Description
The present invention relates to a package with fruits and vegetables and a packaging method for a package with fruits and vegetables.
The harvested fruits and vegetables are often stored and distributed in containers such as cardboard boxes, resin containers or wooden boxes. In recent years, the combined use of these containers and a freshness-keeping packaging for fruits and vegetables called MA (Modified Atmosphere) packaging has come to be tried. In MA packaging, fruits and vegetables are packaged in a bag with a controlled gas permeation amount, and the package is brought into a low oxygen concentration and high carbon dioxide concentration state by balancing the respiration rate of the packaged fruits and vegetables with the gas permeation amount of the bag. It suppresses breathing and maintains freshness.
Although there is a great demand for using these containers and MA packaging, in MA packaging, the opening portion of the bag must be closed by some method, and this inconvenience has become a bottleneck. At present, it is closed by bundling with heat seal, rubber band, caulking, string, resin tape, or a binding band. In these methods, in addition to the troublesome work, the cost of these facilities and materials is also required. By simply bundling or pushing back the opening portion of the packaging bag in the container, the variation is large and the opening portion is not sufficiently closed, so that it is not possible to sufficiently obtain the freshness maintaining effect of fruits and vegetables.
Regarding MA packaging, there is JP-A-5-328896, and paragraph number 0013 describes sealing by heat sealing. This method can also be applied when the packaging unit is small, such as sold at a store, but when a packaging bag having a relatively large bag size is used, it is not practical because workability is extremely poor. In addition, polyethylene bags that are cheap and easy to handle also have problems such as poor heat seal and lack of practicality. Furthermore, a machine / equipment for heat sealing is required, and there is a problem that it cannot be easily sealed again after being opened for inspection.
In JP-A-8-48382, it is described in 0016 that fixing with a tape by a bag seal (binding) or a rubber band is preferable, but these materials are required separately.
In addition, after the packaging of fruits and vegetables, these fixing materials are often unnecessary, which is inferior in terms of effective use of resources.
The present invention can maintain the freshness of fruits and vegetables, it is easy to close the bag without the need to separately close the packaging bag, no unnecessary materials are generated after use, and the bag is opened once It is another object of the present invention to provide a package that can be easily closed again.
In a package containing fruits and vegetables in which the fruits and vegetables are stored in a synthetic resin film packaging bag and the packaging bags containing fruits and vegetables are stored in a container, the package containing fruits and vegetables has a mechanism for closing the opening of the packaging bag containing fruits and vegetables in the container. is there.
As a more preferable form, the container has a mechanism for closing the opening of the packaging bag containing fruits and vegetables, the container has a lid, and the lid has a mechanism for closing the opening of the packaging bag containing fruits and vegetables. And a mechanism for closing the opening of the container is selected from a hole provided in the container, a cut, a cut, a clip, or the like, and the container is selected from a cardboard container, a paper container, a plastic container, and a wooden container. It is a package containing fruits and vegetables that is a container to be used.
In addition, in the package containing fruits and vegetables in which the fruits and vegetables are stored in a synthetic resin film packaging bag, and the fruits and vegetables packaging bag is stored in a container, the opening portion of the fruits and vegetables packaging bag is closed by the mechanism for closing the opening portion of the container. This is a packaging method for a package containing fruits and vegetables to be packaged by closing the opening of the packaging bag.
As a more preferable form, there is provided a packaging method for a package containing fruits and vegetables, wherein the mechanism for closing the opening of the container has a plurality of mechanisms selected from holes, notches, cuts, clips provided in the container.
According to the method of the present invention, the freshness of fruits and vegetables can be maintained, the bag can be closed without any material for closing the packaging bag, the bag closing operation is easy, and therefore the opening portion of the packaging bag is closed. Since no material is required, resources can be saved, and a package of fruits and vegetables that can easily close the packaging bag again even after the bag is opened can be provided.
The present invention relates to a package for fruits and vegetables. As a kind of fruit and vegetables, it can apply to all the fruit and vegetables which can maintain the freshness by MA packaging. For example, spinach, komatsuna, broccoli, leek, leek, asparagus, leaf and stalk vegetables, cucumber, tomato, eggplant, pepper, aume, sweet corn and other fruit vegetables, carrot, Chinese yam, potato root vegetables, apple, banana, sudachi Berries such as lime, melon and banana, fungi such as shiitake mushrooms, eringi and sea cucumber, flower buds such as chrysanthemum and carnation, sweet potatoes, peppers and seedlings such as flowers.
The packaging bag used for the package is a synthetic resin film, and the material thereof is not particularly limited. For example, a film made of a synthetic resin such as polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene, nylon, polystyrene, or polylactic acid is used. Any one of these films may be used alone or laminated. These may be stretched or may be subjected to antifogging or printing. Among these, biaxially oriented polypropylene (OPP), low density polyethylene (LDPE), and linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) are more preferable because they are low in price and have moderate moisture retention. The thickness of these synthetic resin films is economically preferably 80 μm or less, and is preferably 10 μm or more in terms of strength. More preferably, they are 20 micrometers or more and 60 micrometers or less.
青果物の鮮度を保持する方法として、MA(Modified Atmosphere)包装という技術がある。
As a method for maintaining the freshness of fruits and vegetables, there is a technique called MA (Modified Atmosphere) packaging. MA packaging is a technology that maintains freshness by controlling the respiration of fruits and vegetables by bringing the packaging body into an appropriate low oxygen and high carbon dioxide state by balancing the amount of gas permeated through packaging materials such as bags and the respiration rate of packaged fruits and vegetables. It is. Therefore, in the present invention, it is preferred that the bag has a moderate oxygen permeability, oxygen permeability of the material of the packaging bag is preferably 9870 ~ 4935000ml / m 2 · day · MPa. More preferably 29610 ~ 1974000ml / m 2 · day · MPa.
When the synthetic resin film as described above is used for the packaging bag, the oxygen transmission amount may be insufficient. In this case, fine holes with an opening area per hole of 7.8 × 0 −5 to 7.9 × 10 −1 mm 2 , slits with a length of 0.1 to 10 mm, scratches and cracks are used in the bag. It is preferable to improve oxygen permeability. If the number of micro holes is less than 7.8 × 0 −5 mm 2 , a large number of holes are required and the workability deteriorates, and if it exceeds 7.9 × 10 −1 mm 2 , the oxygen permeation amount from one hole is reduced It may be too large to control the gas concentration in the package. The opening area per minute hole is more preferably 7.0 × 0 −4 to 7.1 × 10 −2 mm 2 . If the length of the slit exceeds 10 mm, the slit portion is likely to open and the oxygen concentration in the package may not be stable. It is preferably 10 mm or less, and more preferably 5 mm or less. Moreover, if it is less than 0.1 mm, there is a possibility that sufficient oxygen permeability cannot be obtained.
The container used in the present invention may be made of any material as long as it can be used for the distribution of fruits and vegetables. Specific examples include cardboard boxes, paper boxes, resin containers, and wooden boxes. Further, the container may be foldable or a returnable box that has been used in recent years. Further, the container may have a lid. Any type of lid may be used. For example, it may be a double door integrated with the container, or may be a cover lid that is separate from the container. Applications include, for example, gifts using cosmetic boxes, transportation from production areas to consumption areas using cardboard boxes and returnable containers, and storage using containers, cardboard boxes, wooden boxes, and the like.
As a container used in the present invention, a large container is preferable from the viewpoint of transportation of fruits and vegetables, but a size that can be carried by human power is preferable. The number of fruits and vegetables packaged in the container is not particularly limited, but any quantity from 1 to 4 fruits and vegetables packaged in one container because the container has a mechanism for closing the opening of the packaging bag. Is preferable, and it is more preferable to put one package in one container.
The container used for this invention has a mechanism which closes the opening part of a packaging bag in a container. As a mechanism for closing the opening portion of the packaging bag provided in the container, for example, a mechanism for closing the opening portion of the packaging bag such as a hole, a notch, a cut, a clip attached to the container, etc. Any mechanism can be used. Further, two or more mechanisms selected from these may be used in combination. The positions of the holes, cuts, etc. provided in the container are not particularly specified, but the side surface of the container, the lid and the like are preferable, the opening part of the packaging bag is preferably provided in the part where it can be easily inserted, and is preferably in the upper part of the container.
In the container having a mechanism for closing the opening portion of the packaging bag of the present invention, the method of closing the opening portion of the packaging bag is such that after the fruits and vegetables are put into the packaging bag, the opening portion of the packaging bag is provided with a hole, a cut, It has been found that this can be achieved by closing with a clip or two or more mechanisms selected from these. This can be achieved by closing the opening portion of the packaging bag by, for example, bundling, folding back, twisting, or the like, and making the portion difficult to move by a hole or notch provided in the container. In this way, there is a possibility that some air flow may occur in the opening portion of the packaging bag, but there is no flow that causes problems in maintaining the freshness of the fruits and vegetables, the sealing property can be maintained, and the freshness of the fruits and vegetables Effective for retention.
The opening portion of the packaging bag is preferably bundled from the viewpoints of stability and workability to keep the packaging bag closed, and may be twisted after being bundled or folded back in a bunch of wind. When using without bundling, it is preferable to make it difficult to move in a state where the opening of the packaging bag is folded once or more. In addition, in this invention, the opening part of a packaging bag means the part from the opening | mouth (opening edge part) of a packaging bag required in order to close the opening of a packaging bag, The length also depends on the magnitude | size of a bag. For example, in the case of a packaging bag having a size of width × length of 500 × 600 mm, a portion where the distance from the mouth of the packaging bag is about 300 mm can be called an opening portion of the packaging bag. The specific length depends on the size of the packaging bag and the amount of fruits and vegetables in the packaging bag. After the opening portion of the packaging bag is closed by the above-described mechanism of the present invention, the leading end of the packaging bag may be further fixed to the container with a tape or the like. The opening portion of the packaging bag may be passed through two or more holes or cuts. When the opening portion of the bag is simply bundled or only bundled and twisted, the sealing performance is further improved by passing the opening portion through two holes or slits.
The size of the packaging bag is selected depending on the size of the container to be used, and a packaging bag having a size slightly smaller than the size of the container and larger than the size of the container can be used. However, the size of the packaging bag must be such that the opening of the packaging bag reaches the position of the mechanism that closes the opening of the packaging bag provided in the container after the fruits and vegetables are stored in the packaging bag. In order to prevent the opening portion of the packaging bag from falling off, it is preferable that the tip portion of the opening portion of the packaging bag protrudes outside the mechanism by 20 mm or more. For example, when the opening portion of the packaging bag is bundled, the front end portion referred to here means the opening end portion of the packaging bag. For example, the opening portion of the packaging bag is packaged at a location within 70 mm from the opening end portion. When the bag is folded, the folded portion is referred to as a tip portion.
The present invention is suitable for packaging of a packaging bag generally referred to as a large bag, and uses a packaging bag having a size (width × length) of 400 mm × 500 mm or more (the total surface area of the bag is 4000 cm 2 or more). Is preferred.
Although the example of the mechanism which closes the opening part of the packaging bag provided in the container of this invention is demonstrated in detail using figures, it is not limited to these. In the figure, there is a mechanism in which a plurality of mechanisms are illustrated in one figure, but this does not indicate that the plurality of mechanisms are necessary in the container, and a plurality of mechanisms are used for convenience. This is only an example, and one of the two is sufficient as long as any one of the functions is sufficient. A hole means a non-open system having a width, and a notch is a part where the corresponding part is an open system and has a width, and a cut is a shape having no width regardless of whether it is open or non-open. is there. An open system means what is open to the end of the container.
As this invention, the thing (FIG. 22) with which the fixing tool which is a site | part which has the function to close a bag was united with the container main body is also possible. The material of such a fixture is not particularly limited, and may be made of, for example, synthetic resin or metal, and is integrally molded with the container or fixed to the container with an adhesive or a screw. The size may be determined by the situation where the opening portion of the packaging bag is closed.
A mechanism for closing the packaging bag by piercing the opening portion of the packaging bag which is provided with a hole in the side or lid of the container and bundled in the hole will be described. The shape of the hole is not particularly limited, and for example, there are a circle, a triangle, a quadrangle, a polygon, a star, and the like, and some of them are shown in FIG. It consists of a part with an opening part with a large shape of the hole of the container and a part with a narrow width, pierced the opening part of the packaging bag bundled in the large opening part, etc., and the opening part of the packaging bag with the part with the narrow width A closing mechanism may be used (FIG. 2). The packaging bag opening portion may be tightened by closing the opening and closing portion after the opening portion of the packaging bag is pierced into a large hole that is partially opened and closed (FIG. 3). The part which closes the opening part of the packaging bag after closing an opening-and-closing part may be a cut | interruption other than a hole. By doing so, it becomes easy to pierce the opening portion of the packaging bag into the hole, so that workability is improved.
A mechanism for closing the bag by fitting the opening portion of the packaging bag that is bundled into a notch provided in the container will be described. Although there is no particular limitation on the shape of the cut, for example, there are shapes shown in FIGS. 4, 5, 6, and 7. As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 7, a mechanism in which the opening portion is narrow and the back side is wide and the opening portion of the packaging bag fitted into the notch is difficult to come off is preferable.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the container may be provided with a lid, and a mechanism capable of sandwiching the opening portion of the packaging bag by a notch of the lid, a hole or the like may be used. The lid may be integral with or separate from the container body, and the opening / closing mechanism may be any mechanism such as a double door (FIGS. 8 to 11) and a cover lid (FIGS. 12 to 15). In FIG. 9, the lid is provided with holes, cuts, and cuts. However, this is merely an example, and it is not necessary to provide all of them. The same applies to FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, FIG. 12, FIG. 13, FIG. 15, etc., a mechanism that can sandwich the opening of the bag between the lid and the container main body may be used.
These are merely examples, and the present invention is not limited to these, and the holes and cuts are as described above. The lid includes not only those having a lid function but also those in which only the four corners of the cardboard box are inserted into the container body for shape retention, as is often seen in collective packaging of tomatoes (FIG. 16). ).
If the container has a lid, press the opening part of the packaging bag with a hole or notch on the side of the lid or container, and then close the packing bag opening part between the lid and the side of the container. (FIGS. 9 to 12, 13, and 15).
If the door is a cardboard box with double doors as shown in FIGS. 9 to 11 and the cover has two doors for the inner side and two for the outer side, holes, cuts or cuts provided in the inner door or the container body It is also possible to press the packaging bag opening and cover it with the outer door.
There may be a mechanism in which there is a cut in the container main body, and the cover is finally covered with a cut in the container and the cover is cut to close the opening portion of the packaging bag (FIG. 12).
In a container having a cover lid, there is a notch or a hole on the side surface of the container, and there is a mechanism for covering the part with a cover (FIG. 13). Since a part of the bag is not exposed to the outside of the container, the bag is not damaged during transportation. In this case, the packaging bag may be closed by a cut on the side surface of the container, or a mechanism that closes by covering the lid may be used. For a container with a cover lid and a hole for closing the packaging bag on the side of the container, if the part where the opening part of the packaging bag pierces the hole of the container is an obstacle to cover the lid, it is used to prevent the lid from being caught. It is possible to have a mechanism that keeps the slits (FIG. 14).
A mechanism with notches on both sides of the container body and the lid is also possible (FIG. 15). Also in this case, the packaging bag may be closed by cutting the container, or a mechanism for closing the packaging bag by covering it may be used. In the former case, the lid may contribute as a function for preventing the opening of the bundled packaging bag.
There are a plurality of holes, a notch, a mechanism with a cut, and a combined mechanism (FIGS. 17 and 19).
In such a mechanism, since the bag opening portion can be fixed a plurality of times, there are advantages that the sealing performance is improved, the opening portion is difficult to be removed from the hole or the like, and a plurality of bags can be sealed with one container. Furthermore, bags of different sizes can be sealed by changing the size of the holes and cuts.
Although the above-mentioned thing was mentioned as an example of the mechanism of this invention, as long as there exists the method of closing using a part of container other than these methods, that may be sufficient.
A part of the corner of the container may be bent toward the inside of the container, and the container may be closed through the opening portion of the packaging bag (FIG. 18). A part of the container body may be bent inward, and a bent part may be applied to the container with an adhesive or the like.
An example of the shape of the cut provided in the container is shown in FIG. These are cuts that have a function of closing and closing the opening of the packaging bag. The cut may be a simple shape such as a straight line at the end of the container, or when it is provided at other parts such as the side of the container or the lid, it is U-shaped, semicircular, U-shaped, Shapes such as a V shape are possible. The shape of the cut is not particularly limited to these. Moreover, in order to make an opening part into a cut easily, the shape combined with the notch | incision and the hole can also be used (FIG. 21).
In the present invention, any method may be used for forming holes, cuts, cuts, and the like. For example, a hole or notch provided in a container is generally formed by punching with a mold in a cardboard box, and there is a method of forming at the time of container molding in a resin container or the like.
The location where the opening portions of the packaging bag are bundled is closed by, for example, a hole in the container to maintain the sealing performance. Therefore, if the hole of the container is too larger than the opening part of the bundled bag, the part where the opening part of the packaging bag is bundled may come off from the hole of the container and the opening part may not be closed. Therefore, in this invention, when the load of 400 gf is applied for 5 second, it is preferable that the location which bundled the opening part of the packaging bag does not remove | deviate from the hole of a container. The same applies to cutting and the like, and the above test is evaluated by a method actually used.
For example, when there is a notch in the upper part of the side of the container, a 400 gf mass (for example, something like a weight) is put in the bag, the opening portion of the packaging bag is bundled and closed by cutting, and then the packaging bag is floated. What is necessary is just to confirm that the opening part of a packaging bag does not remove | deviate from a notch for second.
At this time, the weight placed in the bag is placed in the center of the bottom of the packaging bag so that the load on the opening is not biased. In the case of a container with a lid, the test is carried out by the method actually used. For example, when there is a notch on the inner door of the lid, bundling the opening part of the packaging bag and closing it through the notch, pressing the tip of the packaging bag inside the outer door and tapering the joint of the outer door Set the packaging bag containing the weight in the same way, and check whether the opening of the packaging bag does not come off for 5 seconds. In this case, when the length of the packaging bag is long and the packaging bag cannot be lifted, the material and width of the packaging bag may be left as they are, and the length may be shortened to measure the weight. Moreover, in order to set the packaging bag containing the weight in the container, the test may be performed by cutting out a part of the container to the extent that the test is not affected.
