The
The face detection unit 20a detects a face area from the image. That is, the face detection unit 20a extracts a face area from the image data, and detects the position coordinates and size (range) of the face area. The face detection process can be realized by using a known technique.
The
The open / close state detection unit 20c detects the open / close state of the eyelid and the degree of open / close from the face region. This open / closed state detection process can be realized by using a known technique.
The
The threshold setting unit 20e sets, for each person, a threshold indicating a state in which the eyelid is half closed from the first state (hereinafter referred to as “second state”). Specifically, the threshold setting unit 20e evaluates the degree of opening of the heel up to the first state by using a numerical value to evaluate the state of the heel completely closed. For example, for each person, the threshold setting unit 20e sets the value indicating the state where the heel is completely closed to zero, the value indicating the second state to 0.5, and the value indicating the first state to 1.0. Turn into. Thereby, the threshold setting unit 20e can set a value indicating the second state as a threshold for each person. Note that the state from the value indicating the state where the heel is completely closed to the value indicating the second state is equal to or less than the threshold value.
The
Based on the determination result of the

In the first embodiment, first, a process of registering image data for setting a threshold value in the open / closed state detection mode of the bag will be described. Next, an example of the operation of the
FIG. 2 is a flowchart illustrating an example of processing for registering image data for setting a threshold for each face of a person. Here, after the
Step S101: The
Step S102: The face detection unit 20a of the
Step S103: When the
Step S104: The
Step S105: The
Step S106: The
Step S107: The open / close state detection unit 20c of the
Specifically, the open / close state detection unit 20c sequentially analyzes the eyelid region including the eye shape extracted by the
FIG. 3 is a diagram conceptually illustrating an example of registration of a new person (person A). Here, the open / closed state detection unit 20c has, for example, a frame in the first state (FIG. 3 (a)) and a state between the first state and the second state (FIG. 3 (b)) out of 60 frames. The frame in the second state (FIG. 3C), the frame in the closed state (FIG. 3D), and the like can be detected.
Subsequently, the threshold setting unit 20e of the
Step S108: The
In the above-described flowchart, the registration of the person A has been described based on the image data. Next, registration of another person B will be described.
FIG. 4 is a diagram conceptually illustrating an example of registration of a new person (person B). Also for the person B, the
In the above-described flowchart, the case where the threshold setting unit 20e sets a threshold by acquiring a through image has been described. For example, the threshold value setting unit 20e may set the threshold value by taking one frame of a still image in which the wrinkles are fully open or close to full open. In this case, in the

Step S203: When the
Step S204: The
FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of a still image captured image. FIG. 6A shows a state in which a still image of the person A is displayed on the display monitor 15.
Step S205: The
Step S206: The
Step S207: The open / closed state detection unit 20c of the
Step S208: If the determination result of the
Step S209: The
Step S210: When the
In step S206, when there is no image data of the same person in the first state (step S206: No), the process proceeds to step S211 and the
In the example described above, one subject (person A) has been described. However, the
FIG. 6B shows still images obtained by photographing the person A and the person B. In this case, for the person A, the
As described above, the
Note that, as an example of transition to step S211 in the flowchart illustrated in FIG. 5, a case where a plurality of persons are photographed and an unregistered person exists is assumed. For example, if a registered person A or person B and an unregistered person C (not shown) are photographed as subjects, the process of step S211 is performed for the unregistered person C. In this case, priority may be given to the determination for the person A and the person B, and the unregistered person C may not be warned even if the bag is half closed.
Further, in the present embodiment, the first state is a state where the operation is switched from the state where the heel is opened to the closing operation, and the second state is a state where the heel is half closed from the first state. In this case, taking person A as an example, as shown in FIG. 3, the state from the state where the heel is completely closed (FIG. 3 (d)) to the state where the heel is half closed (FIG. 3 (c)). Since it becomes below the threshold value which shows a 2nd state, you may warn about these states.
