整流板と発熱体ラジェターに密着した広面積アルミ製反射板と風向板の急速放熱により気流の熱交換を促進して熱交換効率を画期的に向上させると共に、可動風向板により暖気の到達距離を延伸し、同時に埃の巻き上げ防止を可能にした。
ラジェター左右のスライド式整流板の開閉、風向板の角度調整により、暖房遠近の柔軟な対応が可能になった。
無段階のファン速度制御により室温のスムーズな連続制御と就寝時の低床部の温度上昇および低騒音暖房が可能となった。
ラジェター高温部分は、ファンによる冷却により火傷の危険は少なくなり室温の平均化により省エネルギーが可能になった。

(ロ)一体構成の整流板部(4)に内側両側部にゴム(7)を貼り付けた支軸(6)2本で板状の可動整流板(5)を挟みリベット(8)で整流板(4)内部へ取り付ける。
(ハ)風向板(10)を反射板(9)両側へトルクヒンジ(11)でネジナット(12)により固定、反射板(9)をUボルトナット(13)で下部オイルパイプ(16)へ取り付ける、本発明は以上のような構成でこれを使用するときは、オイルヒーターおよびファンモーター(1)電源を投入、ヒーター電力を最大にラジェター両側の可動整流板(5)を全閉位置に設定すると暖房立ち上がり時間を短縮できる、冷風起動を防止するため暖房適温に達するとファンモーター(1)は最大風量で起動する。
ラジェター温度上昇後は風向板(10)を暖房方向へ向け暖気の到達範囲の延伸が可能である、可動整流板(5)は任意の位置で固定が可能、暖房方向への風量調整ができる、最下部の位置では気流の温度上昇と到達範囲を拡大できる、オイルヒーターを壁面、家具付近に配置する場合、近接する側の可動整流板(5)を閉にセットすると暖房方向へ暖気を効率良く到達させることができる、近くで使用する時は暖房側の可動整流板(5)を開放、輻射熱と相乗効果で低電力切り替えにより省エネルギーとすることができる。Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
