Description

The present invention relates to a packaging box having four side walls and two lids, and more specifically to a box provided with a connecting piece on an extension of one lid of the packaging box. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a display tool using the connection piece.

Various boxes that can store a plurality of articles in one box have been proposed. For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2001-270517 (Patent Document 1), in order to store a main article to be stored and a sub-article smaller than the main article in one box, the sub-article is placed in a base and fixed. And a method for storing them is disclosed. The pedestal is provided with other functions, and a useless space generated when storing a plurality of articles having different sizes is eliminated.

Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2004-244083 (Patent Document 2) discloses a packing tray for storing a plurality of articles by providing a packing tray in a box to be stored.

Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2007-326589 (Patent Document 3) discloses an example in which an inner frame is provided as a box for makeup and transportation so that an article to be stored is not moved or damaged by vibration during transportation. .

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-2675 (Patent Document 4) mainly stores articles of different sizes in separate boxes and allows them to be connected to each other, thereby storing them in a box. There is disclosed a box that prevents the article and the secondary article from being separated and is excellent in display property and wearability.

Also, a method has been proposed in which the lid body and the inner flap are processed and used for other than the usual purpose. For example, Japanese Unexamined Patent Application Publication No. 2004-10064 (Patent Document 5) discloses a box that can fix an article to be stored by providing a hole, a folding line, or the like in an inner flap.

Although the above-mentioned prior art does not particularly refer to the size of the box, in the case of a box storing a small product such as a refill core of an eyebrow pencil, the box is inevitably small, so it is a legal indication. The area to display various information such as all component display, product features, usage, precautions, etc. to customers is limited. In such a case, it is common practice to create a booklet as a separate auxiliary material, describe what you want to convey, and store it together with the article.

特開2001−270517号公報JP 2001-270517 A 特開2004−244083号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-244083 特開2007−326589号公報JP 2007-326589 A 特開2002−2675号公報JP 2002-2675 A 特開2004−10064号公報JP 2004-10064 A

However, the boxes of Patent Documents 1 to 3 not only require another member for fixing the sub-articles, but also the individual boxes are arranged in a plane, so the box itself must be large, In addition to high raw material costs, there are problems that a plurality of steps are required during production and workability is poor.

The box of Patent Document 4 is substantially merely connected by bonding individual boxes, and is not much different from the case where two types of boxes are bonded by sealing or the like, and there are few cost advantages. .

The box of Patent Document 5 has only a function of fixing an article to be stored by processing a flap, and does not consider storing a plurality of articles, particularly articles having different sizes.

Moreover, in the box of patent documents 1-5, only the storage method of articles | goods was disclosed, and there was no idea which uses another member etc. for fixing a subsidiary article as a display tool at all.

In a small box that stores small containers, in order to convey a lot of information to the customer, it is necessary to create a booklet as a separate auxiliary material, which not only incurs the cost of creating a booklet, but also produces At times, it was necessary to put in a book, which was detrimental to workability.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a tool or a display tool for storing a subsidiary article in a packaging box having four side walls and two lids. It is to provide a packaging box with a member that can be used at low cost without impairing workability during production.

The box of the present invention is a packaging box having four side walls and two lids, and when the mouth of the article storage part formed by the side walls is placed in the vertical direction, either the top or bottom of the box One lid is provided on one side forming one mouth, a connecting piece is extended in a direction opposite to the side where the side and the lid are in contact, and the other lid is attached to the connecting piece. It is characterized by extending.

According to the box of the present invention, the lid is attached to one of the upper and lower mouth portions, the connection piece is provided on the extension of the attached lid, and the other lid is provided on the extension. The connection piece between the two lids can be used as a partition piece in the article storage unit. For this reason, a plurality of articles can be appropriately divided and stored. Further, if the lid on the side extended to the connection piece is opened, the connection piece can be pulled out from the article storage section. Therefore, by performing various displays on the connection piece, it is possible to use it as a display tool for describing matters to be communicated to the customer without creating a booklet or the like as another auxiliary material.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. Moreover, it cannot be overemphasized that this invention is not limited to what was shown by the following embodiment.

First, the box of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 will be described as an example. The box according to the present invention can be used as a box that can be stored without using an inner frame, a tray, or the like when a connection piece provided on the extension of the lid is used as a partition piece.
FIG. 7 is a view showing this method of use, and this box is assembled from the development shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 7, first, the side wall 2 of the developed box 1 shown in FIG. 6 is bent, and the margin 3 is bonded with an adhesive member to create the article storage unit 10. Thereafter, both inner flaps 4a provided at the bottom of the box are folded inside the article storage unit, and a lid 5a, a connecting piece 6, a lid 5b, provided on one side of one mouth of the article storage unit 10 The insertion piece 7 is inserted into the article storage unit 10 of the box according to the present invention. Thereafter, the bottom surface is sealed with the lid 5a, and the article X is stored. Thereafter, the connection piece 6 is tilted to the article X side, and another article Y is stored. Thereafter, both inner flaps 4b provided on the upper part of the article storage unit are bent inwardly of the article storage part, the lid body 5b is bent in the box front direction along the adjacent line 30, and the insertion piece 7 is inserted into the article storage part 10. Then seal the box. Since the lid 5b has substantially the same shape as the mouth of the article storage unit 10, the lid 5b is sealed without a gap in the mouth.

The relationship between the length of the connection piece 6 according to the present invention, the length of the side wall 2, and the length of the lid 5a will be described with reference to FIG. These lengths are appropriately adjusted depending on the size and number of articles to be stored, and are not particularly limited.
The length of the connection piece 6 in the box according to the present invention (in other words, the length from the adjacent line 20 between the connection piece 6 and the lid 5a to the adjacent line 30 between the other lid 5b and the connection piece 6) A and the length of the side wall (in other words, the height from the bottom surface of the box side wall to the top surface when the box is placed so that the mouth portion of the article storage unit 10 is arranged in the vertical direction) is b. In the case where the length of the lid 5a (in other words, the length from the adjacent line 40 between the side wall 2 and the lid 5a to the adjacent line 20 between the connecting piece 6 and the lid 5a) is c, 1 is an example where a 2 ≈b 2 + c 2 .

Thus, the box according to the present invention can be assembled from a single development view since the other cover body 5b is further extended to the connection piece 6 extended to the cover body 5a. Therefore, there is no need to separately prepare partition pieces as in the prior art, leading to a reduction in raw material costs. Further, the assembly of the box and the storage of the main article and the sub-article can be performed as a series of operations without using the partition piece as a separate member.

Further, since the connection piece 6 of the box according to the present invention is formed integrally with the lid body 5a and the lid body 5b, it is not separated from the box after opening, and the connection piece 6 is removed from the box as shown in a development view. It can be pulled out. For this reason, it is possible to use the display piece 6 by describing the items to be communicated to the customer on the connection piece 6. In addition, since the display can be printed before cutting out the developed drawing, it is possible to reduce the trouble of adding a so-called booklet, and there is no loss of only the booklet after opening. In addition, since a larger area than the side surface can be used as a display tool, more information can be conveyed.

Example 2 is an example in which the length a of the connecting piece of the box according to the present invention and the length b of the side wall are substantially the same length. In this case, the connection piece 6 is used exclusively as a display tool.
FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view of a state in which an article is stored in a box in which the development shown in FIG. 9 is assembled as viewed from the side. When stored as shown in FIG. 8, it looks like a normal box.

The boxes shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 are not limited to the articles to be stored, but are preferably used when storing relatively small articles such as lipstick containers, nail polish containers, and eyebrow pencil replacement cores. It is done. The box for storing these relatively small articles inevitably has a small display area of the box, and thus securing the display location has been a problem. However, the display space can be reduced by using the partition piece 6 as a display tool. Enough can be secured.
As an additional effect, since the side wall 2 and the connecting piece 6 are overlapped with each other, the article storage portion 10 is narrowed, and the article Z can be stored in a more closely attached state. There is also an effect of preventing scratches on the surface of the article Z due to rubbing during transportation caused by the gap between the article and the article. Furthermore, since the side wall 2 and the connecting piece 6 are in an overlapped state, a buffering effect is produced when the side wall 2 and the connecting piece 6 are dropped during transportation.

FIG. 10 shows an example in the case of partitioning different from the first embodiment. Also in this example, like the first embodiment, the connection piece 6 can be used as a partition piece or a display tool.
In the third embodiment, the length a of the connection piece 6 is longer than the length b of the side wall by a length that is twice the depth width of the box. Further, the connecting piece 6 is provided with two folding lines, and other articles 200 are stacked on the upper part of the lower article 100 by folding the connecting pieces 6 with the folding lines. Thus, a plurality of storage spaces can be provided by appropriately adjusting the length of the connection piece 6 and attaching a fold line.

Example 4 is an example in which a hole 50 is provided in the connection piece 6 in the box of Example 1.
FIG. 11 is a developed view, FIG. 12 is a perspective view when FIG. 11 is assembled, and FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view when a state in which an article is stored in the box of FIG.
A hole 50 is provided in the connection piece 6, and after storing the article 400, the article 300 is stored in such a manner that the cylindrical article 300 is inserted into the hole 50. In this case, the article 300 can be fixed by providing the hole 50 in addition to simply partitioning the article with the connection piece 6. If the article can be fixed, the rubbing between the articles and the rubbing between the box and the article during transportation or the like can be reduced.

In FIG. 14, the length a of the connection piece 6 is slightly longer than the length b of the side wall. This is an example where two holes are provided and the article is fixed and stored.
Although not shown in particular in a developed view, two holes 50 are provided in the connection piece 6, and the elongated article 500 is fixed and stored in the holes 50. Of course, not only a hole but also a cut line may be provided as appropriate so that an article can be hooked and the hole and the cut line can be provided side by side.

In the first to fifth embodiments, the case where the length a of the connection piece 6 is substantially the same as or longer than the length b of the side wall is shown. However, the length a of the connection piece 6 is shorter than the length b of the side wall. Even if it is a case. The lid 5 b is only sealed in a state one step lower than the mouth of the box storage unit 10. Even in this case, there is no problem in using the connection piece 6 as a partition piece or as a display tool.

There is no problem whether the connection piece 6 according to the present invention is installed on the side of the lid 5b provided on the top surface of the box or on the lid 5a provided on the bottom surface. However, if the bottom cover 5a is provided, the bottom does not come out and the stored articles can be stored stably. Moreover, since it becomes impossible to open unless the bottom surface is broken, a virgin property can be ensured only by sticking a sealing seal on one lid only on the top surface side, which is a more preferable embodiment.

The shape of the connection piece 6 according to the present invention need not be rectangular. Although not shown in particular, the side where the connection piece 6 is not in contact with the lid (in other words, both sides) may have a hollow shape. Conversely, the connection piece 6 may be shaped like having wings on both sides. In this case, it becomes wider than the width of the box side wall, but there is no problem if the portion wider than the width of the box side wall is bent and used. However, in view of the strength for partitioning the articles, the display area as a display tool, and workability in the production process, it is most desirable that the rectangular shape is almost the same shape as the box sidewall shape.

The insertion flap 7 according to the present invention is not an essential component. If it is provided in advance, it is merely unnecessary to use a new member at the time of final sealing. There is no problem even if it is sealed with cellophane tape or the like without providing the insertion flap 7 in the lid that is not adjacent to the side surface.

The material of the box according to the present invention is not particularly limited. It is sufficient that the shape of the box such as paper or plastic is maintained.

As described above, the box according to the present invention can stably store a plurality of articles without using new parts such as an inner frame and a tray by partitioning or fixing the articles using connection pieces. I can do it. Further, the connection piece can be used as a display tool. As a result, even when the box is small and the display space on the side wall is limited, it is possible to convey a large amount of information to the consumer by describing the method of use, blending components, etc. on the connection piece.
Furthermore, when the connecting piece 6 is provided on the bottom cover 5a, the bottom does not come out and the stored articles can be stored stably. In addition, since it cannot be opened unless the bottom surface is broken, virginity can be ensured only by sticking a sealing seal on one lid only on the top surface side.
