Claims (11)
- 各々が金属壁(4,62)を有する極低温の炭化水素の搬送用の第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)と、
これら第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)を互いに接続している可撓性のパイプ部分(5)と、
支持フレーム(9)とを具備し、この支持フレーム(9)は、
前記第1のパイプ部分(2)に、基端部(20,22)で接続されている第1の組の
アーム(11,13)と、
前記可撓性のパイプ部分(5)の周りに配置され、第1の軸(30)を中心として前記第1の組のアーム(11,13)が回動可能なように、前記第1の組のアーム(11,13)のヒンジ端部(27,29)が、回動可能に装着されている支持リング(15)と、
前記第2のパイプ部分(3)に、基端部(38,39)で接続され、かつ前記支持リ
ング(15)に、ヒンジ端部(32,33)で回動可能に装着されている第2の組のアー
ム(16,18)とを有し、この第2の組のアーム(16,18)は、前記第1の軸(3
0)に対して横方向に延びている第2の軸(36)を中心に回動可能である、極低温の炭
化水素の搬送パイプのための継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)において、
前記第2の組のアーム(16,18)は、中空の筒形状であり、
前記第1並びに第2の組のアーム(11,13,16,18)の前記基端部(20,2
2,38,39)は、夫々の前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)に対して横方向に延びている、互いに上下方向に離間した上側並びに下側のコネクタ手段(23,25,42,43)によって、前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)に接続されており、
前記下側のコネクタ手段は、互いに上下方向に離間した上側のコネクタ部材(43)と下側のコネクタ部材(42)とを有し、
前記第2の組のアームの前記基端部は、夫々前記第2のパイプ部分の前記金属壁(4,62)から所定の間隔をおいて、前記上側並びに下側のコネクタ部材に夫々取着され、
第2の組のアーム(16,18)は、前記第2のパイプ部分の金属壁(4,62)と前記第2の組のアーム(16,18)との間に上下方向に所定の長さを有するギャップ(41)が規定されるように、所定の長さに渡って下側のコネクタ部材(42)から上側のコネクタ部材(43)へと、夫々の前記第2のパイプ部分(3)に沿って上方へと延びていることを特徴とする継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。 - 前記ギャップの長さ方向での、前記下側並びに上側のコネクタ部材(42,43)
の各々の厚さが、前記ギャップの長さと比較して、相対的に小さい請求項1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。 - 前記下側並びに上側のコネクタ部材(42,43)は、実質的にプレート形状である請求項1または2の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記ギャップ(41)の前記長さは、前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)のパイプ外径D0の0.1倍ないし0.5倍である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 断熱材(52)が、前記ギャップ(41)内に設けられている請求項1ないし4のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記第1並びに第2の組のアーム(11,13,16,18)は、前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分のパイプ外径D0の0.5倍ないし1倍の直径D2を有する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか1の構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記第2のパイプ部分(3)は、前記金属壁(62)を形成した外側パイプ(62)と、この外側パイプから所定の間隔をおいて配置されている内側搬送パイプ(59)とを有する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)は、夫々前記金属壁(4,62)の内側に、断熱壁カバーを有する請求項1ないし7のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)
- 前記第2の組のアームの前記基端部(38,39)は、断熱チャンバ(50)によって囲繞されている請求項1ないし8のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記第1並びに第2の組のアームは、夫々前記基端部(20,22,38,39)からこれら第1並びに第2の組のアームの前記ヒンジ端部(27,29,32,33)に向かって、前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)から離れるように外方に広がっている請求項1ないし9のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
- 前記第1並びに第2のパイプ部分(2,3)の少なくとも一方と、前記可撓性のパイプ部分(5)との間に配置されているスイベルを有する請求項1ないし10のいずれか1の継手構造体(1,73,77,81,82)。
