Claims (10)
- 軸受レース(72、74、80、82)と、
前記軸受レース(72、74、80、82)に隣接して配置された複数の軸受玉(76、78)と、
前記複数の軸受玉(76、78)の周囲に配置され、炭素−炭素複合材料を含む軸受ケージ(88)と、
前記軸受ケージ(88)上に堆積させた接合材料(98)と、
前記接合材料(98)上に堆積させた乾燥被膜潤滑剤(100)と、
を含み、
前記接合材料(98)が、5〜20ミクロンの厚さを有し、前記軸受ケージ(88)の前記炭素−炭素複合材料の表面の凸凹を埋める、
X線管(14)内に取り付けられた軸受組立体(58)。 - 前記乾燥被膜潤滑剤(100)が、銀、金、鉛、WS2、MoS2、CaF2、CaF2BaF2共融混合物、および非晶質炭素のうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記接合材料(98)が、白金、タングステン、モリブデン、クロム、ニッケル、ケイ素、銅、およびチタンのうちの少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1または2に記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記複数の軸受玉(76、78)のそれぞれが、その上に堆積させた接着層(122)および潤滑層(124)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記軸受レース(72、74、80、82)が、その上に堆積させた潤滑性コーティング(124)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記複数の軸受玉(76、78)および前記軸受レース(72、74、80、82)のうちの1つが、その上に堆積させた、前記軸受レースの基材および前記軸受玉(76、78)の基材より硬度の高い硬質材料(126)をさらに含む、請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記軸受ケージ(88)が、前記軸受ケージ(88)内の前記軸受玉(76、78)を等間隔に配置し、かつ隣接する軸受玉(76、78)同士の接触を防止するために、複数の開口をその中にさらに含む、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 前記軸受レース(72、74、80、82)を備える中心シャフト(66)を含む、請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)。
- 請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の軸受組立体(58)と、
前記軸受組立体(58)の第1の端部(68)に取り付けられた回転子(62)と、
前記軸受組立体(58)の第2の端部(70)に取り付けられた陽極(56)と、
前記陽極に向けて電子を送る陰極(60)と、
前記陽極(56)、前記軸受組立体(58)、前記陰極(60)、および前記回転子(62)を収容する外被(50)と、
を含むX線管。 - X線検出器と、
