Description

The present invention relates to an infusion bag packaging method for storing a predetermined number of medical synthetic resin infusion bags filled with a medicine in a packaging box, and a packaging body containing the infusion bag using the method.

Conventionally, as an example of an infusion bag for administering a drug to a patient by infusion, it is attached to a drug filling chamber formed by heating and welding four sides of a substantially rectangular synthetic resin film sheet and an opening of the drug filling chamber. An infusion bag (so-called single bag) having a stopper is well known. The infusion bag is individually packaged by an exterior bag, and then stored in a packaging box such as a cardboard box, and then transported to a medical institution.

As a method for packing such an infusion bag, a method shown in FIG. 5 is known. According to this method, as shown in FIG. 5A, the infusion bag B filled with the medicine is individually packaged by the outer bag 50. The plurality of packaged infusion bags B are arranged in a single row in a sideways state. At this time, the plug 30 is directed in the same direction. Next, the arranged plurality of infusion bags B are rotated 90 degrees so that the left and right sides are positioned up and down and the plug 30 is oriented in the horizontal direction. Subsequently, the small partition member 65 is inserted between the adjacent infusion bags B.

。   Next, by using the transfer device 100 having a pair of arm claws 100a and a gripping mechanism 100b, a plurality of infusion bags B arranged in parallel are sandwiched between the pair of arm claws 100a, for example, from a wrap-round cardboard box In the resulting packaging box 60. Then, the rectangular large partition member 66 is arrange | positioned on the some infusion bag B accommodated. A plurality of infusion bags B are similarly housed on the large partition member 66, and the upper lid 61 is closed and closed to complete the package 70 (see FIG. 5B).

。   In another example of the method for packing an infusion bag, after the infusion bag is packaged in a sealed packaging bag, a plurality of packaged infusion bags are placed in a plastic bag and stacked and stored in a packaging box. At this time, the packaged infusion bags adjacent in the lateral direction are arranged in a partially overlapped state. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

Utility Model Registration No. 2600011

In the infusion bag packaging method shown in FIG. 5, since the upper and lower ends of the small partition member 65 are not fixed to the inner wall of the packaging box 60 or the large partition member 66, when lateral vibration is applied to the package 70. The infusion bag B stored in the packaging box 60 may fall down or be moved to one side because the small partition member 65 is laterally displaced. Therefore, the infusion bag B rubs in the packaging box 60 due to vibration or impact during transportation, and the infusion bag B may be damaged such as peeling of a pinhole or a seal portion.

The infusion bag packaging method disclosed in Patent Document 1 does not specifically describe the type of packaging box, but each infusion bag packaged in a sealed packaging bag is stored in a wrap-round cardboard box. Has been. Usually, a wrap-round cardboard box has a cutting line for opening on the top plate (upper lid 61), so the strength of the top plate (upper lid 61) is low, and the infusion bag is stored in the packaging box without any gaps. In such a case, there is a risk that the top plate (upper lid 61) is broken. Therefore, a predetermined gap is formed inside the package that stores the infusion bag.

However, if a gap is formed inside the package, the infusion bag moves and rubs in the packaging box due to vibration and impact received by the package during transportation, as described above. There is a problem of causing damage such as peeling of holes and seal portions.

Further, regarding the packaging method of the infusion bag shown in FIG. 5 and the packaging method of the infusion bag disclosed in Patent Document 1, focusing on the number of parts of the packing material and the amount of material used, the former is the packaging box 60 (one). The packaging material for the exterior bag 50 (10 pieces), the small partition member 65 (8 sheets), and the large partition member 66 (1 sheet) is required. On the other hand, the latter requires packaging materials for a packaging box (one piece), a plastic bag (one piece), and sealed packaging bags (for the number of pieces stored).

As described above, both the packing methods have a large number of parts and the amount of material used for the packing material, which takes time for packing work and hinders cost reduction. In addition, after unpacking, the packaging material is discarded or recycled. However, the large amount of packaging material used means that the amount of waste inevitably increases, and there is a problem that processing costs increase. ing.

Therefore, the present invention has been made to solve such problems, the purpose of which is to prevent damage to the infusion bag due to vibration and impact that occur during transportation, and packaging An object of the present invention is to provide an infusion bag packaging method and an infusion bag packaging that can reduce the number of parts of materials and the amount of material used to reduce packaging costs and the amount of waste during unpacking.

The method for packing an infusion bag of the present invention includes a bag body having a drug filling chamber filled with a drug, and a planar shape formed in a substantially rectangular shape having a long side and a short side, and an opening of the bag body. This is a packaging method for an infusion bag in which a plurality of infusion bags having attached stoppers are stored inside a packaging box. The plurality of infusion bags housed in the packaging box may have a cap positioned in one direction, and the packaging box may be a cardboard box made of an A-type case (type code number 0201 described in JIS Z1507). Good.

When an infusion bag with a drug capacity of 1000 mL is stored in the packaging box, an overlap allowance is approximately 20 mm that partially overlaps the bag body long side of the one infusion bag and the bag body long side of the other infusion bag. It is preferable that

The infusion bag package of the present invention has a drug filling chamber filled with a drug, and is attached to a bag body formed in a substantially rectangular shape having a planar shape consisting of a long side and a short side, and an opening of the bag body This is an infusion bag package comprising a packaging box in which a plurality of infusion bags having stoppers are stored. The said packaging box is a rectangular parallelepiped shape which bend | folds the short side flap part and long side flap part which were provided facing each other, and obstruct | occludes the opening part which takes in and out the said infusion solution bag. The packaging box body has an inner dimension on the short side having a length less than twice the short side of the bag body and a length substantially equal to the total length of the infusion bag from the tip of the stopper of the infusion bag to the lower end of the bag body. The inner dimension of the long side having a length, and the length of the body of the infusion bag positioned at the top when the infusion bags are stacked in a predetermined number of stages are in contact with the upper end of the packaging box body or partially projecting from the upper end. It is formed with internal dimensions in the vertical direction. The short side flaps have the same flap length, or one flap length is longer than the other flap length, and the infusion bag package includes a short side flap and a long side flap of a packaging box. Inserting an inner bag made of a substantially box-shaped resin film larger than the inner size of the packaging box with the opening part doubled into the packaging box, the bag body long side of one infusion bag and the bag body of the other infusion bag Insert the two infusion bags through the opening of the packaging box in a state where the long side is partially overlapped with each other, and the length in the arrangement direction is equal to or smaller than the inner dimension of the short side of the packaging box. after accommodated in the two infusion bags are stacked predetermined number packaging box of the state, is closed the upper end of the inner bag, the tip of the opposed flap portions of the short sides flap portion causes a close to one another the short side flap Closed the part , The long side flaps are closed and closed.

A plurality of infusion bags accommodated in the packaging box have a stopper positioned in one direction, and the packaging box is a cardboard box made of an A-type case (JIS Z1507 code number 0201 type). It may be.

When an infusion bag with a drug capacity of 1000 mL is stored in the packaging box, an overlap allowance is approximately 20 mm that partially overlaps the bag body long side of the one infusion bag and the bag body long side of the other infusion bag. It is preferable that it is the package which is.

As is clear from the above description, according to the method for packing an infusion bag of the present invention, the infusion bags are in close contact with each other in the packaging box, and the infusion bag is in close contact with the inner wall of the packaging box through the inner bag. An infusion bag package that can maintain a state in which the shape of the infusion body constituted by a predetermined number of infusion bags stacked in a predetermined number of stages is not collapsed, and the movement of each infusion bag within the packaging box is regulated. Can be obtained.

Thereby, even when the package is transported or stored, even if the package is rotated 90 degrees to be in a vertical orientation, the infusion bag located in the upper stage does not slide down, and the infusion bag located in the upper stage Can be effectively avoided from being applied to the infusion bag located at the lower stage. In addition, when transporting the package, even if vibrations or impacts are applied to the package, the movement of the assembly composed of a plurality of infusion bags is regulated in the packaging box. Generation of scratches and pinholes due to rubbing can be suppressed. Moreover, since the inner bag is interposed in the packaging box, the inner wall of the packaging box and the infusion bag do not directly contact each other, and the damage suppressing effect of the infusion bag can be enhanced.

Furthermore, according to the infusion bag packaging method and the infusion bag package of the present invention, the number of parts of the packing material and the amount of material used can be reduced to reduce the packaging cost and the amount of waste during unpacking. There is an effect.

Should not be done.

FIG. 1 shows an example of a method for packing an infusion bag according to an embodiment of the present invention and an infusion bag that is an object to be packed in an infusion bag package. This infusion bag B is generally a single bag comprising a bag body 2 having a medicine filling portion 20 therein and a mouthpiece portion 3 for discharging medicine attached to an opening of the bag body 2. The bag body 2 is formed into a vertically long flat bag shape having a long side portion H and a short side portion W by subjecting the peripheral edge portions 4 of the two synthetic resin film sheets 1 and 1 facing each other to heat fusion treatment. The medicine filling part 20 is accommodated inside. Further, a hook hole 9 for hanging is formed at the lower end of the bag body 2.

The plug part 3 is made of a synthetic resin member, and is located at the upper part in the longitudinal direction of the bag body 2 when the medicine is filled. The mouth plug portion 3 is composed of a cylindrical drug discharge tube 3b having a port 3a provided with a needle plug rubber plug at the tip, and the inner walls of two synthetic resin film sheets 1 and 1 facing the drug discharge tube 3b. Next, an infusion bag packaging method and an infusion bag package according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. First, as shown in FIG. 2, a rectangular parallelepiped packaging box 6 having a short side flap portion 6a and a long side flap portion 6b constituting the top and bottom surfaces is prepared.

The packaging box 6 of the present embodiment is a corrugated cardboard made of an A-type case (code number 0201 type described in JIS Z1507) whose main body has an outer dimension of, for example, 344 mm (long side) × 226 mm (short side) × 255 mm (height). Consists of boxes. The inner dimension L1 on the long side of the packaging box 6 main body is set to a length substantially equal to the entire length (length in the long side direction) of the infusion bag B having an inner volume of 1000 mL. The inner dimension L2 on the short side is set to be less than twice the length of the bag body 2 in the short side direction, for example, 220 mm. Furthermore, the inner dimension of the packaging box 6 body in the height direction is such that when a predetermined number of infusion bags B having the above-mentioned internal volume are stacked, the trunk portion (bag body 2) of the infusion bag B is in contact with the upper end of the packaging box 6 body. It is set to a height that partially protrudes from the upper end. In the present embodiment, the height is set such that five infusion bags B can be stacked.

In the figure, the short side flap portions 6a, 6a of the packaging box 6 may have the same flap length, for example, or one flap length may be longer than the other flap length. In any form, the flaps facing each other when the short side flaps 6a and 6a are closed so that they can be pressed evenly from above against the infusion bag B stored in the packaging box 6 at the time of sealing. A form in which the tips of the parts are close to each other is preferable.

The inner dimensions of the packaging box 6 main body (substantially related to the outer dimensions of the packaging box main body) are the total length of the infusion bag B to be stored and the length in the short side direction (substantially related to the drug filling amount). Of course, it can be appropriately changed according to the number of the infusion bags B stored.

When the infusion bag B is stored, the packaging box 6 is placed in a predetermined position, and the short side flap portions 6a and 6a and the long side flap portions 6b and 6b constituting the top surface are folded outward to be double-opened. Thereafter, the inner bag 5 having a substantially box shape larger than the inner dimension (long side, short side and height) of the main body of the packaging box 6 is inserted from the opening of the packaging box 6. The inner bag 5 inserted into the packaging box 6 may be temporarily fixed to the short side flap portions 6a, 6a and the long side flap portions 6b, 6b, for example, with tape or the like, The upper end of the bag 5 may be folded back and hooked to the end portions of the short side flap portions 6a, 6a and the long side flap portions 6b, 6b to be temporarily fixed.

The inner bag 5 is not particularly limited as long as it is a material that can efficiently store the infusion bag B in the packaging box 6 and can be easily opened at the time of unpacking. However, the inner bag 5 is a material that is easy to handle, for example, a thickness of 50 μm. It is preferably made of a low density polyethylene (LDPE) material of about ± 20 μm.

Next, two infusion bags B are prepared, and the plug portions 3 and 3 of one infusion bag B1 and the other infusion bag B2 are directed in the same direction. Then, the long side portions H of the bag body 2 of the one infusion bag B1 and the bag body 2 of the other infusion bag B2 are arranged in parallel by overlapping a predetermined distance t, for example, about 20 mm, and the infusion bags B1, B2 The length L3 in the arrangement direction (lateral direction) in which the bag main bodies 2 and 2 are arranged in parallel is set to be equal to or shorter than the inner dimension L2 (220 mm) on the short side of the packaging box 6 main body.

Note that “about 20 mm” of the overlap margin t of the infusion bags B1 and B2 indicates a state in which the infusion bags B1 and B2 are ideally arranged, and the length of the bag body 2 of the two infusion bags B Since the actual work of partially overlapping the side portions H is performed manually or mechanically, some variation occurs. Therefore, “about 20 mm” of the overlap margin t of the infusion bags B1 and B2 is not intended to be a strict value but naturally includes variations.

The infusion bag pair B1 and B2 is vacuum-sucked by, for example, the vacuum suction transfer device 10 while maintaining the above arrangement state, and is inserted into the packaging box 6 from its upper opening and placed on the bottom of the packaging box 6. Subsequently, another infusion bag pair B3, B4 arranged in parallel in the same manner as the infusion bag pair B1, B2 is stacked on the infusion bag pair B1, B2. Similarly, the infusion bag pairs B5, B6, B7, B8 and B9, B10 are sequentially stacked to form a five-tier stack. Thereafter, the upper end of the inner bag 5 is folded to close the opening of the inner bag 5.

The process of closing the opening of the inner bag 5 may be performed by folding the upper end of the inner bag 5 to close the opening and pushing the upper end of the inner bag 5 along the inner wall of the packaging box 6 toward the bottom surface. . Further, for example, the opening of the inner bag 5 may be sealed with a tape or a heat seal.

In the state before the lid is closed, the infusion bag pair B9, B10 located at the uppermost stage of the assembly composed of the infusion bags B1 to B10 has the bag body 2, 2 in contact with the upper end of the packaging box 6 body or from the upper end. Some protrude. When the short side flap portions 6a and 6a are first closed in this state, the bag bodies 2 and 2 of the uppermost infusion bag pair B9 and B10 are pressed by the short side flap portions 6a and 6a, and this pressing force is applied to the lower infusion solution. It transmits to bag pair B7, B8, B5, B6, B1, B2. Moreover, each infusion bag B1-B10 closely_contact | adheres within the packaging box 6 by the repulsive force which each infusion bag B receives from the infusion bag B which adjoins. Next, the long side flap portions 6b and 6b are closed and sealed with, for example, a hot melt adhesive or the like, thereby completing the package 7.

Thus, according to the packaging method of the infusion bag of the present embodiment, the infusion bags B1 to B10 are in close contact with each other in the packaging box 6, and the infusion bags B1 to B10 are further packed in the packaging box 6 via the inner bag 5. Therefore, the mutual movement of the infusion bags B1 to B10 in the packaging box 6 is regulated. As a result, the integrated body composed of 10 infusion bags B stacked in five stages maintains the integrated state even when vibrations or impacts are applied.

When the packaging body 7 containing the infusion bag B is transported and stored, when the packaging body 7 is kept in a state shown in FIG. 3 so that a large number of the infusion bags B overlap each other, each infusion bag B is stacked thereon. Continue to receive the weight of the infusion bag B for a long time. This state is not preferable from the viewpoint of protection of the bag body 2 and prevention of peeling of the seal portion. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 4, the packaging body 7 is rotated 90 degrees clockwise from the state of FIG. 3 and is positioned vertically, and the weight received by each infusion bag B1 to B10 from the other infusion bags B is as follows. It is preferable to make it as small as possible.

However, when the infusion bag B is arranged vertically as shown in FIG. 4 (that is, when the short side portion of the infusion bag B is directed in the vertical direction), the upper infusion bag is located between the adjacent infusion bags in the lower stage. It becomes easy to be depressed. However, in the infusion bag package 7 obtained by the infusion bag packaging method of the present embodiment, the infusion bags B1 to B10 are in close contact with each other in the packaging box 6 as described above, and they are the inner bag 5. Even when the packing body 7 is rotated 90 degrees in the vertical direction when the packing body 7 is transported or stored by the frictional force generated by closely contacting the inner wall of the packaging box 6 via The bags B1, B3, B5, B7, and B9 do not slide down, and the infusion bags B1 to B10 can maintain their positions when stored in the packaging box 6. As a result, it is possible to avoid the load of the infusion bags B1, B3, B5, B7, and B9 located in the upper stage from being applied to the infusion bags B2, B4, B6, B8, and B10 located in the lower stage.

In addition, when the packaging body 7 is rotated 90 degrees and transported in the vertical direction, even if vibration or impact is applied to the packaging body 7, the movement of the infusion bags B1 to B10 is restricted in the packaging box 6. Therefore, it is possible to suppress the generation of scratches and pinholes caused by rubbing each other. And since the inner bag 5 is interposing in the packaging box 6, the inner wall of the packaging box 6 and the infusion bag B do not contact directly, and the damage suppression effect of the infusion bag B can be heightened.

Furthermore, since the packaging body 7 is comprised of one packaging box 6 and one inner bag 5, the number of parts of the packaging material is extremely small compared to the conventional infusion bag packaging body. Therefore, not only does the packaging work take time, but the disposal cost of the packaging material can be significantly reduced.

Next, the drop durability test of the infusion bag package 7 obtained by the infusion bag packaging method of the present embodiment and the test results will be described with reference to FIG. In this drop endurance test, 10 infusion bags B (2 rows × 5) in accordance with JIS packaging cargo evaluation test general rules (JIS Z 0200-1999) and packaging cargo drop durability test method (JIS Z 0202-1994). Step 5) Randomly extract 5 stored packing bodies 7, and for each packing body 7, the bottom surface (A), left side surface (I), right side surface (C), top surface (D), front surface (O), A total of 10 parts of the back (f) part, (ki) ~ (ke) each ridge line part, and corner part (co) are dropped vertically from the height of 80 cm toward the ground and stored. The presence or absence of damages such as peeling of pinholes and seal portions generated in the bag body 2 of the 10 infusion bags B and the appearance of the packaging box 6 were confirmed.

In “Test Example 1.”, tests were performed on packing bodies 7- (1) to 7- (5) containing ten infusion bags B shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment. As a result, in all of the packaging bodies 7- (1) to 7- (5), the ridge line part at the front upper part of the packaging box 6 was torn and the packaging box 6 itself was opened (see * 1). No damage such as peeling of pinholes or seals occurred in all the infusion bags B stored in 7- (1) to 7- (5).

In “Test Example 2.”, instead of the infusion bag B shown in FIG. 1 of the present embodiment, an infusion bag B (medicine used for washing a dialysis machine with less air sealed in the medicine filling unit 20) The capacity, the outer dimensions of the bag main body 2 and the like are the same as those shown in FIG. 1), and tests were conducted on the packing bodies 7- (6) to 7- (10) containing 10 pieces. As a result, in the packaging body 7- (6), about half of the ridgeline portion at the upper back of the packaging box 6 was torn, and swelling was generated on the left and right side surfaces of the packaging box 8 (see * 2). In the packing body 7-(7), the packing body 7-(8), and the packing body 7-(10), about half of the ridge line portion at the upper front of the packaging box 6 is torn and swells to the left and right side surfaces of the packaging box 8. (See * 3). In the package 7- (9), swelling occurred on the left and right side surfaces of the packaging box 8 (see * 4). However, no damage such as peeling of pinholes or seal portions occurred in all the infusion bags B accommodated in the respective packing bodies 7- (6) to 7- (10).

As is apparent from these test results, when the packaging body 7 is freely dropped from a predetermined height toward the ground, the packaging box 6 body is damaged, but is stored in the packaging box 6. There is no damage to the infusion bag B. Thus, according to the infusion bag packaging method of the present embodiment, it was confirmed that an infusion bag package with improved impact resistance of the infusion bag B was obtained.
