Description
The present invention relates to a raw material yard packing method, and more particularly to a raw material yard packing method that suppresses the generation of dead space and improves the utilization efficiency of the yard.
In steelworks, etc., raw materials such as iron ore and coal carried by ore carriers and coal carriers are stored in a yard using a stacking device such as a stacker, and stored as needed. Is cut out (paid out) and transported to the user.
An example of a yard stacking method of raw materials according to a conventional example (hereinafter referred to as “conventional method”) will be described with reference to FIG. 8 which is a schematic plan view of a yard and a stacker (an example of a stacking device). The
In FIG. 8, a
First, the position of the
In this way, the raw material is stacked on the
In order to effectively use the yard and reduce the stagnation charges associated with waiting for the ore carrier, etc., the raw material is loaded with the properties of the raw materials such as the cargo handling amount, particle size, and moisture content of the ore carrier obtained in advance. It is implemented based on the packing plan concerning the position and range of the yard for packing, which was formulated in advance based on the information on
However, errors between the estimated value and actual value of the packing amount based on the obtained information, changes in raw material properties such as particle size and moisture content during loading and unloading, and packing in the middle of loading to the yard Due to the occurrence of troubles in the equipment system, the material may not be loaded in the yard as originally planned, and there may be a region where the material is not loaded in a part of the yard. As a result, problems such as an increase in berthing fees accompanying an increase in the time required for loading and generation of costs required for truck transportation to consolidate raw materials divided and packed in different yards at one place at a later date occur. .
In addition, the material discharge from the yard using a wheel loader is generally performed over the entire range in the short side direction of the yard, and the width of the region where the generated material is not stacked (rails) If the distance in the direction perpendicular to the yard is shorter than the full width in the short side of the yard, the material of another brand that should be managed as a separate pile without being mixed with the stacked material is included in that part. Cannot be stacked. Therefore, such a region becomes a dead space that cannot be used for stacking raw materials, which causes a reduction in the use efficiency of the yard.
Several methods have been proposed so far to increase the amount of packing per unit area of the yard. For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a disturbance prevention method for detecting a pile position of a raw material pile that prevents a collision with a pile such as a yard machine by improving the detection accuracy of the pile position and height. Yes.
Patent Document 2 discloses a raw material storage method for a raw material yard in which a side wall is provided vertically along the moving direction of the stacker that travels in the raw material yard, and the stock amount of the raw material is increased by stacking the raw material on the side wall. Proposed.
However, in any of the methods described in Patent Documents 1 and 2, when the width of the region where the raw material is not stacked is shorter than the entire width in the short side direction of the yard, the raw material is mixed with the stacked raw material. However, the problem that another brand of raw material that should be managed as a separate pile cannot be loaded on that part is still not solved.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a raw material yarding method capable of suppressing the occurrence of dead space and improving the utilization efficiency of the yard.
The raw material yarding method according to the present invention that meets the above-mentioned object uses a stacker on which a boom whose adjustable angle can be adjusted is mounted on a traveling part capable of traveling on a rail, and a long side is attached to the rail. Raw material is stacked in a parallel rectangular yard, and the discharge of the raw material from the yard is performed over the entire range in the short side direction perpendicular to the rail of the yard using a wheel loader. In this case, while moving the material discharge part at the tip of the boom from the back side to the front side of the yard in the short side direction of the yard, the piles on which the raw materials are stacked are sequentially arranged in the short side direction of the yard. The forming step is sequentially performed in the long side direction of the yard, and a new pile is formed in the short side direction of the yard adjacent to the pile formed in the short side direction of the yard.
In the raw material yard loading method according to the present invention, when the height of the peak of the pile piled between the raw material discharge part and the traveling part maximizes the elevation angle of the boom, the peak It is preferable that the pile is formed so as to be always smaller than a vertical distance between the lower surface of the boom passing above and the yard surface.
In the raw material yarding method according to the present invention, on the yard surface remaining in a usable state after forming the pile, a pile of raw materials of one or more brands different in brand from the loaded raw material is provided. You may form so that it may mutually adjoin.
In the raw material yarding method according to the present invention, the mechanical action on the rails and the increase in wear rate of the rails are set, and the arrangement interval of sleepers that support the rails is reduced and the rails are replaced. The rail may be managed in accordance with the rail management standard including one or both of the time reductions.
In the raw material yarding method according to the present invention, one or more sleepers that support the rail may be disposed per 480 mm, and the width of the sleepers may be 200 mm or more.
The raw material yard stacking method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 , wherein a pile of raw materials loaded while moving the raw material discharge part at the tip of the boom in the short side direction of the yard is arranged at one end in the short side direction of the yard. Since it is formed from one side to the other, the dead space that cannot be used for loading different brands of raw materials is produced compared to the conventional method of loading raw materials while moving the raw material discharge section along the running direction of the stacker. Can be suppressed.
In particular, in the raw material yard loading method according to claim 1 , the pile is formed while moving the raw material discharge part from the back side to the near side of the yard. An unnecessary operation of the installed collision sensor type collision prevention device, for example, can be suppressed to prevent a reduction in the operating rate of the stacker.
The raw material yard loading method according to claim 2, wherein the height of the peak of the pile piled between the raw material discharge part and the traveling part is above the top when the elevation angle of the boom is maximized. Stacks are formed so that they are always smaller than the vertical distance between the bottom surface of the boom that passes through and the yard surface, so that the stacking amount of raw materials per unit area can be prevented while preventing stacker damage due to interference between the stack and the boom. Can be increased.
In the yard packing method of the raw material according to claim 3, on the yard surface remaining in a usable state after forming the stack, a stack of one or more brands of the brand different from the stacked raw material is provided. Since it forms so that it may mutually adjoin, the space in the yard which became available as a result of suppressing generation | occurrence | production of a dead space can be utilized effectively.
In the yard loading method of the raw material according to claim 4 , rail management is performed according to the rail management standard set in response to the mechanical action on the rail and the increase in the rail wear rate. It is possible to suppress the malfunction of the stacker and the occurrence of accidents.
The raw material yard stacking method according to claim 5, wherein one or more sleepers are arranged per 480 mm and the width of the sleepers is 200 mm or more, so that the largest stacker used in the raw material yard is used. Even in such a case, it is possible to suppress the remarkable wear and tear of the rail, which leads to malfunctions and accidents.
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings for understanding of the present invention.
A raw material yarding method according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1 which is a schematic plan view of a yard and a stacker. In FIG. 1, as in FIG. 8, the
The same applies to the case where the raw

As described above, the raw
In the following, regarding the situation where dead space is generated when the area where the raw materials are stacked is smaller than the total area of the yard 10 (22 cells) contrary to the initial packing plan (30 cells), first, FIG. 図2(A)において、積み付けが行われなかった8個の単位セルのうち、斜線を付した6個の単位セルよりなる領域の短辺方向の長さは、ヤード10の短辺方向の長さと等しいので、別銘柄の原料の積み付けに利用することができる。

Furthermore, the total number of unit cells to be stacked is 23, and the method of the present invention is used in the case where three different brands of raw material are stacked on 7, 7, and 9 unit cells, respectively. 4A, which is a schematic plan view of the

dST,C/D=lboom(cosθD−cosθC) ・・・(1)
dST,D/E=lboom(cosθE−cosθD) ・・・(2)
When the method of the present invention is applied, the moving distance of the stacker 20 per unit weight is increased as compared with the conventional method, so that the wear rate of the

3(dST,C/D+dST,D/E)+2(dST,C/D+dST,D/E−dPP)
6dPP+dST,C/D+dST,D/E
FIG. 7 shows the moving distance of the traveling
Here, assuming that the distances in the long side direction and the short side direction between the centers between adjacent unit cells are d PP and d PV , respectively, the movement of the traveling
3 (d ST, C / D + d ST, D / E) +2 (d ST, C / D + d ST, D / E -d PP) ··· (3)
6d PP + d ST, C / D + d ST, D / E (4)
Here, substituting the numerical values of l boom = 39 m, θ C = 52 °, θ D = 43.5 °, θ E = 34 °, d PP = 3 m, d PV = 4.5 m, the formula (3) and The value of (4) is about 36 m and about 26.4 m, respectively. That is, when the method of the present invention is used, the moving distance of the traveling
