Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a refrigeration apparatus.
A refrigeration apparatus including two refrigerant circuits having a compressor, a condenser, a decompressor, and an evaporator is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In each of the two refrigerant circuits, the refrigerant discharged from the compressor is cooled and liquefied by the condenser, and then evaporated by the evaporator via the decompressor, for example, in common with the two evaporators. The inside of the low temperature storage that is running is cooled.
This refrigeration apparatus includes a fan for promoting cooling of the refrigerant for the condensers of the two refrigerant circuits. That is, two fans individually blow air to the two condensers included in the two refrigerant circuits to promote heat exchange between the surrounding air and the refrigerant.
By the way, in the refrigeration apparatus described above, when one of the two fans stops due to a failure of the fan motor, the heat exchange amount between the refrigerant of the condenser and the air that should be blown by the fan decreases. The amount of refrigerant condensed in the condenser decreases. This has the problem that the heat absorption amount (evaporation amount) of the refrigerant in the evaporator of the corresponding refrigerant circuit is lowered, and thus the cooling capacity of the refrigeration apparatus is lowered.
Further, as described above, when it is determined that the corresponding fan motor has failed due to the rise in the temperature at the outlet of the condenser, the cooling capacity of the refrigeration apparatus is already detected at the time of such failure detection and notification. Therefore, there is a problem that the failure detection and notification do not lead to the suppression of the decrease in the cooling capacity of the refrigeration apparatus.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the first compressor, the first condenser, the first pressure reducer, and the first evaporator are annularly connected by a first refrigerant pipe, and the first compression is performed to obtain a cooling action. A first temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the warehouse of the low temperature storage, a second temperature sensor for detecting the temperature in the warehouse, a first fan, a second fan, and a first fan for rotating the first fan. A first fan motor, a second fan motor for rotating the second fan, and the first fan motor And a detection device for detecting a current of the second fan motor, and a control device, wherein the first evaporator and the second evaporator are arranged so as to cool the interior at the same time, and The fan and the second fan are arranged in parallel so as to be able to blow air to the first condenser and the second condenser which are sequentially arranged in the vicinity of the same air path of the first fan and the second fan, The detection device includes a first current transformer and a second current transformer that detect currents of the first fan motor and the second fan motor as voltages, respectively, and the control device includes the first temperature sensor and the second current transformer . in accordance with the detected output of the second temperature sensor, the operation of the first compressor and the second compressor and respective control, further, in order to inform the failure of the first fan motor and the second fan motor, said 1st current tiger And operating states of the first fan motor and the second fan motor are monitored based on detection outputs of the first current transformer and the second current transformer, and detection outputs of the first current transformer and the second current transformer are compared with each other. Based on the relationship, the operating state of the first fan motor or the second fan motor is monitored.
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the fall of the cooling capability of the freezing apparatus resulting from the failure of a fan motor can be suppressed.
At least the following matters will become apparent from the description of the present specification and the accompanying drawings.
=== Configuration of refrigeration equipment ===
A configuration example of the refrigeration apparatus 1 of the present embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a circuit diagram showing an example of the
As illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the refrigeration apparatus 1 detects the temperature inside the two refrigerant circuits (the
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the

The
The first evaporator 16 is a pipe made of, for example, copper or aluminum for evaporating (vaporizing) the refrigerant decompressed by the
The same applies to the
The
The first temperature sensor 2a and the
As illustrated in FIG. 1, the
The
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the first
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the
For example, the
Further, for example, when the
As illustrated in FIG. 2, the
As described above, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the
=== Operation of refrigeration equipment ===
With reference to FIG. 3, the operation of the refrigerating apparatus 1 having the above-described configuration detecting a failure in the
The
The
When it is determined that the absolute value of the difference value obtained in step S100 is less than the predetermined value X (S101: NO), the
When it is determined that the absolute value of the difference value obtained in step S100 is equal to or greater than the predetermined value X (S101: YES), the
The
When it is determined that the voltage value A of the first
When it is determined that the voltage value B of the second
When it is determined that the voltage value A of the first

As described above, when one of the two
In the present embodiment, when it is notified that one of the two
The
For example, when it is determined that one of the two temperatures is less than the predetermined value Z (S106: NO), the
For example, when it is determined that the two temperatures are equal to or higher than the predetermined value Z (S106: YES), the
In this embodiment, for example, when the temperature of the
However, both the state in which the lock current flows through the two
Therefore, although not shown, the

The above-described embodiment is intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be changed and improved without departing from the gist thereof, and the present invention includes equivalents thereof.

In the above-described embodiment, the notification device is the
In the above-described embodiment, the processes of steps S105 to S107 performed by the
Hereinafter, as illustrated in FIG. 4, after determining that one fan motor has failed, the
FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing another example of the processing procedure of the
