで検出された前記空気の圧力の関数として、選択された圧力特性に従って前記移動させる手段を操作する手段と、
を備えたI.S.マシン。 - 請求項1に記載の、パリソンがブロー成形型内でびんへとブロー成形されるブローステーションを有するI.S.マシンであって、
前記選択された圧力特性が、前記ブローヘッド内の一定の圧力であり、前記移動手段が、前記ブロー成形型内に一定の圧力を維持するように前記ブローヘッドを移動させる、I.S.マシン。 - 請求項1に記載の、パリソンがブロー成形型内でびんへとブロー成形されるブローステーションを有するI.S.マシンであって、
前記選択された圧力特性が、上昇する圧力特性であり、前記ブローヘッド内の前記圧力が冷却時間とともに上昇する、I.S.マシン。 - 請求項1に記載の、パリソンがブロー成形型内でびんへとブロー成形されるブローステーションを有するI.S.マシンであって、
前記腕部は、びんの内部圧力を経時的に所定の圧力特性で維持するために、前記圧力特性によって画定される前記空気の圧力に応じて前記ブローヘッドが前記ブロー成形型から離間された位置に移動される、I.S.マシン。 - ブロー成形型と、腕部および加圧された空気が供給される少なくとも一つのブローヘッドとを含むブローヘッド機構とを備えるI.S.マシン内で、パリソンをびんへと成形する方法であって、
前記ブローヘッドを前記ブロー成形型へ移動させるステップと、
パリソンをびんへとブロー成形するステップと、
前記ブロー成形型から、前記ブローヘッドが前記ブロー成形型の上方に離間された位置へ、上方へ、前記ブローヘッドを移動させるステップと、
前記ブローヘッド内の圧力を検出するステップと、
前記ブローヘッド内の前記検出された空気の圧力の関数として、選択された圧力特性に従って前記ブローヘッドの位置を制御するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であって、更に、
圧力特性を規定するステップと、
前記ブローヘッド内の前記検出された空気の圧力の関数として前記圧力特性にしたがって前記ブローヘッドを移動させるステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 請求項5に記載の方法であって、
前記ブローヘッドは前記ブロー成形型内で一定圧力を維持するために移動される、方法。 - 請求項6に記載の方法であって、
前記圧力特性は、上昇する圧力特性であり、前記ブローヘッド内の圧力は冷却時間とともに上昇する、方法。
