Description

The present invention relates to a resin product in which a press-fitting member harder than the resin product is press-fitted and fixed to a resin product having a through hole, and in particular, a resin product and a press-fitting member that do not require deburring of the burrs generated at that time, and these The present invention relates to a resin product with a press-fitting member that uses the above.

4A and 4B are diagrams for explaining a conventional product in which a press-fitting member harder than the resin product is press-fitted into a resin product having a through-hole, wherein FIG. 4A is a perspective view of the press-fitting member, and FIG. 4B is a portion of the through-hole of the resin product. FIG.
<Conventional press-fit member>
In FIG. 4A, reference numeral 40 denotes a collar as an example of a conventional press-fitting member. The collar 40 has a cylindrical shape with the same outer diameter 40D from the press-fit tip 40F to the press-fit rear end 40B. Examples of the press-fitting member include metal products such as nuts having quadrangular columns and hexagonal columns in addition to the collar. In the following, an example of color will be described.
<Conventional resin products>
In FIG.4 (b), 30 is a through-hole drilled in the conventional resin product. The through hole 30 has a hollow cylindrical shape having the same inner diameter from the inlet to the outlet (when a collar is inserted), or a rectangular column or a hexagonal column (when a nut is inserted) having the same shape in the cross section.
Hereinafter, since the concept is the same, an example of a hollow cylindrical collar will be described, but the same can be applied to a nut.
A plurality of ridges 30M parallel to the axial direction are formed on the inner wall of the through hole 30 of the resin product, and when the press-fitted collar 40 moves forward by being press-fitted, the ridge 30M is crushed and deformed. The collar 40 is firmly fixed to the through hole 30 by obtaining force.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a conventional resin product 3 simultaneously showing before and after press-fitting the collar of FIG. 4 (a) into the resin product of FIG. 4 (b).
In FIG. 5, 401 is a color before being press-fitted on the left side of the figure, and 402 is a color after being press-fitted on the right side of the figure. The burrs B are scattered from the lower part of the resin product into which the collar 402 is press-fitted.

(a)圧入前:
<Reason for burrs>
Here, the reason for the occurrence of burrs will be described with reference to FIG.
6A and 6B are longitudinal sectional views for explaining the reason for occurrence of burrs. FIG. 6A is a view before press-fitting, FIG. 6B is a state during press-fitting, and FIG.
(A) Before press-fitting:
When manufacturing a resin product, as shown in FIG. 6A, the inner diameter 30 </ b> D formed by the plurality of peaks 30 </ b> M in the through hole 30 is made smaller than the outer diameter 40 </ b> D of the cylindrical collar 40.
(B) During press fitting:
Accordingly, when the collar 40 is press-fitted into the through-hole 30, as shown in FIG. 6B, the press-fitting direction tip 40F of the collar 40 crushes the crest 30M of the through-hole 30, and press-fits downward while scraping off. Will progress. A part of the shaved mountain becomes a burr B and falls downward from the inside of the through hole 30.
(C) Press-in completion:
When the press-fitting of the collar 40 is completed, the tip 40F of the collar 40 reaches the lowermost end of the through hole 30 as shown in FIG. The crest 30 </ b> M that has been scraped off becomes burr B and falls downward from the inside of the through hole 30.

<Problems caused by Bali>
Thus, the burr | flash generate | occur | produced because a part of the crest 30M cut off when the press-fit collar 40 crushes the crest 30M fell as a burr B.
The fallen burr B adheres to the resin product, and the burr B moves during assembly or product use, causing connection failure or contamination with impurities, or sticking to important parts of the product and causing various troubles. is what happened.
Therefore, conventionally, in order to remove this burr B, a burr removing step is purposely provided and the burr B is sucked and removed by vacuum suction or the like.

<Prior art>
On the other hand, as a countermeasure against burrs, there is disclosed a resin molded product with a nut housing portion that can reliably embed a nut in a predetermined abutting bottom wall even if burrs occur (see Patent Document 1).
According to this, the recess of the resin molded product into which the nut is fitted (fitted) is formed as follows. That is, the recess abuts a pair of left and right side walls that restrict the parallel surface of the outer periphery of the nut to prevent the nut from rotating, a pair of front and rear walls that restrict the front and rear end surfaces of the nut, and a part of the outer periphery of the nut This is provided with a bottom wall that regulates the depth of the nut and a nut insertion opening facing the bottom wall, and a notch for inserting a bolt into the fitted nut is formed in the front wall. Ribs that are crushed by parallel surfaces of the outer periphery of the nut when the nut is fitted are provided on the left and right side walls. A space is provided in the abutting bottom wall to store the shavings of the ribs.
As a result, the scrap scraps of the ribs accumulate in the voids, so that the nut can be reliably embedded in the predetermined abutting bottom wall.
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 9-296815

However, although the invention described in Patent Document 1 is effective when a nut is fitted in a “bottomed recess”, in the case of the “through-hole having no bottom”, which is the subject of the present invention, the Scatters down to the bottom of the product like the conventional product, and has no effect.

The present invention solves the above-described problems, and provides a resin product in which even if a part of the resin scraped off by the press-fitting member is generated as a burr, the burr is not scattered from the resin product to the outside. The purpose of this is to eliminate the burr removal step and contribute to the cost reduction of the product.

In order to achieve the above object, a first invention relates to a resin product with a press-fitting member that does not require deburring, and includes a resin product having a through hole and a press-fitting member made of a material harder than the resin product, In the resin product with a press-fitting member formed by press-fitting a press-fitting member into the through-hole , the through-hole has a press-fitted region in which a crest is formed on the insertion side of the press-fitting member and is not press-fitted without a crest. An area is provided toward the outlet portion following the press-fit area, the opening hole of the non-press-fit area is smaller than the open hole of the press-fit area, and the boundary between the press-fit area and the non-press-fit area is a right angle The inner wall of the press-fitted region is formed with a plurality of peaks extending in parallel in the axial direction, and the press-fitting member has a small-diameter guide portion on the front end side and a large-diameter press-fit portion on the rear end side. Following the guide portion, the guide portion It is inserted up to the opening hole of the non-press-fit area without crushing the recording mountain, and the press-fitting part is pressed into the through-hole to advance and crush the crest of the pressed-in area to obtain a reaction force. The burr that is securely fixed to the through hole and that is dropped when the press-fitted portion crushes the mountain is formed by the gap between the mountain and the mountain, the right-angle wall, and the rear end of the guide portion. It is characterized by being deposited in a space .
According to a second invention, in the resin product with a press-fitting member according to the first invention, a cross-sectional shape inside the through hole of the non-press-fitted region of the resin product and a cross-sectional shape outside the guide portion of the press-fitting member are It is characterized by being substantially identical.

With such a configuration, it is possible to prevent burrs from being scattered from the resin product, and therefore, a burr removing step is not necessary, which contributes to cost reduction of the product.

On the other hand, in the through hole 10 of the resin product 1, a plurality of peaks 10M extending in the axial direction on the inner wall are formed, and a peak from the pressed region 10A toward the outlet (downward in the figure). And a non-press-fit region 10N in which is not formed.
And the opening hole of the non-press-fit area | region 10N is smaller than the opening hole of 10 A of to-be-pressed areas.
Further, the boundary between the press-fitted region 10A and the non-press-fitted region 10N is connected by a right-angle wall 10W.

FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the resin product 1 of the present invention, showing before and after press-fitting the collar of FIG. 1 (a) into the resin product of FIG. 1 (b).
In FIG. 2, 201 is a color before press-fitting on the left side of the figure, and 202 is a color after press-fitting on the right side of the figure. According to this, the burrs B (FIG. 5) generated in the conventional product are not scattered from the lower part of the resin product into which the collar 202 is press-fitted.

(a)圧入前:
<Reason why Bali does not scatter>
Here, the reason why burrs are not scattered by the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
3A and 3B are longitudinal sectional views for explaining the reason why burrs are not scattered. FIG. 3A is a view before press-fitting, FIG. 3B is a press-fitting process, and FIG.
(A) Before press-fitting:
When making a resin product, as shown in FIG. 3A, the inner diameter 10Ad of the press-fitted region 10A formed by the plurality of peaks 10M of the through hole 10 is smaller than the outer diameter 20Pd of the press-fitted portion 20P of the collar 20, The guide portion 20G is larger than the outer diameter 20Gd. Further, the inner diameter 10Nd of the non-press-fitted region 10N of the through hole 10 is substantially the same as the outer diameter 20Gd of the guide portion 20G of the collar 20.
(B) During press fitting:
Therefore, when the collar 20 is press-fitted into the through hole 10, as shown in FIG. 3B, the guide portion 20G of the collar 20 advances without crushing the crest 10M of the through hole, but the tip of the press-fit portion 20P penetrates. When it comes into contact with the hole crest 10M, it crushes the crest 10M and proceeds downward while scraping it off. A part of the shaved mountain 10M becomes a burr B and falls onto a right-angle wall 10W. However, since the inner diameter 10Nd of the non-press-fitted region 10N is substantially the same as the outer diameter 20Gd of the guide portion 20G, there is no gap between the resin product 1 and the guide portion 20G so that the burr B leaks out, and is therefore perpendicular. The burr that has fallen on the wall 10 </ b> W does not pass through the side of the guide portion 20 </ b> G and is discharged below the resin product 1.
(C) Press-in completion:
When the press-fitting of the collar 20 is completed, the guide portion 20G at the tip of the collar 20 reaches the lowermost end of the through hole 10 as shown in FIG. All the burrs B scraped off so far fall on the right-angle wall 10W, and are crushed into a space formed by the right-angle wall 10W, the rear end of the collar guide portion 20G, and the front end of the press-fit portion 20D. To be deposited. The burrs B are not discharged below the resin product 1 through the guide portions 20G.

As described above, according to the present invention, even if the press-fitted collar 20 crushes the mountain 10M and burrs are generated, all the dropped burrs are perpendicular to the wall 10W, the rear end of the collar guide portion 10G, and the press-fitted portion. Since it is deposited in the space formed by the tip of 10D, it is not discharged under the resin product 1.
Therefore, according to the present invention, the burrs move at the time of assembly or use of the product, causing connection failure or impurity contamination, or causing various troubles by adhering to an important part of the product.
