Description

The present invention relates to an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, and an air conditioner including the outdoor unit, and more particularly to a structure of a vent of an electrical component box in the outdoor unit and protection of electrical components from small animals. .

A conventional outdoor unit of an air conditioner has a dedicated air path for cooling electrical components, and when the outside air temperature is high, opening the damper inside the casing leads the cooling air to the electrical components and the temperature around the electrical components. And the heat dissipation of the electrical components is improved. Therefore, the operation without lowering the rotational speed of the compressor 12 can be performed even at a high outside air temperature. Further, it is known that when the outside air temperature is low, by closing the damper, the air volume to the main heat exchanger is increased and heat exchange can be performed efficiently (for example, see Patent Document 1).

In addition, a printed circuit board in which two comb-shaped conductors are placed close to each other in the invasion path of a small walking animal is placed, and a voltage is always applied between the conductors of the printed circuit board to ensure that small animals such as slugs and cockroaches Ambulatory small animal intrusion preventers that prevent the invasion of small animals by repelling or killing the invasion of small animals with current flowing between the conductors when they contact between conductors are known (for example, , See Patent Document 2).

特開平11−211152号公報Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 11-211152 特開平6−78656号公報(第2頁〜第3頁、図1〜図3)Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-78656 (pages 2 to 3, FIGS. 1 to 3)

A conventional outdoor unit of an air conditioner has a vent opening to cool down electrical components and the like in order to prevent a decrease in the rotational speed of the compressor 12 at a high outdoor temperature. Although the heat exchange efficiency has been improved by closing the, the small animals such as insects are stored in the electrical equipment through the air passage to open the air vent when the compressor 12 is in operation. If a small animal that has entered the battery contacts the opposite poles of the exposed live parts where voltage is applied to the control board, the voltage applied to the control board such as electrical equipment may be applied. There are problems such as short-circuiting between different poles of the exposed live parts by a small animal, causing a substrate failure.

Moreover, in the conventional system shown by patent document 2, since a voltage is always applied, there existed a possibility of killing a small animal depending on the magnitude | size of a voltage. In this case, since the corpse of the small animal remains on the substrate, a current always flows, which causes a problem in terms of power consumption. Also, in this case, the current value increases and excessive current flows as the corpse carbonizes, causing smoke and unpleasant odors to burn, and a fire may occur if there is a flammable substance nearby. was there.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and a first object is to provide an outdoor unit and an air conditioner for an air conditioner in which a small animal cannot enter the electrical component box in which the electrical component is accommodated. There is to get a chance.

Moreover, the 2nd objective is to obtain the outdoor unit and air conditioner of an air conditioner which can prevent the performance deterioration by the fall of the compressor rotation speed at the time of high outdoor temperature.

An outdoor unit according to the present invention communicates with an electrical component box that houses electrical items and has an air supply port and an exhaust port, a fan that cools the electrical items, and an air supply port of the electrical component box, and is sucked by the fan. Air passage that sends the outside air to the electrical box, two shutters that can be opened and closed according to the temperature of the electrical box, and an air inlet and the exhaust port, attached to the exhaust port side and the air inlet side of the shutter, is formed by a plurality of arranged at intervals so as not to contact the two metals having different ionization tendencies, and at least one wire mesh, wire mesh And a frame that supports the metal mesh around the first metal mesh composed of a first metal wire, and a second metal wire having a different ionization tendency from the first metal wire. The second wire mesh provided at an interval not contacting the first wire mesh And at least a part of the frame is configured by a pipe having a plurality of small holes, water is supplied to the pipe from the outside, and the supplied water is supplied to the metal mesh by gravity from the small holes of the pipe. The metal wires are arranged at intervals such that the different metal wires do not come into contact with the supplied water .

It is attached.
The gap between the metal mesh 7 and the metal mesh 8 is fixed and maintained by fitting the two guide rails 13 into the upper and lower or left and right frames of the metal mesh 7 and 8, as shown in FIG.

Next, the operation will be described.
In the outdoor unit 1 of the air conditioner configured as described above, when the operation of the air conditioner is stopped, the shutter 9a for the air supply port and the shutter 9b for the exhaust port are closed. When the outside air temperature is high or when the compressor 12 is rotating at a high speed, the element for driving the compressor of the control board 3 generates more heat, and more ventilation is required for heat dissipation. In this case, the temperature sensor 31 or the like of the control board 3 detects the temperature inside the electrical component box 2, and the control unit 32 of the control board 3 uses the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 31 as a preset reference temperature. If the detected temperature is higher than the reference temperature, a control signal is output to the shutter opening / closing means 10a and 10b. In response to this signal, the shutter opening and closing means 10a and 10b are operated, so that the wires 11a and 11b are contracted, and the supply port shutter 9a and the exhaust port shutter 9b are opened to necessary opening degrees. Therefore, the internal temperature of the electrical component box 2 decreases due to the ventilation of the outside air, the temperature sensor 31 detects this temperature, the control unit 32 acquires the detected temperature from the temperature sensor 31, and the shutter according to the acquired temperature The opening degree of 9a, 9b is changed. As a result of the above processing, the temperature of the electrical component box 2 does not rise above a certain temperature, so that it is not necessary for the control board to stall the rotational speed of the compressor 12 and lower the compressor temperature. Therefore, it is possible to operate while maintaining the rotation speed of the compressor 12. As a result, operation can be performed without degrading the performance of the air conditioning capability. Since this control is performed due to an increase in the internal temperature of the electrical component box 2, it does not operate when the outside air temperature is not high or when it is stopped.
For this reason, small animals such as slugs and ants such as insects cannot enter the interior of the electrical component box 2 because the shutter 9 is closed when the control is not performed or when the outdoor temperature is low.
When the shutter 9 of the opening where this control works is open, there are two metal meshes 7 and 8 attached to the outside of the air supply port 4, and the ionization tendency of the two metals is different. For this reason, when the body of a small animal entering from the air vent comes into contact with both the wire mesh 7 and the wire mesh 8, a voltage corresponding to the difference in ionization tendency between the metal a and the metal b is applied, and ions, that is, minute amounts are transmitted through the body fluid of the small animal. As the current flows to the small animal, the small animal will repel and retreat. In this way, the invasion of small animals can be prevented.

Regarding the intensity of the ionization tendency, it is necessary to select a material that generates an ionization voltage that allows a weak current that does not cause death or injury to a small animal.
Further, if the two wire nets are configured to supply water that allows ions to easily flow, the effect of preventing the entry of small animals can be further improved. For example, a number of holes are provided in the upper part of each frame of two wire meshes, and tap water or circulating water is regularly supplied from the outside into this frame, and water is gradually poured downward from the upper part using gravity. Water is always applied to the wire mesh by flowing the steam or periodically releasing steam to the wire mesh with a humidifier. Alternatively, a conductive moisturizing agent (a solid solution containing moisture (such as glue)) is applied to the wire mesh so that it is humidified so that it does not dry. In this case, great care must be taken to maintain an interval such that different metals do not contact each other. As a result, even small animals with a hard shell, such as arthropods that do not generate much body fluid, can easily flow current when they come into contact with different electrodes when they come in contact with different electrodes. be able to.
In the above example, the opening / closing means has been described with reference to the opening / closing of the shutter by feedback control of the control unit based on the output of the temperature detection means and the target value, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the shutter may be opened and closed using a shape memory alloy that deforms at a predetermined temperature or higher.

As described above, according to the first embodiment, since the wire mesh having a different ionization tendency from the shutter is attached to the ventilation opening, the air conditioning capacity is not impaired even at high outside air temperature, and the quality is higher even during operation. An air conditioner with fewer failures can be obtained by preventing small animals from entering the electrical component box even when the vehicle is stopped.

Embodiment 2. FIG.
In the first embodiment, the shutters 9 and 14 are attached to the ventilation openings, the opening and closing is controlled by the control program according to the internal temperature of the electrical component box 2, and two metal meshes made of metals having different ionization tendencies are used. By overlapping, a small current flows to the small animal when passing between the wire meshes, so that the invasion of the small animals trying to pass between the wire meshes is prevented. May be provided.
This embodiment will be described in the second embodiment.
FIG. 4 is a structural diagram of a wire mesh in such a case. FIG. 4A is a diagram of the pattern A, in which metal wires of metal a and metal b having different ionization tendencies are stretched in a horizontal direction on a non-conductive frame. In this case, if the small animals are larger than the gaps D, they cannot pass through by alternately wiring with sufficiently small gaps D that are larger than the size of the small animals such as ticks and smaller than the size of the ants. If it is small, it is highly possible to touch two kinds of metals at the same time when passing between the metal wires. In this case, a minute current flows to the small animal and can prevent invasion.
FIG. 4B is a diagram of pattern B, in which metal wires of metal a and metal b having different ionization tendencies are stretched in a vertical direction on a non-conductive frame.
In this case as well, if moisture is included, the invasion and repelling effect of small animals is enhanced as in the first embodiment. In this case, if the metal wire is stretched in the vertical direction as shown in FIG.

As described above, the temperature rise inside the electrical component box can be reduced by providing the air supply port and the exhaust port for the electrical component box, but when the opening is simply opened However, there is a problem that the invasion of small animals induces the destruction of electrical products such as control boards. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, it is sufficient to provide a filter at the opening. However, a normal filter causes clogging, so the usable period is short and maintenance is required. Since regular maintenance is not performed, there is a problem that the opening cannot be covered with a normal fine filter.
According to the second embodiment, when the operation of the air conditioner is stopped, the shutter 9 is closed in the same manner as in the first embodiment to completely block the small animal entrance, thereby preventing the small animal from entering and operating. Since the opening degree of the shutter is controlled in the same manner as in the first embodiment, it is possible to prevent the reduction in the rotational speed of the compressor 12 from being affected. At this time, in order to prevent small animals from entering through the gaps in the opening of the shutter 9, a relatively coarse metal mesh made of metal is provided in the opening. Since there are small animals that pass through the gaps in the wire mesh, in order to prevent this invasion, two types of metals with different ionization tendencies are used, and the metals are relatively wet between electrolytes. When a small animal comes into contact, ions flow into the small animal, so it is considered that the small animal does not enter as it is. In this way, the invasion of small animals can be prevented.

Embodiment 3 FIG.
In the above-described embodiment, the small animal intrusion prevention device using the difference in ionization tendency and the opening and closing of the shutter has been described. However, it is also possible to create the small animal intrusion prevention device using the Seebeck effect. This embodiment will be described in the third embodiment.
FIG. 5 is a structural diagram of an opening wire mesh according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In FIG. 5, the wire mesh is made of a conductive material such as metal. Metal A and metal B are different types of metal, and one end of each metal is routed to the compressor 12, and one end of each metal is connected to the outer wall of the compressor 12. The other ends of both metals are connected to the wire mesh 7 and the wire mesh 8 of the outdoor unit, respectively.
If comprised in this way, the temperature difference of the compressor 12 and the metal-mesh 7 and 8 can be taken large by performing air conditioning. In this case, a voltage is generated between the wire mesh 7 connected to the metal A and the wire mesh 8 connected to the metal B due to the Seebeck effect due to the temperature difference between the compressor 12 and the wire meshes 7 and 8.
Therefore, when the shutter 9 of the opening is open, when the body of a small animal entering from the air vent comes into contact with both the wire mesh 7 and the wire mesh 8, a voltage is applied between the metal A and the metal B, and the body fluid of the small animal is applied. Since a small current flows through the small animal through the small animal, the small animal repels and retreats. In this way, the invasion of small animals can be prevented.
