Description
TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a tray-less pillow packaging method for raw noodles in which a plurality of raw noodles are individually packaged and externally packaged together with accessories such as soups, and a pillow package that can maintain the shape without using a tray.
Conventionally, when a plurality of raw noodles individually packaged together with an accessory such as soup are packaged in a pillow shape with a horizontal pillow type packaging machine, it is widely performed on a tray. By using the tray, the shape of the packaged product is maintained, the size is regulated, and the product is not bitten at the time of sealing.
On the other hand, it is not necessary to use a tray when packaging a similar product in a drawstring form with a horizontal pillow type packaging machine. The length of the film is longer than the pitch of the product contents, and the excess film and space are squeezed out by the secondary drawstring bundling to keep the raw noodles in a dense state and regulate the internal movement to maintain the shape. Yes. However, as compared with the pillow form, an extra binding band and film packaging materials are required.
A packaging machine that drops packaging contents, such as a vertical pillow packaging machine, can shorten the film pitch in the vertical direction even in a pillow configuration without a tray. There were cases where it was not possible to narrow down to the desired level. In addition, there is a problem in that the processing ability is inferior compared to the horizontal pillow type.
As packaging technology for packaging that omits trays, packaging technology (Patent Document 1) that prevents the misalignment and uneven distribution of the contents by using an embossed film on the inner surface of the packaging material, or comb-tooth shape toward the center region of the bag A bag packaging technique (Patent Document 2) has been proposed in which rib-like seal bands for fusing the front and back sheets so as to overhang are formed.
In addition, for the purpose of enhancing the holding function of the packaging form, a packaging form provided with side seals in which the four corners of the square bag protrude in a fin shape in the vertical direction, and a film bag making machine for the purpose of the packaging are known. (Patent Document 3).
In addition, in a plurality of connected packages, in the heat sealing of the connecting portion, there are a plurality of protruding portions parallel to the connecting direction of the plurality of packaging bodies, and the extended portions of the protruding portions are extended by heat sealing. A connected package is known (Patent Document 4).
Efforts to reduce environmental impact have long been known as corporate social responsibility and have long been part of business activities. Food packaging materials increase household waste, increase the energy required for incineration and recycling, and are forced to reduce them. Packaging trays are no exception.
The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when a plurality of raw noodles that are film-wrapped and are slippery are packaged together, the product content pitch is regulated without using a tray to regulate the bite during packaging. At the same time, it is intended to improve the shape retention performance of the exterior product by keeping the state of accumulation of the raw noodles packaged outside and limiting the internal movement.
And the inventors came to solve the said subject by an unexpectedly rational method in examining the binding and adhesion | attachment of the several raw noodles packaged individually.

According to the present invention, a plurality of individually packaged raw noodles that have been difficult to stack because they are slippery to each other are brought into a stable accumulation state, so that the raw noodles themselves can be used as a tray for loading accessories such as soup stock. While functioning as a presser, biting during packaging can be prevented. And as a result of regulating the movement of raw noodles by outer packaging and improving the shape retention performance of outer packaging products, it enables pillow packaging without trays, reducing the weight and volume of packaging materials, and dissimilar materials In addition to avoiding the mixing of plastics and facilitating incineration at the time of disposal, it is possible to reduce household waste and the energy required for its disposal, as well as to improve the aesthetics of the displayed products without causing the packaging to be folded during display. The improvement will stimulate the willingness to purchase raw noodles and contribute to the expansion of the raw noodle market.
The tray-less pillow packaging method for raw noodles of the present invention includes (a) supplying raw raw noodles sequentially into a cylindrically formed film, degassing, and individually sealing with a transverse seal (B) a connected package forming process in which a plurality of individual packages are connected to each other in a cross cut to form a connected package; (c) by the end of the connected package forming process; A noodle mass positioning step for positioning each of the noodle masses in the individual package; (d) a film convex portion in which the packaging film is swollen due to the presence of the noodle mass, and a film in which the packaging film is not swollen Folding so that the concave portions overlap and accumulating the film convex portions of the linked package to form an aggregate; (e) an outer packaging step of pillow-packaging the aggregate without using a tray; Each process of In addition, the raw noodles without a tray pillow package of the present invention is a linked package in which a plurality of individual packages are stored in a state where the raw noodle mass is deaerated. Is a package that is externally packaged together, such that in the above-mentioned linked package, the film convex portion where the packaging film swells due to the presence of the noodle mass overlaps the film concave portion where the packaging film does not swell. It is not particularly limited as long as it is a pillow package that is folded and pillow-wrapped in a state where the film convex portions of the connected package are accumulated, and the raw noodles include raw noodles that are individually packaged and, if necessary, Includes packaged products such as soup ingredients and condiments. In addition, the raw noodles are noodle strings that have been made and cut, are cooled, adjusted in moisture, and dusted as necessary, and are divided into a single meal and distributed in the state before cooking. .
The noodle mass refers to a naked state in which raw noodles are gathered into an irregular ball-shaped mass. The method of bundling is not limited at all, for example, when noodle strings are aligned, rolled, folded, or cut into noodle strings by being housed in a packaging bag. And the film convex part is the part where the packaging film swells due to the presence of the noodle mass, and the film concave part is the part where the noodle mass is not present or slightly present and the transverse seal (connection) part. Respectively.
The type of the packaging machine used in the individual package forming process is not particularly limited, but the noodle lump that has been rolled up with noodle strings aligned is preferably a horizontal pillow type, and when the raw noodles that have been cut off are received directly by the packaging machine, Pillow type is good. In addition, if the perforation aiming at isolation | separation of a connection part is put in the center of the crossing seal | sticker of a connection part, an individual packaging body can be isolate | separated as needed, and a user's convenience can be aimed at.
The deaeration in the individual package forming process can be achieved by sandwiching the raw noodles in a cylindrically formed film in order and sealing them with a sponge or other plate before sealing with a transverse seal. Degassing suitable for the invention can be performed. Deaeration means that the film is brought into close contact with the noodle mass to substantially eliminate the excess space, and the individual package is formed with a film convex portion and a film concave portion, and the movement of the noodle mass within the individual package is restricted. Can do. In addition, the air content of the individual package by deaeration is 45 to 65%, preferably 50 to 60% for raw Chinese noodles having a moisture content of 30 to 33%. The air content referred to in the present invention is expressed as a volume ratio of the amount of air in the volume of the individual package. The volume of the individual package can be calculated from the increased water level when the individual package is completely immersed in a graduated cylinder containing water. The amount of air can be determined by turning the graduated cylinder upside down in water, opening the individual package in the inverted graduated cylinder, and collecting the air in the individual package in the graduated cylinder.
In the connected package forming step, a plurality of individual package bodies, for example, 2 to 5, preferably 2 to 3, particularly preferably two, can be formed into a connected package body by transverse cutting. .
In the noodle mass positioning step, the individual noodle masses formed in the individual package are positioned in the individual package until the end of the linked package formation process, that is, before the next assembly forming step. do. In this step, it is preferable to appropriately arrange the noodle mass depending on the number of connected individual package bodies and the size of the noodle mass occupied in the individual package body. As the noodle mass positioning means, means for arranging the connected package substantially vertically, means for arranging the central part of the connected package higher than both ends, and both ends of the connected package higher than the center part. Means for placement can be illustrated, which can be done manually or mechanically on a belt conveyor. In addition, due to the characteristics of the packaging machine that individually packs as a linked package, if the arrangement of noodle chunks is already suitable at the time of individual packaging, each piece of noodle chunk can be individually maintained by keeping the arrangement unchanged. Positioning within the package will be performed.
In the integrated body forming step, the film convex portions where the packaging film swells due to the presence of the noodle mass and the film concave portions where the packaging film does not swell are folded so as to overlap, and the film convex portions of the connected packaging body are integrated. Thus, an aggregate is formed. In other words, by inverting the film convex portions of the linked package developed on a straight line so as to overlap the film concave portions, the other film convex portions are partially overlapped or closely adjacent to each other. An integrated body is formed by making it into a state. Hereinafter, this integrated body formation process will be described more specifically.
In two linked packages having two transverse seals at both ends and a transverse seal at the central portion (two servings of raw noodles individually wrapped), the occupancy ratio of the film convex portions in the linked packages is 50 to 70%, preferably 55. In the case of ˜65%, the other noodle chunks are arranged so that one noodle chunk is unevenly distributed near the end crossing seal in the noodle chunk positioning step. Is positioned in each individual package so that it is unevenly distributed closer to the central transverse seal, i.e., two individually sealed noodle chunks are snuggled against the same side before and after the individually sealed transverse seal It is preferable to make it unevenly distributed, and by folding the film so that the film convex portion and the film concave portion overlap, it is possible to form an integrated body in which the end portions of the film convex portion overlap. The occupancy ratio of the film convex portion in the linked package is such that the film convex portion (noodle mass portion) corresponds to the length of the film corresponding to a plan view in the developing direction when the linked package is spread on a plane. The ratio of the total length of the planar section of the film occupies the ratio of the total length of the planar section of the film convex portion to define a boundary that divides the film convex portion and the film concave portion into a planar view. It can ask for. The boundary that divides the film convex part and the film concave part in plan view is the noodle mass due to the weight of the noodle mass when the film concave part side of the connected package placed on the plane is gradually lifted while loosening. It is defined as the position of the film fold line formed first at the end. This boundary is not simply an end portion where noodles exist, but may be slightly closer to the noodle mass body than a portion where noodles exist if it can be bent to the same extent as a film.
In addition, when the raw noodles individually packaged in two linked packages are two servings and the occupation ratio of the film convex portion is 60% or more, preferably 65 to 75%, the two in the two linked packages In the noodle mass positioning step, the noodle mass is positioned in each individual package so that it is unevenly distributed near the opposite end cross seal, that is, near the outer cross seal so that the noodle masses are far away from each other. It is preferable to make it unevenly distributed. By folding one of the film convex portions and the film concave portion formed at the center so as to overlap each other, it is possible to form an integrated body in which the ends of the film convex portions overlap each other.
Next, in the case of three linked packages having three transverse seals at both ends and two intermediate transverse seals (three servings of raw noodles individually wrapped), the three noodle chunks in the three linked packages In the noodle mass positioning step, the outer noodle masses are positioned in the individual outer packaging so that they are unevenly distributed near the intermediate transverse seal, that is, the individually sealed outer noodle masses are traversed inside. It is preferable to make it unevenly distributed so as to be close to the seal. By folding the outer film convex portions so as to overlap the adjacent inner film concave portions, it is possible to form an integrated body in which the ends of the film convex portions overlap. The arrangement of the noodle mass in the center may be appropriately determined depending on the size and arrangement of the soup base to be attached.
As another aspect of the three linked package, the noodle chunks on both outer sides of the three noodle chunks in the three linked package are positioned near the end crossing seal in the noodle chunk positioning step. In order to be unevenly distributed, the other noodle masses are positioned in the outer package so that they are unevenly distributed near the intermediate transverse seal, or both of the three noodle masses in the three linked packages are arranged. In the noodle mass positioning step, the outer noodle masses are positioned in the individual packaging bodies on both outer sides so that the outer noodle masses are unevenly distributed near the opposite end crossing seals, and then the outer film convex portions are adjacent to each other. It can fold so that it may overlap with an inner film concave part, and the accumulation object of the state where the edge part of a film convex part overlaps can be formed.
Furthermore, in the case of four linked packages having transverse seals at both ends and three intermediate transverse seals therebetween, and five linked packages having transverse seals at both ends and four intermediate transverse seals therebetween, two In the same manner as the linked package and the three linked packages, it is possible to form an integrated body in which the ends of the film convex portions overlap. In addition, in the case of four connection package bodies, it can also be formed as an accumulation body in a state where two connection package bodies are stacked in two stages.
And the connection packaging body folded in these ways can obtain the stable accumulation state by the dead weight of the inverted noodle mass, and can form a flat portion at the top in the accumulation state.
The packaging machine that wraps multiple raw noodles together can be of any type as long as it is suitable for supplying packed contents in an integrated state, but the horizontal pillow packaging machine that runs the product horizontally is a drop impact. In addition, it is preferable in that the periphery of the folded linked package can be appropriately restrained.
In this way, the aggregate formed in the aggregate formation step causes the film convex portion on the slope to slide down by preliminarily distributing the noodle mass so that the end portions of the film convex portions overlap each other on the slope. Thus, the force to fit in the concave part forms a stretched state without loosening of the connecting part film, and has a characteristic characteristic of raw noodles that the accumulated state of the noodle mass is stabilized. When the outer wrapping is performed, the folded connected package body is constrained at the periphery, so that the connection portion film is fixed in a stretched state. As a result, the movement of raw noodles is restricted.
Next, in the outer packaging step, the aggregate (folded linked packaging) is introduced into a horizontal pillow packaging machine by, for example, a belt conveyor, and is subjected to pillow packaging without using a tray.
Among the horizontal pillow wrapping machines suitable for outer packaging of the present invention, the type that supports and conveys the entire bottom surface by a belt conveyor is particularly suitable in that it has less friction and impact on the bottom surface of the linked package. The horizontal pillow wrapping machine of the same type can also save labor by adjusting the interval between product contents by connecting a conveyor in front of the bag making machine. If a belt-type conveyor is used before and after this connection, the impact of the connection can be minimized, and a highly accurate interval can be adjusted, thereby preventing the crossing seal from biting. When these conveyors are based on a conventional metal chain, it is difficult to obtain the same operation accuracy. Then, by introducing the folded linked packaging body into the horizontal pillow packaging machine by means of a belt conveyor, further stabilization of the product content pitch in combination with the processing means in the noodle mass positioning step and the assembly forming step prior to the outer packaging step Can be achieved.
Further, in the outer packaging step, it is preferable to use a rectangular tube film and seal the inner corner surface along the corner of the rectangular tube film in a band shape. For outer packaging, the timing to form the film in a rectangular tube shape and seal the inner corner surface along the corner in a strip shape can be done in the outer packaging process, or it is used by pulling out the film wound up in advance You can also do it freely. In any case, the shape retention performance of the exterior product can be further enhanced in combination with the presence of the four vertical seals and the processing means in the noodle mass positioning step and the assembly forming step prior to the outer packaging step.
The raw noodle trayless pillow packaging body of the present invention can be obtained by the above-described raw noodle trayless pillow packaging method of the present invention.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10, but the technical scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments shown in FIGS.

The arrangement of the convex portions of the film was generally in the state shown in FIG. 1, but there was an individual that was displaced in the subsequent conveyance, and the
Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the product content pitch i shown in FIG. 3 is folded by folding so that the film convex part d and the film concave part g, and the film convex part f and the film concave part e overlap. 18 cm, the slope k where the film convex portions d and f overlap each other is about 2 cm, and the top portion j is flat and has no deformation.
After that, the soup base of the attached product is placed on the top and manually supplied to a horizontal pillow packaging machine, and a stable pillow packaging without biting by a polypropylene film (OP / CP) having a total thickness of 60 μm, a width of 350 mm, and a pitch of 260 mm. Could be done without a tray. And when one side half of the externally packaged product was held up and down repeatedly, no lowering of the quality under the display conditions was observed without folding back.
Raw Chinese noodles similar to Example 1 were cut to a size so that 190 g of noodle chunks were obtained, and the air content was 47% by a vertical pillow wrapping machine, the vertical a2 was 36 cm, the horizontal b was 14 cm, and each serving A connected package was obtained in which the packages were connected through perforations.
When the
Next, as shown in FIG. 5, the product content pitch i2 is 21 cm and the slope k2 where d2 and f2 overlap as shown in FIG. 6 by folding the film so that the film convex part f2 and the film concave part e2 overlap. Was about 4 cm, the top was flat, and an integrated body without deformation was obtained.
After that, the soup of the attached soup is placed on the top and manually supplied to a horizontal pillow packaging machine, and a stable pillow packaging without biting by a polypropylene film (OP / CP) having a total thickness of 60 μm, a width of 370 mm, and a pitch of 290 mm. Could be done without a tray. And when one side half of the externally packaged product was held up and down repeatedly, no lowering of the quality under the display conditions was observed without folding back.
The same raw Chinese noodles as in Example 1 were cut to a size so that 130 g of noodle chunks were obtained, and formed into noodle chunks with noodle strings aligned by a ball rounding machine. The noodle mass was obtained by a dedicated horizontal pillow wrapping machine with an air content of 60%, a vertical a3 of 51 cm, a horizontal b of 14 cm, and a connected package in which individual packages of three meals were connected through perforations.
When the
Next, as shown in FIG. 8, by folding so that the film convex part d3 and the film concave part e3, the film convex part h3 and the film concave part g3 overlap, the product content pitch i3 is 20 cm. Got no aggregates. FIG. 9 shows a more stable accumulation state by placing the attached soup m (3 soups of liquid soup) on the top. In addition, although the arrangement | positioning of the film convex part f3 was not settled, the dimension of i3 was substantially constant.
Thereafter, the paper was manually supplied to a horizontal pillow packaging machine, and stable pillow packaging without biting could be performed without a tray by using a polypropylene film (OP / CP), a total thickness of 60 μm, a width of 390 mm, and a pitch of 280 mm. Then, when one side half of the outer packaged product was held up and down repeatedly, no lowering of the quality was observed in the display conditions without breaking back.
The connected package (aggregate) folded in Example 1 was supplied to a belt-feeding horizontal pillow wrapping machine FW3410 / B manufactured by Fujikikai Co., Ltd. and packaged. It was possible to package with the same quality. In addition, it was possible to carry out without the intervention of human hands, including the transfer of timing belts with the same distance between the front and rear, and the automatic insertion of accessories.
