Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sock that emits light to which a light emitting diode (LED) that emits light during walking or exercise is attached.
In the past, wristbands and bandanas (headbands) have been used to apply reflective materials, such as fluorescent paint, to reflect people who are exercising by reflecting them with predetermined light (for example, car lights) during nighttime use. It may also be used to produce colorful night sports.
On the other hand, light-emitting diodes (LEDs) have been widely used, and those that can be used in the field of toys and sports have been downsized and can consume less power. And what attached a light emitting diode (LED) to clothing (shirts) and (patent document 1), and what attached a light emitting diode (LED) to shoes have already been disclosed (
Wearing the wristband, etc. can ensure safety by reflecting with the lights of the car when people who are jogging or walking at night, elderly people or children go out at night However, since the reflective material is used, the presence (position) of the person cannot be confirmed without the predetermined light. In addition, elderly people and children may dislike wearing the wristband or the like, and even an adult may forget to wear it. In the wristband or the like, the reflective material falls due to the washing, but even if the light emission amount is small in the first place and the object (for example, the wristband) has a pattern or the like, the pattern or the like is illuminated. I couldn't.
In this regard, there are some that attach light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to clothing (shirts) as in
In addition, since the light emitting diode (LED) is an electronic element, even if the light emitting diode (LED) is simply attached to a shoe as in
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to make it difficult to forget to wear a light emitting diode, to effectively irradiate a light emitting diode (LED) on a sock pattern, embroidery or pattern, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide a sock that emits light without causing a failure of a control circuit of a diode (LED).
Hosiery which emits light of the present invention, socks, socks, the hosiery of the supporter such as stockings and feet, a light emitting diode (LED) is attached to the light emitting element emits light by switching operation of a predetermined switching device, one hosiery When the part is folded, the switching element comes into contact with a foot, and the plurality of light emitting elements emit light for a predetermined time . Here, “socks” in the present application includes socks, socks, stockings, and foot supporters, and the foot supporters include knee supporters, calf supporters, and ankle supporters.
According to this invention, since the light emitting diode (LED) is attached to the socks, it is difficult to forget to wear the light emitting diode (LED) (flashing even when walking or exercising without wearing shoes) Light emitting diode (LED) can be blinked. And by attaching to the place where the pattern, the embroidery, or the pattern of socks was given (Claims 4 and 5), these can be made to light effectively and can be raised.
And according to this invention, when walking or exercising, the light emitting diode (LED) can emit light by folding a part of the socks. At this time, by using a metal having a magnetic action (titanium having a predetermined shape) or the like, a predetermined acupressure effect can also be generated. In addition, what is necessary is just to return a folding state to the original state in order to stop blinking of a light emitting diode (LED).
Further , according to the present invention, when the convex switching element is provided, the light emitting element emits light by pressing the convex switching element and turning on the switch when necessary when walking or exercising. The light emitting diode (LED) can be blinked by bringing the convex switching element into contact with the ground or shoes. When walking or exercising, the impact (vibration) is where the foot is most affected. In addition, when the socks are not worn or when the socks are removed, the switch is not turned on, so that useless consumption of the battery is suppressed. On the other hand, when a convex switching element is provided, the light emitting element emits light by pressing the convex switching element and turning on the switch when necessary when walking or exercising. The light emitting diode (LED) can be blinked by bringing the convex switching element into contact with the ground or shoes.
Moreover, as the socks emitting light of the present invention, the light emitting diode (LED) is enclosed in a transparent or light-transmitting synthetic resin or rubber sheet storage device, and the sheet storage device is the sock storage device. It is preferable to be attached to and detached from.
According to this invention, since the light emitting diode (LED) is sealed in a synthetic resin or rubber sheet-like storage device, the light emitting diode (LED) of the light emitting diode (LED) can be used even if it is wet by rain or washed. Malfunction is prevented. Since the sheet-like storage device is transparent or light transmissive, it can be raised by irradiating the design, embroidery, or pattern of the socks or the pattern, embroidery, or pattern applied to the sheet-like storage device.
Further, according to the present invention, even when obtained only gentle vibration as in the case of walking, the collision member on the sheet accommodation tool is enclosed, the impact sensor detects a collision member collides Thus, the light emitting diode (LED) can emit light. Further, by using a metal having a magnetic action (titanium having a predetermined shape) or the like, a predetermined acupressure effect, a far infrared effect, or the like can be exhibited.
According to the light emitting socks according to the present invention, the sock at the time of walking or exercising blinks even if there is no predetermined light, so that safety at the time of walking at night or exercising can be improved. It is possible to enhance fashionability by making the light colorful by illuminating the pattern, embroidery and patterns. In particular, when equipped with an impact sensor, when walking or exercising, the impact (vibration) is the place where the foot is most affected by the impact. I can do it.
In addition, the light emitting diode (LED) is sealed in a light-transmitting synthetic resin or rubber sheet-like storage device, so that the light emitting diode (LED) can be used even when it gets wet in the rain or is washed. Even when the impact sensor is in contact with the material that senses the collision and the impact such as walking is small, a certain period of time is prevented. A light emitting diode (LED) can emit light.
Hereinafter, specific embodiments to which the present invention is applied will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
The light-emitting
The sheet-
The light emitting diode (LED) 3 includes a base (mounting member) 3k, an
Therefore, by attaching the sheet-

(Second Embodiment)
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the socks that emit light according to the present embodiment are provided with the pattern, embroidery, or pattern M of the
Therefore, by wearing (wearing)
(Third embodiment)
The
According to the present embodiment, even when exercising such as karate or judo, that is, without wearing shoes, the light-emitting diode (LED) 3 can be blinked by vibrations transmitted to the foot due to the exercise.
In each of the above embodiments, when a convex switching element is provided, the
(Fourth embodiment)
The light emitting socks of the present embodiment are the ones in which the present invention is applied to the
In the
Here, in order to exert the predetermined acupressure effect more, as shown in FIG. 8, the
In the above embodiments, socks (sock) and foot supporters (ankle supporters) have been described as examples, but the present invention can also be applied to stockings.
