Description

The present invention relates to a lighting device such as a garden light.

Conventionally, the thing of patent document 1 is known as an example of this kind of garden light. Since this garden light is installed outdoors, the main body of the instrument housing a light source such as a fluorescent lamp and its lighting circuit is grounded by a ground wire or the like to prevent electric shock.

On the other hand, in recent years, a flat cylindrical and small-sized lamp device using a GX53 type base has been proposed (for example, see Patent Document 2). Furthermore, LED lamps have been developed that incorporate a lighting device that extends the life of the light source and saves energy by using the light source of this type of small lamp device as an LED. This type of LED lamp is particularly expected to be deployed in an appliance having a complicated maintenance such as an outdoor lighting fixture.

However, such an LED lamp has a small circuit structure in order to reduce the size of the lamp.

For this reason, when this type of LED lamp device is used as a light source, particularly in an outdoor lighting fixture such as a grounded garden light, a new problem of increased noise has occurred.

Therefore, it is conceivable to provide a separate noise suppression circuit for the lighting fixture. However, when this noise suppression circuit is provided, another problem of increasing the cost and increasing the size of the fixture also occurs.

The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object thereof is to provide a lighting fixture capable of suppressing noise with a simple configuration and low cost.

A lighting apparatus according to claim 1 is a lamp device having a light source, a lighting circuit for lighting the light source, a base pin electrically connected to the lighting circuit and a base portion for housing the lighting circuit; A socket having a socket pin into which a cap pin is inserted and detachably connected electrically and mechanically; and a socket having an opening into which the cap portion is inserted; an insertion tip of a lamp device cap portion inserted into the opening of the socket; a socket support fitting for supporting the socket in a state of forming a predetermined gap facing portion that faces the; the socket support fitting, the apparatus body for accommodating the socket and the lamp unit; and comprises a socket support bracket Is characterized in that an opening is formed in a facing portion facing the opening of the socket .

Here, as the light source, a fluorescent lamp that can be arranged in a planar shape, a planar light emitting diode (LED) module, an EL (electroluminescence) element, or the like can be used.

The base part may use, for example, the GX53 type standardized by IEC or JIS (C7709), and the main body (base body) is a synthetic resin having electrical and thermal insulation properties such as PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). It may be formed of engineering plastics.

The opening of the socket support bracket may be a through-hole penetrating in a direction opposite to the tip of the lamp unit inserted into the opening of the socket, or a bottomed recess recessed in the opposite direction. The noise can be suppressed or reduced by forming the facing gap between the inner bottom surface and the tip of the lamp device at the base portion insertion portion to be, for example, 5 mm or more, preferably 15 mm or more.

The lighting fixture according to claim 2 is characterized in that the socket support fitting is electrically connected to the ground.

According to the lighting apparatus of the first aspect, a required gap is formed between the tip of the lamp unit inserted into the socket opening and the facing part such as the top plate of the socket support fitting. Therefore, noise can be suppressed or reduced.

Moreover, noise can be suppressed by an opening such as a simple through hole or a bottomed recess formed in a facing portion such as the top plate portion of the socket support fitting.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same or an equivalent part in these several drawings.

As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, the luminaire 1 has a fixture body 2 that is entirely formed of a metal such as aluminum. The instrument body 2 is formed with a lower end portion of the cylindrical pole 3 indicated by hatching in the figure in a base portion 3a embedded in an upright state in the ground, and a power cord (not shown) is inserted into the base portion 3a. A power cord insertion hole 3b is formed. The pole 3 is integrally formed with a lower body 4 at the upper end in the figure. The lower body 4 is provided with a lead wire for drawing out a ground wire (not shown) to the outside. The lower body 4 accommodates a power supply device (not shown) therein. In this power supply apparatus, a pair of power cords wired in the pole 3 is electrically connected to the primary side, and a pair of left and right power supply lines (not shown) is electrically connected to the secondary side. Yes. The lower main body 4 has a pair of left and right flat square cylindrical column arms 5a and 5b fixed to the outer peripheral surface thereof in FIG. The column arms 5a and 5b are fixed to the upper end of the figure in a state where the cylindrical upper body 6 is sandwiched from the left and right in the figure. The pair of left and right support arms 5a and 5b extend in the upper main body 6 by inserting the pair of left and right feed lines in the axial direction therein.

The upper main body 6 is hermetically sealed at its upper end in the figure with a disc-shaped upper lid 6a, and an elliptical opening 6b inclined at a required angle with respect to the axial direction is formed at the lower end in the figure. Is fitted with a milky white translucent cover 7 made of, for example, acrylic.

As shown in FIG. 1, the upper body 6 accommodates an LED (light emitting diode) lamp device 8, a socket 9, and a socket support fitting 10, which are an example of a lamp device, in an assembled state. FIG. 3 is an exploded front view of the LED lamp device 8, the socket 9, and the socket support bracket 10, and shows a top plate portion 10 a at the top of the socket support bracket 10 in the drawing.

The LED lamp device 8 has a translucent cover 8b attached to the lower end of the flat cylindrical metal cover 8a formed of a metal such as aluminum in FIGS. 1 and 3, and the upper end in FIGS. A bottomed flat cylindrical base 8c having a slightly smaller diameter than the metal cover 8a is attached.

The metal cover 8a accommodates an LED module substrate (not shown), which is an example of a light source, in a state where a reflector is integrally assembled therein.

The base portion 8 c is formed in, for example, a GX53 type base portion structure, and has a pair of left and right base pins 11 and 12 and a base protrusion 13 in FIG. 3. The cap pins 11 and 12 are integrally formed with large-diameter end portions 11b and 12b each having a slightly larger diameter than the axial intermediate portions 11a and 12a at the tip portions (upper end portions in FIG. 3). The base projection 13 accommodates a lighting circuit for lighting an LED (light emitting diode) therein. The base projection 13 has, for example, a bowl-shaped key groove 13a formed on the outer peripheral surface thereof.

The key groove 43 engages with a key 9j (see FIG. 4) provided on the inner peripheral surface of the socket 9 to define the orientation of the insertion angle of the LED lamp device 8, and to the LED lamp mounted on the socket 9. The device 8 is supported so as not to fall off.

As shown in FIG. 4, the socket 9 is formed in a disc-shaped flange 9a with a pair of left and right socket holes 9b, 9b penetrating in the thickness direction and a pair of front and rear notches 9c, 9c in the figure. ing. And on the back surface (upper surface in FIG. 3) opposite to the surface of the flange 9a to which the LED lamp device 8 (see FIG. 3) is attached, a cylindrical rib 9h, four spacers 9e, and four terminal portions 9f are provided. Is provided.

The flange 9a is formed with a central opening 9g at the central portion of the substantially flat plate, and a cylindrical rib 9h is formed on the upper surface side in FIG. 3 of the opening peripheral edge of the central opening 9g. A base protrusion 13 (see FIG. 3) of the LED lamp device 8 is inserted into the cylindrical rib 9h, and a pair of socket holes 9b and 9b are provided at positions sandwiching the central opening 9g. The pins 11 and 12 are inserted respectively.

As shown in FIG. 4, the socket holes 9b, 9b have a shape in which an enlarged diameter round hole and a groove hole extending in the circumferential direction from a part thereof are integrally formed. The diameter of the enlarged round hole is slightly larger than the diameter of the large diameter ends 11b and 12b of the cap pins 11 and 12, and the width of the groove is smaller than the diameter of the large diameter ends 11b and 12b and the intermediate portion 11a. , 12a is slightly larger than the diameter.

When the LED lamp device 8 is attached to the socket 9, the cap pins 11 and 12 are inserted into the enlarged diameter round holes of the socket holes 9b and 9b, and the LED lamp device 8 is angularly displaced about the central axis. When the LED lamp device 8 is removed from the socket 9, the reverse operation is performed.

Thereby, the cap pins 11 and 12 are mechanically and electrically detachably connected to the spring contacts (not shown) therein.

The cylindrical rib 9h can be slidably contacted with the outer peripheral surface of the cap projection 13 of the LED lamp device 8 in a wide area on the inner peripheral surface thereof. Thereby, the cap projection 13 and the cap pins 11 and 12 can be guided to the central opening 9g and the socket holes 9b and 9b, respectively, without being shaken when the LED lamp device 8 is mounted.

Further, since the feeder lines 9i and 9i laid out along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical rib 9h do not directly contact the cap projection 13 that has become hot, the insulation coating of the feeder lines 9i and 9i Thermal degradation is suppressed.

Each spacer 9e is fastened to a top plate portion 10a of a socket support metal fitting 10 made of metal such as iron by a plurality of fastening members 14, 14,... Such as screws, and the flange 9a and the top plate portion 10a. The interval is specified. The terminal portions 9f and 9f are for supplying external commercial power to the LED lamp device 8 via the base pins 11 and 12 to which external commercial power is input via the feeder lines 9i and 9i.

As shown in FIG. 5, the socket support fitting 10 is integrally formed with a pair of left and right leg portions 10 b and 10 c in the form of strips at both left and right end portions of the top plate portion 10 a having a substantially circular planar shape. A circular through hole 10b penetrating in the thickness direction is formed concentrically at the center of the top plate portion 10a. The insertion tip surface 13b of the cap projection 13 of the LED lamp device 8 that passes through the central opening 9g of the socket 9 and extends to the top plate 10a side of the socket support fitting 10 is opposed to the through hole 10b. . The diameter φb of the through hole 10b of the socket support fitting 10 is formed larger than the diameter φa of the insertion tip surface 13b of the cap projection 13 (φb> φa). The socket support fitting 10 is connected to a ground wire and is electrically grounded together with the instrument body 2.

For this reason, a large gap g is formed on the insertion tip surface 13b of the cap projection 13 of the LED lamp device 8 to the inner bottom surface of the upper lid 6a of the upper main body 6 through the through hole 10b. Thereby, the noise of this lighting fixture 1 was suppressed below the standard level.

Figure 0005347908
Table 1 below shows an example of a noise terminal voltage test result of the lighting fixture 1. This test is a measurement of the noise level of the test instrument: LEDG-61303-LS1.
Figure 0005347908

In Table 1, a lamp socket support bracket (2) indicates the lamp socket support bracket 10 according to the first embodiment of the present invention shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, and the socket support bracket (1) is a top plate portion thereof. The case where the plane shape is rectangular and is formed as a simple flat plate without forming the through-hole 10d is shown.

As shown in Table 1, the socket support metal fitting 10 has a top plate portion 10a formed in a substantially circular shape and a through hole 10d, whereby the noise level is reduced to 55.9 dB, and the margin relative to the standard 60 dB is obtained. Of 4.1 dB could be secured.

The through hole 10d of the top plate 10a may be larger or slightly smaller than the bottom surface (insertion tip surface) 13b of the base projection 13 of the LED lamp device 8. Also, insert both ends of a lead wire with a noise prevention filter, a capacitor, or a ferrite (not shown) inserted in series into the other pair of power supply terminals 9f and 9f to which the pair of power supply lines 9i and 9i are not connected. Noise could be reduced even when connected electrically. Furthermore, noise could be reduced even when a ferrite core was attached outside the power line.

FIG. 6 shows a cross section of a socket support fitting 10X according to the second embodiment of the present invention. In this socket support fitting 10X, a bottomed recess 10e into which the cap projection 13 of the LED lamp device 8 is inserted instead of the through hole 10d is formed on the top plate portion 10a, and an inner bottom surface 10f of the recess 10e is formed.
