As shown in FIG. 1, a load 10 such as a solar cell module is supported via a support tool 20 on a roof 10 such as a land roof or an inclined roof (or a balcony roof).

As shown in FIG. 2, the roof 10 has the legs 21 of the support 20 abutting on a rubber-based or vinyl-based waterproof sheet 12 </ b> A constructed on an ALC roof base material 11. The load 30 is mounted on the support 20 and mounted thereon. In the present embodiment, an intermediate layer 12B such as a heat insulating material softer than the roof base material 11 is interposed between the roof base material 11 and the waterproof sheet 12A.

Here, a plurality of anchor screws 13 (for example, only two are shown in the cross-sectional views of FIGS. 1 and 2) are provided on the waterproof sheet 12A, and the screw head surface 13A of the anchor screw 13 is provided on the waterproof sheet 12A. It is driven and screwed into the roof base material 11 through the intermediate layer 12B until it is flush with the sheet surface. A flat plate material 14 such as a cover steel plate is installed on the screw head surface 13A of the anchor screw 13, and the plate material 14 and the sheet surface of the surrounding waterproof sheet 12A are covered with a patch sheet 15. The plate material 14 is bonded to the screw head surface 13A of the anchor screw 13 and the sheet surface of the surrounding waterproof sheet 12A, and the patch sheet 15 is bonded to the sheet material 14 and the sheet surface of the surrounding waterproof sheet 12A. The leg 21 of the support 20 of the load 30 is abutted and supported on the patch sheet 15. Note that the plate member 14 may be omitted.

The wire 40 is hung on the support 20 (or the load 30 is acceptable), and the wire 40 is fixed from one side of the roof 10 to the other side of the roof 10. In this embodiment, the wire 40 is passed through the wire grip 41 provided on the side surface of the support 20, and one end of the wire 40 is fixed to the connection port 16 </ b> A provided on a strong housing such as the parapet 16 on one side of the roof 10. The other end of the wire 40 is fixed to a connection port 16B provided in a strong housing such as the parapet 16 on the other side of the roof 10.

Hereinafter, a specific construction example of the support structure for the load 30 on the roof 10 will be described.
(1) After the waterproofing work in which the intermediate layer 12B and the waterproof sheet 12A are provided on the roof base material 11, the supporting portion of the load 30 on the waterproof sheet 12A is marked. The load 30 is distributed to a plurality of support portions where the total weight of the load 30 is about 300 kg / location, and each support tool 20 is placed on the waterproof sheet 12A of each support portion.

(2) At the supporting portion of the load 30, the ALC anchor screw 13 (trade name Arinco, etc.) is placed on the waterproof sheet 12A so that the screw head surface 13A of the anchor screw 13 is flush with the sheet surface of the waterproof sheet 12A. Until it is, the intermediate layer 12B and the roof base material 11 are driven and screwed together. For example, an anchor screw 13 having a countersunk head diameter of 8 mm and a length of 150 mm is driven into the roof base material 11 by 40 mm or more. When the long-term support load of the anchor screw 13 is 100 kg / piece, the three anchor screws 13 are driven at a screw interval of 40 mm to obtain a long-term support load of 300 kg / place for the support portion. Depending on the number of anchor screws 13, the proof stress of the support portion for a long-term support load can be enhanced.

(3) A plate material 14 made of a cover steel plate having a thickness of 3.2 mm and a diameter of 60 mm is installed on the screw head surface 13A of the three anchor screws 13. The sheet 14 and the sheet surface of the surrounding waterproof sheet 12A are covered with a patch sheet 15 having a diameter of 150 mm. It will ensure a waterproof fit.

(4) The leg 21 of the support 20 is abutted and supported on the patch sheet 15 positioned on the plate member 14. The diameter of the leg 21 of the support 20 is set to 50 mm or more. A wire 40 made of SUS or the like is put on the support 20, and the wire 40 is fixed from the parapet 16 on one side of the roof 10 to the parapet 16 on the other side of the roof 10. The wire 40 is tensioned during maintenance as necessary.

The load 30 is normally stably supported on the roof 10 by the weight of the load 30, but is prevented from moving by a wire 40 against wind, earthquake, or artificial force.
