Description

The present invention relates to a sealed container.

A hermetic container is known in which a packing is interposed between the container main body and the lid body to improve hermeticity (airtightness, watertightness, etc.). Such airtight containers contain contents containing components that deteriorate or change quality when exposed to volatilization components, moisture, or outside air, such as cosmetics, medicines, foods, etc. Storage stability can be improved.
The packing used for the sealed container is preferably softer than the lid in terms of adhesion to the mouth of the container body. From this point of view, a product manufactured separately from the lid is the inner side of the lid. It is common to attach to and use.
In addition, from the viewpoint of absorbing the dimensional accuracy error between the lid and the container body, the vicinity of the outer peripheral edge of the packing is also attached to the lid so that it can be moved up and down independently of the inner portion. (For example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2).

However, in a conventional sealed container in which a packing manufactured separately from the lid is attached to the lid in such a manner that a part of the packing can move differently from the other part, for example, a container filled with heat is contained. When the temperature of the object drops or the pressure in the sealed container drops due to changes in the environmental temperature during storage, etc., a gap is created due to the force to peel off the packing and the lid, and as a result There is a risk that it will come off from the lid.
If the packing is detached from the lid, the packing remains on the mouth and contents of the container main body when the lid is removed from the container main body, and it becomes difficult to take out the contents or deteriorates the appearance. In addition, in order to reattach the lid to the mouth and obtain a good sealing property, not only is it necessary to return the packing to a predetermined position on the lid, but once the lid is removed from the lid, It becomes easy to remain in a container mouth part etc. every time and becomes a burden on consumers (users).

As a technology that can prevent the packing from falling off, there is a seal cap in which the cover portion that covers the outer surface of the cap body is formed of an elastomer like the seal packing, and the cover portion and the seal packing are connected through a communication hole provided in the cap body. It has been proposed (see Patent Document 3). However, this seal cap has a problem in that the cover portion made of an elastomer is exposed on the outer surface of the cap, so that the design and material of the cap are limited and the structure is complicated and cannot be manufactured economically.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a sealed container that is less likely to cause the packing to drop off, has excellent sealing properties, and is easy to manufacture.

The present invention is a sealed container having a container body having a container, a lid attached to the mouth of the container body, and a packing attached to the inside of the lid, Protrusions that lock the outer periphery of the packing are formed, and the packing has a central region whose cross-sectional shape is curved upward and the thickness of the central region is The sealing container is 2.5 to 4 times the thickness of the part where the open end of the part abuts, and the packing is held in the lid body with its outer peripheral part being locked to the convex part Is to provide.

The sealed container of the present invention is less likely to cause the packing to fall off, has excellent sealing properties, and is easy to manufacture.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an embodiment of a sealed container of the present invention. It is the II-II line expanded sectional view of FIG. It is the figure which looked at the packing used for the airtight container of FIG. 1 from the lower surface side. It is the IV-IV sectional view taken on the line of the packing shown in FIG. It is a figure (corresponding to FIG. 4) showing another example of packing in the present invention.

Below, this invention is demonstrated, referring drawings based on the preferable embodiment.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a sealed container 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a container body 2 having a storage portion 21, a lid body 5 attached to a mouth portion 22 of the container body, and the lid. It has a packing 8 attached to the inside of the body 5. In the accommodating portion 21, any object to be accommodated is accommodated according to the specific application of the sealed container 1. Examples of the objects to be contained include cosmetics, medicines, foods, and the like. The properties of the objects to be contained are also arbitrary, such as liquid, cream, powder, and solid.

As shown in FIG. 2, the container body 2 has a double structure including a bottomed cylindrical inner container 3 with a circular horizontal cross section and a bottomed cylindrical outer container 4 with a horizontal horizontal square shape. The inner container 3 has a horizontal extending portion 31 that extends substantially horizontally from the outer peripheral surface at the height position of the upper end of the outer container 4. The inner container 3 is integrated with the outer container 4 by connecting the horizontal extension portion 31 to the outer container 4 by a known coupling means such as adhesive, heat fusion, and engagement. In the inner container 3, a portion extending upward from the horizontal extending portion 31 forms the mouth portion 22 of the container body 2 described above.

The lid body 5 has a double structure including an inner cap 6 having a cylindrical shape with a circular cross section and an outer cap 7 having a cylindrical shape and a horizontal section having a square shape. The inner cap 6 is fixed to the inner side of the outer cap 7 by known coupling means such as an adhesive, heat fusion, and engagement. The outer cap 7 is provided from a decorative point of view, and may be transparent or translucent so that the outer surface of the inner cap 6 can be seen from the outside. It is also preferable to attach colors, patterns, characters, etc. to the outer surface of the inner cap 6 so that they can be seen from the outside through the outer cap 7, since the design and quality of the sealed container can be improved. Furthermore, in the present embodiment, the outer container 4 and the outer cap 7 are both of the same horizontal sectional square, but they are not necessarily the same.

The lid 5 has a top surface portion 51 and a cylindrical portion 52 that hangs down from the peripheral edge of the top surface portion 51, and a threaded protrusion 53 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 52. On the other hand, on the outer peripheral surface of the mouth portion 22 of the container body 2, a screwing ridge 23 that engages with the screwing ridge 53 is formed. The lid 5 is configured so as to be detachably screwable to the mouth portion 22 of the container body 2 through these screwing ridges 53 and 23.

As shown in FIG. 2, the packing 8 is a flat body having a circular shape in plan view, and is mounted on the inner side of the lid body 5 along the inner surface of the top surface portion 51 of the lid body 5. On the inner surface of the lid 5, specifically, on the inner circumferential surface of the cylindrical portion 52 of the lid 5, a convex portion 55 that locks the outer circumferential portion 81 of the packing 8 is formed. The convex portion 55 in the present embodiment is a convex strip portion extending in the circumferential direction of the inner peripheral surface of the lid 5. In the present embodiment, a pair of convex portions 55 are formed at opposing positions on the inner peripheral surface of the lid 5, and each length is 30 to 40% of the total length of the inner peripheral surface of the lid 5. That's it. The range in which the convex portion 55 is formed in the circumferential direction of the lid body 5 is 100% when the convex portion 55 is continuously formed over the entire inner circumferential surface of the lid body 5. More than 50% and preferably 100% or less, more preferably 60 to 100%, still more preferably 70 to 90%.
In the packing 8 according to this embodiment, a protruding portion 81 ′ having a step is formed on the outer peripheral portion 81 with a portion 83 where the opening end 22 a of the mouth portion 2 abuts, and the protruding portion 81 ′ As shown in FIG. 2, it engages with a convex portion 55 formed inside the lid 5.

The packing 8 in this embodiment has the center area | region 82 of the shape where the cross-sectional shape curved convexly toward upper direction, as shown in FIG.3 and FIG.4. And the thickness T1 of the center area | region 82 is 2.5 to 4 times the thickness T2 of the site | part 83 with which the opening end 22a of the opening | mouth part 22 contact | abuts.
The central portion of the packing 8 and the vicinity thereof are formed as a central region 82 that is convexly curved upward, and the thickness T1 of the central region 82 is made thicker than the thickness in the vicinity of the outer peripheral portion. When the pressure is reduced, deformation in the vicinity of the center portion of the packing 8 can be effectively prevented, and dropping of the packing 8 can be effectively prevented.
On the other hand, since the thickness T2 of the portion 83 where the opening end 22a of the mouth portion 22 of the packing 8 contacts is thinner than the thickness T1 of the central region 82, the vicinity of the portion 83 is displaced up and down with respect to the central region 82. easy. Therefore, even if there is an error in the dimensional accuracy between the lid 5 and the container body 2, the error is absorbed and the portion 83 is in good contact with the open end 22a.
Thereby, both prevention of dropping of the packing 8 and excellent airtightness are achieved.
Such an effect can be reliably obtained when the thickness T1 is not less than 2.5 times the thickness T2. When the thickness T1 is four times or less the thickness T2, the material can be saved, and when the packing 8 is manufactured by injection molding, the resin filled in the mold in a molten state can be used. It is possible to prevent the time required for solidification from becoming excessively long.
From such a viewpoint, the thickness T1 is more preferably 2 to 4 times the thickness T2.
The thickness T1 of the central region 82 is measured at the central portion 82c of the packing 8. However, in the case where an unnatural protrusion or recess formed locally in the vicinity of the gate when, for example, a resin injection gate in injection molding is provided in the center 82c, the vicinity of the center avoiding them The thickness at is measured. The thickness T2 of the portion 83 where the opening end 22a of the mouth portion 22 of the packing 8 abuts is also measured when there are local protrusions and recesses in the portion 83, and the thickness of the portion having no irregularities is avoided. . For example, in the example shown in FIG. 4, an annular protrusion 85 that is easily crushed and improves hermeticity is formed on the lower surface of the portion 83 with which the opening end 22 a of the mouth portion 22 abuts. The thickness T2 is a thickness of a portion where the annular convex portion 85 is not present. The annular convex portion 85 hardly affects the bending rigidity of the packing in the diameter direction.

The material of the packing 8 can be conventionally used for packing in a sealed container, for example, low density polyethylene (LDPE), linear low density polyethylene (L-LDPE), medium density polyethylene (MDPE), high density polyethylene ( HDPE) and other polyethylene resins, and polypropylene resins and other polyolefin resins. The packing 8 used in the container of the present invention has a viewpoint of imparting an appropriate rigidity to the central area 82 and a viewpoint that the portion 83 with which the opening end 22a of the mouth abuts is favorably displaced vertically with respect to the central area 82 Therefore, linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and low density polyethylene (LDPE) are preferable. The packing 8 has a shape retaining rigidity and elasticity that can maintain a smoothly curved state without bending even when the center region is fixed and extended in a cantilever shape, and a fastening force by opening and closing the lid body. Therefore, it is necessary to have a degree of deformability that can easily follow the deformation. Therefore, L-LDPE, LDPE, etc. having a specific gravity / 20 ° C./water (density) of 0.910 to 0.930 are preferable, and in particular, the content is a cream cosmetic in addition to rigidity and flexibility (elasticity). In some cases, LLDPE is preferred from the standpoint of content resistance.

Moreover, it is preferable that the packing 8 is an injection-molded product (injection molded product) of a thermoplastic resin from the viewpoint of easy manufacture. Further, the inner container 3, the outer container 4, the inner cap 6 and the outer cap 7 other than the packing in the sealed container 1 can be formed by any material and manufacturing method, respectively, but from the viewpoint of easy manufacturing, etc. Similarly, it is preferably an injection molded product (injection molded product) of a thermoplastic resin.
The preferable thickness T1 of the central region 82 and the thickness T2 of the portion 83 with which the opening end 22a abuts can be appropriately determined according to the type of resin used for manufacturing the packing 8 and the size of the opening area of the mouth. However, for example, when the packing 8 is manufactured from LLDPE and the opening of the mouth portion 22 of the container body is circular and the diameter L1 (see FIG. 4) is 25 to 80 mm, the thickness T1 is 2 to 5 mm and the thickness T2 Is preferably 0.8 to 2 mm.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the packing 8 in the present embodiment has a groove portion 84 that improves the flexibility of the packing 8 on the center portion 82 c side from the portion 83 where the opening end 22 a of the mouth portion 22 abuts. Have. By providing such a groove 84, even if the thickness of the central region 82 is increased and its rigidity is increased, the portion 83 with which the opening end 22a of the mouth abuts can be displaced up and down satisfactorily, and excellent sealing performance is achieved. can get.

Further, as shown in FIG. 4, the central region 82 of the packing 8 in the present embodiment has a convex curved surface 82 a having an arcuate cross section on the upper surface and a concave curved surface 82 b having an arcuate cross section on the lower surface. Yes. And the peripheral edge 82a 'of the convex curved surface 82a is located outward in the packing radial direction from the position of the peripheral edge 82b' of the concave curved surface 82b. In other words, the diameter L2 of the convex curved surface 82a is larger than the diameter L3 of the concave curved surface 82b.
Since the packing 8 has such a configuration, the shape of the peripheral portion from the vicinity of 82c having the maximum thickness of the central region 82 becomes a dome-like pressure-resistant structure that is effective against decompression deformation inside the container. On the other hand, the bendability of the packing can be effectively ensured by having a thin structure near the periphery. Moreover, the fitting force fall of the latching | locking part of packing and a lid | cover which can be produced by the packing deformation | transformation by the pressure reduction in a container is suppressed, and it can suppress effectively that packing is removed. The upper surface of the central region 82 is a surface directed toward the lid 5 in the central region 82, and the lower surface of the central region 82 is a surface directed toward the accommodating portion 21 in the central region 82.

From the viewpoint of preventing the packing 8 from falling off and securing the sealing performance by the packing 8, the diameter L2 of the central region 82 and the convex curved surface 82a is 20 to 95%, particularly 50 to 95% of the diameter L1 of the opening of the mouth portion 22. The diameter L3 of the concave curved surface 82b is preferably 15 to 100%, particularly 50 to 100% of the diameter L2 of the convex curved surface 82a. Further, in the packing 8, it is preferable that the width W1 (see FIG. 4) of the protruding portion 81 'that can engage with the convex portion 55 described above is 0.4 mm or more, particularly 0.6 to 1.2 mm.

In the packing 8 according to the present embodiment, an annular groove 86 (see FIG. 4) in which the O-ring 9 is disposed is formed on the upper surface side of the portion 83 of the packing 8 where the opening end 22a of the mouth abuts. By disposing the O-ring 9, the tightness of the packing 8 with respect to the opening end 22a of the mouth is maintained more stably.

Further, in the packing 8 shown in FIG. 3, the overhanging portion 81 ′ is formed on the outer peripheral portion 81 of the packing 8 discontinuously by a plurality of overhanging portions having narrow widths. The part 81 ′ can also be formed so as to be continuous over the entire circumference of the packing 8. The groove portion 84 for improving the flexibility of the packing 8 may be provided on the upper surface side of the packing 8 or may be provided adjacent to the upper and lower surfaces of the packing 8 as shown in FIG. Further, a configuration in which the O-ring 9 is not used can be employed.

Further, the central region 82 is formed by replacing the peripheral edge 82a ′ of the convex surface 82a on the upper surface with the peripheral surface 82b ′ of the concave surface 82b on the lower surface being located outward in the packing radial direction, instead of the convex surface 82a. The peripheral edge 82a 'is located at the same position as the concave curved surface 82b and the peripheral edge 82b', or the peripheral edge 82a 'of the convex curved surface 82a is located inward in the packing radial direction from the position of the concave curved surface 82b peripheral edge 82b'. There may be. In addition, the inner and outer surfaces of the lid may be circular in cross section, and the container main body may be circular in cross section.
