Description
The present invention relates to a noncombustible image sheet and an image sheet for transmitted light using the same.
Conventionally, image panels of various sizes for advertisements are often attached to the premises of a station, indoor walls of hotels and department stores. Usually, such an image panel attaches an image sheet on which an image is formed to an appropriate panel frame, and illuminates the back of the image sheet with a fluorescent lamp, EL (electric luminescence light), or the like. The observer can clearly see the image by the transmitted light by the illumination.
Conventionally, as such an image sheet, a translucent film made of polyester is used as a support, and images are formed on both sides by printing an image using an inkjet printer or the like. In addition, there is also used a photographic film coated with a photosensitive emulsion, and an image printed on the photosensitive emulsion layer and developed (Patent Document 1). An improved polyester support having excellent photographic properties has also been proposed (Patent Document 2).
Further, a transparent resin film layer made of polyester, a first image layer formed on one surface of the resin film layer, a milky layer formed on the surface of the first image layer, and a surface of the milky layer An image sheet having a formed second image layer has also been proposed (Patent Document 3).
However, in these conventional image sheets, since the support is a film made of a synthetic resin such as polyester, it is flammable and has a problem in terms of fire prevention and flame prevention.
In response to this problem, the present applicant has developed an image sheet using a light-transmitting and light-diffusing glass cloth that is plain-woven using a glass yarn in which a plurality of single fibers made of glass are bundled as warp and weft. Previously proposed (Patent Document 4).
However, in Patent Document 4 described above, there is a point to be improved in the resin layer coated on the glass cloth. That is, there is a demand for an image sheet in which the nonflammability of the image sheet is further reliable and the image formed on the surface can be seen more clearly.
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides an image sheet and an image sheet for transmitted light in which reliability with respect to nonflammability is further improved and an image formed on the surface can be seen more clearly. For the purpose.
An image sheet according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a translucent sheet-like body made of a glass cloth having light transmissivity and light diffusibility woven using a glass yarn in which a plurality of single fibers made of glass are bundled. A first layer formed by coating the surface of the sheet-like body with a urethane-based resin containing a blue pigment for blooming, and an anti-vinyl chloride containing antimony trioxide as a flame retardant on the surface of the first layer. A second layer formed by coating a binder resin containing resin as a main component, and a binder resin containing titanium oxide and silica on the surface of the second layer as a main component and containing an acrylic PVC resin as a main component. And a third layer formed .
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an image sheet in which the reliability with respect to incombustibility is further increased and the image formed on the surface can be seen more clearly.
[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a part of an
In FIG. 1, the
The sheet-
Here, it is sufficient that the light transmittance is such that the illumination light from the outside can pass through the sheet-
The thickness of the sheet-
Since the sheet-

That is, one-component urethane can be used as the urethane-based resin, and this is used as the binder resin. The urethane-based resin is, for example, about 4 g / m 2 and is impregnated into the sheet-
As a blue pigment for blooming, for example, a fluorescent dye as a detergent is used. By performing blooming, the color temperature of the
The glass cloth GC is preferably coated with the fibers wound with starch. The reason for this is that glass fibers are weak against alkalis and are not easy to clean, so when subjected to heat cleaning, problems such as a drop in the strength of the glass are not preferable.
The
That is, an organic vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer resin is made, for example, about 14.4 g / m 2, and an antimony trioxide as a flameproofing agent is made, for example, about 1.6 g / m 2. It is applied on the
The
The
That is, as the material of the
For example, organic vinyl chloride-acrylic copolymer resin is set to about 11.8 g / m 2 , for example, antimony trioxide as a flameproofing agent is set to about 1.6 g / m 2, and titanium trioxide and silica are used. A composition containing, for example, about 10.7 g / m 2 of an inorganic filler is applied onto the

By further applying a urethane-based resin to the surface of the
The
In FIG. 2A, a single fiber having a diameter of about 4 to 9 μm is used as the single fiber TS constituting the glass yarn.
Then, a plurality of such single fibers TS are used, and a glass yarn GY of 10 to 40 TEX (count) is used as shown in FIG. That is, although it is based on the thickness, about 100-400 single fiber TS is used as glass yarn GY. TEX (count) indicates the weight per 1 km of length.
Specifically, for example, 200 single fibers TS having a diameter of 7 μm are used to form a 22.5 TEX glass yarn GY. In another specific example, 200 single fibers TS having a diameter of 9 μm are used to form a 33.7 TEX glass yarn GY. In still another specific example, 400 single fibers TS having a diameter of 6 μm are used to form a 33.7 TEX glass yarn GY. In still another specific example, 400 single fibers TS having a diameter of 5 μm are used to form a 22.5 TEX glass yarn GY. In addition, various combinations of the thickness, number, and TEX of the single fiber TS are possible.
When the single fiber TS having a slightly narrow diameter of 3 μm is used, the strength of the glass cloth GC can be increased, but it is not preferable because it may enter into the blood vessel as in the case of asbestos.
The cross-sectional shape of the glass yarn GY is initially circular or elliptical, but becomes flat due to the pressure applied by weaving later. In addition, when bundling a plurality of single fibers TS as a glass yarn GY, a starch-based paste may be impregnated as a binder.
The glass yarn GY is used as the raw yarn, and as shown in FIGS. 2C, 2D and 3, a plain cloth (Plain) is used as a glass cloth GC which is a woven fabric. In the plain weave, as shown in FIG. 2D, the warp and the weft are interlaced one by one. Normally, it should not be open and dense. However, it can be somewhat open. As the warp, the glass yarn GY has a density of 50 to 70 pieces / 25 mm, and as the weft, the density of 50 to 70 pieces / 25 mm. Specifically, for example, the density of warps is 60/25 mm and the density of weft is 57/25 mm.
After forming a woven fabric (glass cloth GC) by plain weaving, the
By coating, the binder resin penetrates into the gaps between the eyes of the plain woven fabric. That is, as shown in FIG. 4, a large amount of the binder resin is applied to the valley portion of the fabric, and a part of the binder resin is thinly applied to the mountain portion of the fabric. For example, about 80% of the valley portion of the fabric is filled with the
That is, since the
Thus, the
Further, the
Usually, titanium oxide and silica are powdery, and the particle size is 5 to 40 μm. However, the size, distribution, and particle size of the powder are within this range depending on the characteristics of the image formed on the surface of the
As an example of the weight of each material constituting the
In addition, the ratio of each such material can be changed and adjusted suitably. For example, you may increase / decrease in the range of about plus / minus 20% with respect to the ratio described above.
According to the
By the way, unevenness on the surface of the glass cloth GC and unevenness caused by the particle sizes of the
In the
Moreover, the glass cloth GC is easily charged with static electricity, and if it is charged with static electricity, the ink landing point of the ink jet printer is improperly fouled. In the
In the
Further, according to the

Thus, according to the

In the embodiment described above, the composition of titanium oxide, silica, acrylic vinyl chloride resin, antimony trioxide, urethane resin, and the like can be variously changed.
