Description
Claims (4)
- 結合剤材料と、
複合部材を形成するために前記結合剤材料内に配置された、撚られた繊維トウであって、前記撚られた繊維トウは、繊維と繊維束と繊維トウとのうちの少なくとも1つに付与された撚りレベルを含む、撚られた繊維トウとを具備する、複合部材であって、
前記撚りレベルは、前記複合部材の、電気抵抗と機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つと、略線形の関係にあり、
前記撚りレベルを調節することにより、前記電気抵抗と前記機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つが、制御される、
複合部材。 - 請求項1に記載の複合部材を1つ以上含む、超高周波電気測定のための、計測器プローブ要素。
- 複合部材を形成するための方法であって、
結合剤高分子を提供することと、
1つ以上の撚られた繊維トウを、それぞれの撚られた繊維トウの、繊維と繊維束と繊維トウとのうちの少なくとも1つに撚りレベルを付与することによって、形成することと、
結合剤高分子内に配置された前記1つ以上の撚られた繊維トウを含む、複合部材を形成することであって、前記複合部材は、前記付与された撚りレベルによって制御される、電気抵抗と機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つを有する、ことと、
前記撚りレベルは、前記複合部材の、電気抵抗と機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つと、略線形の関係にあること、
を含む、方法。 - プローブ要素を作成するための方法であって、
プローブの適用例の要求に基づいて、繊維トウの撚りレベルを決定することと、
前記決定された撚りレベルを有し、かつ、結合剤高分子内に配置された、前記繊維トウを含む、複合部材を形成することであって、前記繊維トウは、前記繊維トウの繊維と、前記繊維トウの繊維束と、前記繊維トウとのうちの少なくとも1つに付与された、前記決定された撚りレベルを含む、ことと、
前記撚りレベルは、前記複合部材の電気抵抗と機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つと、略線形の関係にあり、前記撚りレベルを調節することにより、前記電気抵抗と前記機械的強度とのうちの少なくとも1つが、制御されること、
を含む、方法。
