Claims (15)
- ターボ機械内の遠心圧縮機の出口に取り付けられたディフューザノズルのアセンブリにして、ディフューザが、2つの環状板、即ち翼によって一緒に接合された上流環状板と下流環状板を備え、上流環状板が、外部ケーシングに対して支承された半径方向外方端部を有し、ノズルが、回転面を形成しかつ外部ケーシングによって取り囲まれた半径方向内方壁によって担持された複数の翼を備える、アセンブリであって、ノズルの翼の半径方向外方端部と外部ケーシングとの間に弾性変形可能な手段が配置され、前記手段が、外部ケーシングと翼の半径方向外方端部との間を空気が通過するのを防止することを特徴とする、アセンブリ。
- 翼の半径方向外方端部に対して支承された、外部ケーシングから離隔された部分と、ケーシングに対して支承された少なくとも一方の端部とを有する環状金属シートを、弾性変形可能な手段が備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートの一方の端部が外部ケーシングに固定され、その他方の端部が外部ケーシングに対して滑動可能に支承されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートの他方の端部が、ディフューザの上流環状板の半径方向外方端部内の環状溝内を案内されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状溝が、上流環状板の半径方向外方端部の円筒リムと外部ケーシングとの間に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが約1mmから1.5mmの厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが、ケーシングとノズルの膨張係数と同様の熱膨張係数を有する材料で製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが溶接、ろう付け、またはリベット締めによって外部ケーシングに固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが、密閉コーティングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートの密閉コーティングが、エラストマであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが、摩耗に耐えるコーティングを含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 環状金属シートが、弾性予応力をともなって外部ケーシングとノズルの翼の半径方向外方端部との間に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項2に記載のディフューザノズルのアセンブリで使用する弾性変形可能な環状金属シートであって、形状が円錐台形で張り出した端部を備えることを特徴とする、環状金属シート。
- 360°を占める単一部材として製作されていることを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の環状金属シート。
- 請求項1に記載のディフューザノズルのアセンブリを含むことを特徴とする、ターボジェットまたはターボプロップなどのターボ機械。
