Description

The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article such as a disposable diaper.

Conventionally, an abdominal side portion disposed on the wearer's ventral side, a crotch portion disposed on the wearer's crotch portion, an hourglass-like outer covering material extending over the back side portion disposed on the wearer's back side, and the outer packaging An absorptive main body fixed to the inner surface side of the material, and both a side edge of the outer packaging material on the abdominal side and a side edge of the outer packaging material on the back side are joined to each other, and a waist opening and a pair of leg openings A pants-type absorbent article in which is formed is known.
When such a pants-type absorbent article is continuously produced, it is common to form a through hole or notch for forming a leg opening in the belt-shaped raw material of the outer packaging material and remove unnecessary portions as trims. It is.

In addition, as a conventional pants-type absorbent article, the outer packaging material is divided into an abdominal sheet member disposed on the wearer's belly side and a back sheet member disposed on the wearer's back side, The absorbent main body is fixed so as to be bridged over the abdominal sheet member and the back sheet member, and the left and right side edges of the abdominal sheet member are joined to the left and right side edges of the back side sheet member. There are known pant-type absorbent articles. For example, Patent Document 1 includes, as such a pant-type absorbent article, an annular elastic belt composed of a front belt portion and a rear belt portion and an absorbent main body, and a longitudinal portion of the rear belt portion (back side seat member). A pull-on garment is described in which the length in the direction is longer than the length in the longitudinal direction of the front belt portion (ventral side seat member).

Special table 2008-508082

The pants-type absorbent article in which the outer packaging material is divided into the abdominal sheet member arranged on the wearer's ventral side and the back side sheet member arranged on the wearer's back side is obtained from the strip-shaped raw fabric of the outer packaging material It is possible to eliminate the trim of the trim and to reduce the size of the trim to be removed, but many of them have a look like a loincloth when worn. Many consumers do not like that appearance because they are connected.
In the pull-on garment of Patent Document 1, the longitudinal length of the rear belt portion (back side seat member) is longer than the same length of the front belt portion (abdominal side seat member), so that the wearability of the buttocks of the wearer is increased. Has been enhanced. However, the part that covers the buttock of the back belt part tends to float from the skin surface, and the part that covers the buttock turns up or does not turn up, but the impression that it does not fit on the skin surface or is easy to leak There were inconveniences such as giving. In addition, there is a problem that the right-angled corners present at the corners of the portions covering the collars are conspicuous and the appearance is not preferable.

Therefore, the present invention is a pant-type absorbent article in which the outer packaging material is divided into a stomach side sheet member disposed on the wearer's stomach side and a back side sheet member disposed on the wearer's back side. It is related with the underpants type absorbent article excellent in the coverage of a buttock, and the external appearance of the part which coat | covers a buttock.

The present invention is fixed over the abdominal sheet member disposed on the abdomen side of the wearer, the dorsal sheet member disposed on the dorsal side of the wearer, and the abdomen sheet member and the dorsal sheet member. A pants-type absorption having a pair of side seal portions formed by joining the abdominal sheet member and the dorsal sheet member to both side edges of the abdominal sheet member and the dorsal sheet member. The back-side sheet member has a back-side extension portion that is longer in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article than the length of the side seal portion and extends downward from the side seal portion. A plurality of elastic members are arranged in the backside extension part so as to be spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the absorbent article, and the backside extension part approaches a crotch part arranged in the crotch part of the wearer. As a result, the force to shrink the back seat member in the lateral direction of the absorbent article increases, and the pant-type suction There is provided a sex article.

The pant-type absorbent article of the present invention is a pant type in which the outer packaging material is divided into a ventral sheet member disposed on the wearer's ventral side and a dorsal sheet member disposed on the wearer's dorsal side. As shown in FIG. 3 or 4, the waist stretchable part G <b> 1 exhibits stretchability across the entire region between the end fixing parts 27, 27 described later in the abdominal sheet member 2 </ b> A or the back sheet member 2 </ b> B. The diaper 1 exhibits stretchability over substantially the entire region in the lateral direction (Y direction) of the diaper 1. The waist extension / contraction part G2, the abdominal extension part extension / contraction part G3, and the back extension part extension / contraction part G4 are respectively disposed in the entire region between the end fixing parts 27 and 27 in the abdomen side sheet member 2A or the back side sheet member 2B. It can also be formed so as to express stretchability.

In the waist stretchable part G1, the waistline stretchable part G2, the ventral-side stretched part stretchable part G3, and the back-side stretched part stretchable part G4, a large number of dots are formed between the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23. Are joined at the joint 26.
More specifically, in any of the expansion and contraction parts G1 to G4, the joining part row in which joining parts 26 are intermittently arranged in series in the lateral direction (Y direction) of the diaper 1 is the longitudinal direction (X A plurality of rows in the direction). Further, the positions in the Y direction of the respective joints in the joint rows are also consistent in all the joint rows. In addition, a longitudinal junction row is formed in which the junctions 26 are arranged in series in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the diaper 1, and the longitudinal junction row is spaced apart in the lateral direction (Y direction) of the diaper 1. A plurality of rows are formed.
And in any of the expansion-contraction parts G1-G4, the some elastic member 24 is distribute | arranged so that each may pass between the junction parts 26 adjacent to the vertical direction. In addition, each elastic member 24 is fixed between the sheets 22 and 23 at an end fixing portion 27 or an absorbent main body fixing portion 28 described later. Also not fixed.

The waist stretchable part G1 of the abdominal sheet member 2A is a pair of end fixings in which the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23 are bonded to both side edges 2a, 2a of the abdominal sheet member 2A via an adhesive. It has a portion 27 (see FIG. 3). The elastic member 24 disposed in the waist stretchable part G1 is fixed between the sheets 22 and 23 in each of the pair of end fixing parts 27, and between the end fixing parts 27, the elastic member 24 is located on any of the sheets 22 and 23. Also not fixed. The same applies to the waist stretchable part G1 of the back seat member 2B (see FIG. 4).

The waistline stretchable part G2 of the abdominal sheet member 2A is fixed to the side edge part of the abdominal sheet member 2A at the end part where the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23 are joined via an adhesive. An absorbent main body side fixing portion 28 having an outer peripheral sheet 22 and an inner layer sheet 23 bonded to each other in the vicinity of the position of the side edge 3c of the absorbent main body 3 by an adhesive. (See FIG. 3). The elastic member 24 disposed on the waistline elastic part G2 is fixed between the sheets 22 and 23 in the end fixing part 27 and the absorbent main body side fixing part 28, respectively, while the end fixing part 27 and the absorbent main body are fixed. Between the side fixing portion 28, it is not fixed to any of the sheets 22 and 23. The same applies to the abdominal extension part stretchable part G3, the waistline stretchable part G2 of the back side seat member 2B, and the back extension part stretchable part G4 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the absorbent main body side fixing portion 28 may be formed so as to extend inside and outside the side edge 3 c of the absorbent main body 3, but the whole overlaps with the absorbent main body 3. It may be formed as follows. The aspect in which the entirety overlaps with the absorbent main body 3 is an aspect in which the position of the end of the absorbent main body side fixing portion 28 on the outer side in the diaper width direction matches the position of the side edge 3c of the absorbent main body 3. Both of the aspect in which the absorbent main body side fixing portion 28 is formed with a predetermined interval between the side edge 3c of the absorbent main body 3 are included.
Moreover, the absorptive main body side fixing | fixed part 28 can also be formed in the outer side of a diaper width direction rather than the side edge 3c of the absorptive main body 3. FIG.

As shown in FIG. 4, five elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged in the diaper's longitudinal direction (X direction) so as to be spaced apart from each other in the back extension part G <b> 4 of the diaper 1 of the first embodiment. However, the five elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged at a higher elongation rate as they approach the crotch portion C. More specifically, among the five elastic members 24A to 24E in the back-side extension part stretchable part G4, the elastic member 24A disposed at the position closest to the upper edge 2d of the back-side sheet member 2B has the lowest elongation rate. The elongation rate increases in this order from the elastic member 24A toward the elastic member 24E closest to the lower edge 2c of the back seat member 2B. The elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged at regular intervals, and have the same material and thickness.

Here, the elongation rate indicates the elongation of the elastic member introduced into the sheet at the time of introduction. Generally, the higher the elongation rate, the shorter the length of the sheet when the elastic member contracts.

<Measurement method of elongation rate>
The sheet member including the elastic member to be measured is placed on a flat surface, and the elastic member is marked so that the distance between the two points is H when the elastic member is completely contracted. Next, the sheet member is extended as much as possible so as not to break the sheet, and the distance (h) between the two previously attached points is measured.
The elongation rate is obtained from the following formula (1).
Elongation rate (%) = (h / H−1) × 100 (1)
When marking, minimize unevenness by gathering as little as possible on a flat surface. From the viewpoint of reducing the measurement error, the distance H is preferably about 50 mm.

The diaper 1 is arranged at a higher elongation rate as the elastic members 24A to 24E arranged in the back extension part expansion / contraction part G4 approach the crotch part C, thereby approaching the crotch part C. The force which shrinks back sheet member 2B in the diaper transverse direction (Y direction) is large.
Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the part which covers the collar part of the back side extension part 21b, especially the part extended in width direction outward from the position of the both-sides edge of the absorptive main body 3 are close to the crotch part C. As the diaper is worn, the portion covering the heel portion is easily deformed into a curved surface shape along the curved surface shape of the skin surface as shown in FIG. Therefore, it is possible to prevent a wearer or a guardian (such as a parent) from giving an impression that a portion covering the heel portion is turned over or that the portion does not fit on the skin surface or is easily leaked.

Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, since the back side extension part 21b shrink | contracts in the aspect mentioned above, since the right-angled corner | angular part D which exists in the part which coat | covers a collar part becomes inconspicuous, there is no sense of incongruity and the diaper 1 The impression is gentle to the skin.

From the viewpoint of obtaining such an effect, the elastic members 24A to 24E arranged in the back extension / contraction part G4 have the extension rate of the elastic member 24A closest to the upper end edge 2d of the back side sheet member 2B and the back side. It is preferable that the difference from the elongation ratio of the elastic member 24E closest to the lower end edge 2c of the sheet member 2B is 10 to 60%, particularly 20 to 50%. Moreover, it is preferable that the elongation rate of each elastic member 24 is 100 to 300%, particularly 150 to 250%.

In each of the left and right sides of the diaper 1, the number of the elastic members 24 (five in the example shown in FIG. 4) that are spaced apart from each other in the X direction on the back side extension portion 21 b is preferably three or more. The number is preferably 4 to 10, particularly preferably 5 to 7. Moreover, 3 cm or more is preferable and, as for the dispersion | distribution width W (refer FIG. 4) of the elastic member 24 distribute | arranged to the back side extension part 21b, 5-7 cm is more preferable.

In addition, although it is preferable that all the elastic members 24A-24E distribute | arranged to the back side extension part 21b differ in all those elongation rates, an elongation rate increases as the whole tendency goes to the crotch part C. If so, an elastic member having the same elongation rate may be present adjacent to one elastic member. For example, the elastic member 24B has a higher elongation rate than the elastic member 24A, the elastic member 24C has a higher elongation rate than the elastic member 24B, and the elastic member 24E has a higher elongation rate than the elastic member 24D, while the elastic member 24C and the elastic member 24D. The elastic member 24A and the elastic member 24B have the same expansion rate, while the elastic members 24B to 24E increase the expansion rate in this order, or the elastic members 24D and 24E increase the expansion rate. On the other hand, for the elastic members 24A to 24D, the elongation rate can be increased in this order.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, five elastic members 24A ′ to 24E ′ are also spaced apart in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the diaper in the abdominal extension part G3. Are arranged. Further, the elastic members 24A 'to 24E' are arranged at regular intervals, and are the same in material and thickness. However, the elastic members 24A 'to 24E' are all arranged at substantially the same elongation rate, unlike the back side extension portion expansion / contraction portion G4.

In the diaper 1 of the present embodiment, the ventral sheet member 2A is also formed with the ventral extension part 21a, so that when the diaper 1 is viewed from the ventral part A side, it looks like a loincloth. Appearance is good.
Moreover, since the abdominal extension part expansion-contraction part G3 and the back side extension part expansion-contraction part G4 are shrink | contracted moderately by the elastic member 24 distribute | arranged to each, when wearing the diaper 1, 2A and back As shown in FIG. 1B, the side edge portions 2a and 2b existing in the extending portions 21a and 21b of the side sheet member 2B are divided into the ventral side direction and the dorsal side direction and open in an inverted Y shape. Therefore, the appearance when the diaper 1 is viewed from the side is good, and an impression that is more difficult to leak is given.

The arrangement of the elastic member is different between the abdominal extension part stretchable part G3 and the extension part stretchable part G4 as viewed from the appearance and the back side part of the diaper 1 when viewed from the abdomen side. It is also preferable from the viewpoint of improving both of the appearances.

In the ventral sheet member 2A and the dorsal sheet member 2B, the extension lengths L5 and L6 (see FIG. 2) of the ventral extension part 21a and the dorsal extension part 21b are the length L4 of the side seal part 4. 5 to 150%, and more preferably 25 to 70%. Further, the extension length L5 of the abdominal extension part 21a is preferably 5 to 60%, particularly 20 to 40% of the length La of the abdominal sheet member 2A, and the extension of the back extension part 21b. The protruding length L6 is preferably 5 to 60%, particularly preferably 20 to 40%, of the length Lb of the back sheet member 2B. In the case of an infant diaper, the extension lengths L5 and L6 of the abdominal and dorsal extension portions 21a and 21b are preferably 10 to 100 mm, and more preferably 20 to 70 mm. In the case of an adult diaper, the extended lengths L5 and L6 of the abdominal and dorsal extending portions 21a and 21b are preferably 10 to 150 mm, more preferably 20 to 100.

In each of the waist stretchable part G1, the waistline stretchable part G2, the abdominal extension part stretchable part G3, and the dorsal extension part stretchable part G4, the elastic member 24 contracts, thereby causing a sheet between adjacent longitudinal joint rows. 22 and 23 are deformed so as to bulge outward, and a ridge 29 made of the sheet 22 or the sheet 23 is formed between adjacent longitudinal joint rows, and between the two sheets 22 and 23, the ridge 29 and the ridge 29 The hollow part 30 surrounded by the periphery is formed (see FIG. 6). By forming the heel 29 and the hollow portion 30, the softness of the abdominal sheet member 2 </ b> A and the back sheet member 2 </ b> B is improved to improve the touch and the like, and between the heel 29 formed on the skin contact surface side Air is easy to circulate and has excellent anti-sag properties. In particular, when the inner layer sheet 23 is formed of a breathable sheet such as a nonwoven fabric, moisture in the diaper 1 is more easily released to the outside.

The outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23 have extended folded portions 22a and 23a that are folded back to the inner layer sheet 23 side at the edge 2d that forms the opening peripheral edge of the waist opening. 22a and 23a are joined to the non-folded portions of the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23 in the side seal portion 4, and the portion overlapping the longitudinal direction of the absorbent main body 3 is bonded to the absorbent main body by an adhesive. 3 is bonded to the surface of the top sheet 31 side.

As the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23, various sheet materials conventionally used for this type of article can be used without particular limitation, but is preferably a non-woven fabric, particularly from the viewpoint of flexibility and the like. It is preferably a single-layer nonwoven fabric or a laminated nonwoven fabric of two or more layers composed of a through nonwoven fabric, a heat roll nonwoven fabric, a spunlace nonwoven fabric, a spunbond nonwoven fabric, a melt blown nonwoven fabric, or the like. Moreover, the sheet | seat which integrated these nonwoven fabrics and films may be sufficient. As a forming material of the elastic member 24, various known elastic materials used for absorbent articles such as disposable diapers and sanitary napkins can be used without particular limitation. Examples of the elastic material include synthetic rubber such as styrene-butadiene, butadiene, isoprene, and neoprene, natural rubber, EVA, stretchable polyolefin, and polyurethane. As the form of the elastic member, it is preferable to use a thread-like (thread rubber etc.) or string-like (flat rubber etc.) cross-section having a rectangular, square, round, polygonal cross section, or a multifilament type thread-like one. it can.

The points that are not particularly described are the same as in the first embodiment. In FIG.7 and FIG.8, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the component etc. similar to the diaper component etc. of 1st Embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 7, five elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged in the back direction extending portion (X direction) of the diaper in the diaper 1 ′ of the diaper 1 ′ of the second embodiment. However, as the five elastic members 24A to 24E are closer to the crotch part C, those having higher elongation stress are arranged. More specifically, the five elastic members 24A to 24E in the diaper 1 ′ have the lowest elongation stress of the elastic member 24A closest to the upper edge 2d of the back side sheet member 2B, and the back side sheet extends from the elastic member 24A. The elongation stress increases in this order toward the elastic member 24E closest to the lower edge 2c of the member 2B. The elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged at a constant arrangement interval (distance between the center points in the X direction of the elastic members).

Here, the term “extension stress” refers to the contraction force when the sheet is stretched to the maximum in the lateral direction to the extent that the sheet into which the elastic member is introduced is not broken, and is measured by the following method.

<Method for measuring elongation stress>
The elastic member is cut out along with the sheet at the center line of the elastic member adjacent in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the diaper to obtain a test piece. The sample is stretched in the transverse direction together with the sheet, and the contraction force at the maximum elongation is measured with a Tensilon tensile tester [Orientec Co., Ltd., RTC-1150A] to obtain the elongation stress of the elastic member.

There are no particular restrictions on the method for varying the elongation stress, but there are a method for varying the thickness and width (cross-sectional area) of the elastic member, a method for varying the forming material of the elastic member, a method combining these, and the like. In the example shown in FIG. 7, the thickness of the elastic member 24 is gradually increased from the elastic member 24A toward the elastic member 24E, and the elongation stress is increased in the same order.

In the diaper 1 ′ of the second embodiment, the elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E arranged in the back extension part stretchable part G <b> 4 have a higher elongation stress as they approach the crotch part C, thereby As the portion C approaches, the force for contracting the back sheet member 2B in the diaper lateral direction (Y direction) increases.
Thereby, the part which coat | covers the collar part of the back side extension part 21b, especially the part extended in the width direction outer side from the position of the both-sides edge of the absorptive main body 3 contracts so large that it is close to the crotch part C. Therefore, the effect similar to the diaper of 1st Embodiment can be show | played by the diaper of 2nd Embodiment.

When a plurality of elastic members having different extension stresses are arranged on the back side extension portion 21b as in the second embodiment, the plurality of elastic members 24 are closest to the upper end edge 2d of the back side seat member 2B. The difference between the extension stress of the elastic member 24A and the extension stress of the elastic member 24E closest to the lower end edge 2c of the back sheet member 2B is preferably 10 to 50%, particularly 20 to 30%. The elastic member 24A has an elongation stress of 5 to 20%, particularly 10 to 15%, and the elastic member 24E has an elongation stress of 20 to 40%, particularly preferably 20 to 30%.

In addition, it is preferable that the plurality of elastic members 24A to 24E arranged in the back-side extension portion 21b have all different extension stresses, but the extensional stress increases as the overall tendency goes toward the crotch C. If so, there may be an elastic member having the same elongation stress adjacent to the elastic member. For example, the elastic member 24B has a higher extension stress than the elastic member 24A, the elastic member 24C has a higher extension stress than the elastic member 24B, and the elastic member 24E has a higher extension stress than the elastic member 24D. The elastic members 24A and 24B have the same extension stress, while the elastic members 24B to 24E increase the extension stress in this order, or the elastic members 24D and 24E have the same extension stress. On the other hand, for the elastic members 24A to 24D, the elongation stress can be increased in this order.

In the first embodiment and the second embodiment, the interval between the elastic members is constant, and the elongation rate and elongation stress of the sheet in which each elastic member exists increases as it goes toward the crotch C, As the crotch part is approached, the effect of contracting the absorbent article in the lateral direction increases. However, from the viewpoint of obtaining the effect of the present invention, it is not limited to this configuration. In the present invention, “the force for contracting in the lateral direction of the absorbent article increases as the crotch part disposed in the crotch part of the wearer approaches” is defined as follows. That is, the back-side extension portion is divided into approximately four equal parts in the diaper longitudinal direction (X direction), and the regions b1, b2, b3, and b4 are defined from the side closer to the side seal portion (waist opening). When the respective sheets (sheets obtained by cutting out the respective regions) are stretched to the maximum extent not to break the material, the contraction force applied to each sheet is Pb1, Pb2, Pb3, and Pb4, and Pb1 <Pb2 <Pb3 <Pb4 Satisfying the relationship Pb1 to Pb4 are measured with a Tensilon tensile tester [manufactured by Orientec Co., Ltd., RTC-1150A] in the same manner as the elongation stress measurement method. The contraction force when the material is extended to the maximum extent not to break the material is, for example, 0.9 when the length of each region (the total length in the Y direction) when extended to the breaking point (see FIG. 9) is L. It is the load when the length becomes × L.
The arrangement of the elastic members in each of the regions b1, b2, b3, and b4 is preferably the arrangement specifically described above. However, in the present invention, the arrangement of the elastic members, the thickness (fineness), and the elongation rate What is necessary is that the above-described relationship of Pb1 <Pb2 <Pb3 <Pb4 is satisfied, regardless of how these are.

As shown in FIG. 8, five elastic members 24 </ b> A to 24 </ b> E are arranged apart from each other in the longitudinal direction (X direction) of the diaper in the back side extending portion stretchable portion G <b> 4 of the diaper 1 ″ of the third embodiment. However, as the five elastic members 24A to 24E get closer to the crotch part C, the arrangement interval (distance between the center points of the elastic members in the X direction) P becomes narrower. The distance between the elastic member 24A closest to the upper edge 2d of the back seat member 2B and the adjacent elastic member 24B is P1, the distance between the elastic member 24B and the elastic member 24C is P2, and the elastic member 24C. When the distance between the elastic member 24D and the elastic member 24D is P3, and the distance between the elastic member 24D and the elastic member 24E is P4, P1> P2> P3> P4. Are the same material and thickness.

In the diaper of the third embodiment, the arrangement interval P becomes narrower as the elastic members 24A to 24E arranged in the back extension part stretchable part G4 approach the crotch part C, and thereby the crotch part C As it approaches, the force to contract the back sheet member 2B in the diaper lateral direction (Y direction) increases.
Thereby, the part which coat | covers the collar part of the back side extension part 21b, especially the part extended in the width direction outer side from the position of the both-sides edge of the absorptive main body 3 contracts so large that it is close to the crotch part C. Therefore, the effect similar to the diaper of 1st Embodiment can be show | played by the diaper of 3rd Embodiment.

When a plurality of elastic members are arranged on the back extension portion 21b as in the third embodiment with the arrangement interval P being changed, the difference between the maximum arrangement interval P1 and the minimum arrangement interval P4 is 1 to 15 mm, In particular, it is preferably 5 to 10 mm. Moreover, it is preferable that the largest arrangement | positioning space | interval P1 is 5-20 mm, especially 10-15 mm, and it is preferable that the minimum arrangement | positioning space | interval P4 is 2-10 mm, especially 3-8 mm.

In addition, it is preferable that the intervals P1 to P4 between the elastic members arranged in the back-side extending portion 21b are all different, but the arrangement interval is narrowed as the overall tendency is toward the crotch C. For example, adjacent intervals, for example, P1 and P2, P2 and P3, or P3 and P4 may be the same.

As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the preferable embodiment, this invention is not restrict | limited to embodiment mentioned above, It can change suitably.
For example, the ventral extension part 21a may not be provided, and the ventral extension part 21a may be provided, but an elastic member may not be provided there.
Also, as the method approaches the crotch, the back side sheet member contracts greatly in the lateral direction of the absorbent article, as in the first embodiment, the elastic member has a different extension rate, and as in the second embodiment. A method in which two or more methods of arranging a plurality of elastic members having different stresses and a method of changing the arrangement interval as in the third embodiment may be employed. Moreover, in any of the first to third embodiments, the main elasticity that causes the back side sheet member to shrink greatly in the lateral direction of the absorbent article as it approaches the crotch part disposed in the crotch part of the wearer. In addition to the members, other elastic members that do not affect the tendency can be additionally arranged. For example, in addition to a plurality of elastic members whose elongation rate increases as they approach the crotch part, an elastic member that has a very low elongation rate and does not substantially contribute to the contraction of the back seat member is arranged on the crotch side most. You can also

Further, the abdominal sheet member 2A and the back sheet member 2B are replaced with one having a dot-shaped joint portion 26 formed so as not to overlap the elastic member 24, and the outer layer sheet 22 forming the outer surface of the diaper and its It may have a structure in which the inner layer sheet 23 arranged on the inner side is bonded in the entire region. The waist stretchable part G1, the waistline stretchable part G2, the abdominal extension part stretchable part G3, and the abdominal extension part stretchable part G4 are each an outer layer sheet 22 that forms the outer surface of the diaper and the inside thereof. It may have a structure in which the inner layer sheet 23 arranged on the entire surface is bonded to the entire area. In the diaper 1 ″ of the third embodiment, in the range from the lower end edge 2 c of the back sheet member 2 B to slightly above the elastic member 24 D, the space between the outer layer sheet 22 and the inner layer sheet 23 is entirely covered by an adhesive. It is glued.

Moreover, it is also possible to arrange the elastic member 24 in the same manner as the dorsal extension part stretchable part G4 of the first to third embodiments on the abdominal extension part stretchable part G3 of each of the first to third embodiments. it can.

Moreover, although the side seal part 4 is formed in the side edge parts 2a and 2b of the abdominal side and the back side sheet member, the abdominal side sheet member 2A and the back side sheet member 2B are joined to the outside of the side seal part 4. It may have a non-joined portion with a narrow width (for example, more than 0 mm and not more than 20 mm).
