Claims (4)
- ライムケーキのリサイクルのための処理方法であって、
含水率が20%から50%の範囲内にあるライムケーキを乾燥させて含水率が7%から10%の範囲内にあるライムケーキとすること、
乾燥させたライムケーキを解砕し、分散させて粒径が0.25mm以下のライムケーキとすること、
解砕し、分散させたライムケーキを圧縮して粒状物を形成することを含む、処理方法。 - 前記解砕し、分散させたライムケーキの圧縮は、前記解砕し、分散させたライムケーキにロール式圧縮造粒機により3tf/cm以上8tf/cm以下の線圧を加えることを含む、請求項1に記載の処理方法。
- ライムケーキのリサイクル方法であって、
含水率が20%から50%の範囲内にあるライムケーキを乾燥させて含水率が7%から10%の範囲内にあるライムケーキとすること、
乾燥させたライムケーキを解砕し、分散させて粒径が0.25mm以下のライムケーキとすること、
解砕し、分散させたライムケーキを圧縮して粒状物を形成すること、
前記粒状物を土壌に散布することを含む、ライムケーキのリサイクル方法。 - ライムケーキのリサイクル方法であって、
含水率が20%から50%の範囲内にあるライムケーキを乾燥させて含水率が7%から10%の範囲内にあるライムケーキとすること、
乾燥させたライムケーキを解砕し、分散させて粒径が0.25mm以下のライムケーキとすること、
解砕し、分散させたライムケーキを圧縮して粒状物を形成すること、
前記粒状物を焼成して生石灰を生成することを含む、ライムケーキのリサイクル方法。
