Description
The present invention relates to an absorbent article.
Conventionally, in the field of absorbent articles, sanitary napkins, incontinence pads, and the like, for which hygienic management is particularly important, are often provided to consumers with individual absorbent articles packaged independently. The absorbent article with such individual packaging is superior in terms of hygiene, but the bags used for individual packaging are discarded after opening and become garbage.
In order to prevent the generation of such dust, an attempt has been made to function when worn without discarding the material used for individual packaging. For example, in Patent Document 1, an individual wrapping sheet, an absorbent body overlaid on the individual wrapping sheet, and a flexible trap portion in which at least one end of the absorbent body is accommodated are described as the individual wrapping sheet. A trap sheet formed between the trap sheet and at least one of the other end portions of the trap sheet and the individual packaging sheet, and the individual packaging sheet so that the other end side of the individual packaging sheet overlaps the trap sheet The absorbent product is characterized in that it comprises a joining tape for releasably joining the other end of the sheet and one end of the individual packaging sheet or the trap sheet.
In the absorbent product described in Patent Document 1, in order to temporarily store unabsorbed body fluid when a large amount of body fluid is discharged in a short time and the discharge rate of the body fluid exceeds the absorption rate of the body fluid by the absorber A trap portion is provided.
However, in reality, not all bodily fluids that are not absorbed by the absorber are stored in the trap portion. Inside the individual wrapping sheet, there is a body fluid that is not absorbed even in a portion other than the trap portion, which causes leakage when the wearer's body moves. In particular, when an absorbent body having a high content of superabsorbent polymer (hereinafter also referred to as “SAP”) is used, the problem of such leakage is caused by the slow absorption rate of the body fluid of SAP. Was big.
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article that functions when worn without discarding the material used for individual packaging and that is unlikely to leak.
As a result of intensive studies to achieve the above object, the present inventor has completed an absorbent article having a novel structure.

In each plan view in the attached drawings, the front side of the absorbent article or the like is positioned on the upper side of the drawing. Further, in each longitudinal end view in the attached drawings, the front side of the absorbent article or the like is shown on the left side of the figure.

The
Examples of the liquid-impermeable sheet include a film of a resin such as PE, PP, PET, and EVA; a foamed sheet of the resin; and a highly water-resistant nonwoven fabric. As the liquid-impermeable sheet, a sheet having air permeability such as a gas-permeable film is also preferably used.
The individual packaging sheet is composed of a laminate of a liquid-impermeable sheet and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is present on the upper side and / or the lower side of the liquid-impermeable sheet. This is one of the preferred embodiments.
The individual packaging sheet is composed of a laminate of a liquid impermeable sheet and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is present on the upper side of the liquid impermeable sheet. The porous structure of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric is preferable in that the surface of the hydrophobic non-woven fabric is uneven, and the effect of preventing body fluid from collecting and flowing in one direction is also achieved.
The individual packaging sheet is composed of a laminate of a liquid-impermeable sheet and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, and the aspect in which the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is present on the lower side of the liquid-impermeable sheet is the appearance and feel of the absorbent article. It is preferable at the point which becomes the outstanding thing.
The embodiment in which the individual packaging sheet is composed of a laminate of a liquid-impermeable sheet and a hydrophobic nonwoven fabric, and the hydrophobic nonwoven fabric is present on the upper side and the lower side of the liquid-impermeable sheet is the two modes described above. There are both advantages.
In the
Specifically, for example, at least the inner surface of the individual packaging sheet is constituted by a liquid-impermeable sheet, the backup sheet is constituted by a hydrophilic nonwoven fabric, and the liquid-impermeable sheet and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric are integrally formed. The formed laminate is one of the preferred embodiments of the present invention. In this aspect, by arranging the laminate in which the liquid-impermeable sheet and the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric are integrally formed so that the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric is on the upper side, the hydrophilic nonwoven fabric portion functions as a backup sheet. And the part of a liquid-impermeable sheet can function as an individual packaging sheet.
The
The
The
The
Among the sheet-like absorbent bodies, one preferred embodiment is a superabsorbent sheet containing SAP of 50% by mass or more, preferably 60 to 95% by mass.
The highly water-absorbent sheet is an ultrathin sheet-like absorbent body mainly composed of SAP. The superabsorbent sheet has a very small thickness because the SAP content is extremely high. The thickness of the superabsorbent sheet is preferably 1.5 mm or less, and more preferably 1 mm or less.
As long as the superabsorbent sheet is an ultra-thin sheet-like absorbent body mainly composed of SAP, the configuration and the production method are not particularly limited.
For example, a super absorbent sheet obtained by the Air Laid method can be mentioned. The Air Laid method is a method in which pulverized wood pulp and SAP are mixed, a binder is added, and the resultant is formed into a sheet shape to obtain a highly water-absorbent sheet. As a highly water-absorbent sheet obtained by this method, for example, NOVATHIN (registered trademark) manufactured by Rayonier in the United States and B-SAP manufactured by Oji Kinocross are known.
Moreover, the superabsorbent sheet (SAP sheet | seat) obtained by the method of coating the dispersion | distribution slurry of SAP on bodily fluid permeable sheets, such as a nonwoven fabric, is also mentioned. Here, it is preferable that the SAP dispersion slurry is obtained by dispersing SAP and microfibrillated cellulose (MFC) in a mixed solvent of water and ethanol. As a highly water-absorbent sheet obtained by this method, MegaThin (registered trademark) manufactured by Japan Absorbent Technology Laboratory is known, for example.
In addition, for example, a superabsorbent sheet obtained by a method in which a large amount of SAP is supported on a raised nonwoven fabric and fixed with a hot melt binder, emulsion binder, aqueous fiber, etc., and fibrous SAP is mixed with PET (polyethylene terephthalate) fiber And a superabsorbent sheet obtained by a method of forming a web, and a SAP sheet in which the top and bottom of the SAP layer are sandwiched between tissues.
The absorber may be combined with other members such as a top sheet and a side barrier. Further, as will be described later, another member such as a wing may be further coupled to another member coupled to the absorber.
The
In general, the amount of bodily fluid discharged from the wearer is not constant and varies greatly, so bodily fluids may be discharged in large amounts. Further, for example, there is a case where the amount of urine discharged in the initial stage is large even when the total amount of urine discharged is not large, such as urge incontinence. Further, for example, it may be used only when the menstrual blood volume is large, such as a night napkin.
Thus, the
The
The
The present inventor has continually studied about the cause of urine leakage. As a result, it became clear that transmission leaks occurred with a considerable frequency.
Here, transmission leakage leaks through the wearer's skin, leaks or oozes through the surface and peripheral edge (for example, both sides, front end, rear end) of each member of the absorbent article. It means to do. A transmission leak is a leak that occurs even if the capacity of the absorbent body of the absorbent article is sufficient. Generally, the amount of leakage is small and leaks in a oozing manner. Such transmission leakage is likely to occur when urine present without being absorbed inside the absorbent article moves left and right or back and forth depending on the position and movement of the wearer.
The material of the

The width of the transmission leakage preventing sheet is not particularly limited as long as a part of the width can be present in the internal space of the liquid storage unit.
The transmission leakage prevention sheet may be bonded to the upper surface of the liquid storage part with an adhesive or the like. Whether or not to join can be appropriately selected according to the material, shape, size, and the like of the transmission leakage prevention sheet.
For example, when the transmission leakage prevention sheet is thin and bulky like a tape-like polyurethane foam having a width of about 20 mm, the transmission leakage prevention sheet is positioned at the center in the left-right direction on the upper surface of the liquid storage unit. Thus, it is preferable to fix it to the upper surface of the liquid reservoir.
In addition, when the transmission leakage prevention sheet is a relatively bulky nonwoven fabric such as a cotton spunlace having a width of about 40 mm (for example, a basis weight of 40 g / m 2 ), it is worn when the transmission leakage prevention sheet is wet. Since it is easy to adhere to a person's skin, it is preferable not to fix to a liquid storage part in order to make use of the property and follow a movement of a wearer's body.
Furthermore, when the transmission leakage prevention sheet is a relatively wide and thin nonwoven fabric such as a TCF nonwoven fabric having a width of about 50 mm or more (for example, a basis weight of 25 g / m 2 ), the position of the transmission leakage prevention sheet does not shift. In addition, it is preferable to fix both the left and right edges of the transmission leakage prevention sheet to the upper surface of the liquid storage part.

In the present invention, like the absorbent article 100j, the individual packaging sheet has an individual packaging sheet main body portion and a pair of wing portions present on the left and right sides of the individual packaging sheet main body portion, In a preferred embodiment, the pair of wing portions can be coupled to each other on either the upper side or the lower side of the individual packaging sheet main body portion.
The aspect in which the pair of wing portions can be coupled to each other is not particularly limited. For example, the pair of wing portions may have a pressure-sensitive adhesive so that they can be coupled to each other. Further, as in the absorbent article 100j, the pair of wing portions includes one male member and the other female member, and the male member and the female member are fitted to each other, thereby You may be in the state which can be couple | bonded.

As mentioned above, although the absorber article of the present invention was explained based on each embodiment of illustration, the present invention is not limited to these, for example, the composition of each part is arbitrary which can exhibit the same function Can be replaced with configuration.
Moreover, it can also be set as another embodiment by combining arbitrarily the structure of each part in each embodiment.
The absorbent article of the present invention is suitably used for any use for adult men, adult women, and children. Among them, it is suitably used as a female incontinence pad and sanitary napkin.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to examples. However, the present invention is not limited to these.
