Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a high-pressure pump that pressurizes fuel sucked into a pressurizing chamber by reciprocating movement of a plunger.
On the other hand, in
Further, when the seat diameter of the valve member is increased, the fuel resistance when the valve member operates is increased.
The objective of this invention provides the high pressure pump which improves the drive performance of the electromagnetic drive part which controls discharge amount.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the housing includes a pressurizing chamber that pressurizes the fuel by reciprocating the plunger, and a fuel passage that guides the fuel to the pressurizing chamber. The valve member is seated and separated from a valve seat of a valve body provided in the fuel passage, thereby blocking and allowing the fuel flow in the fuel passage. The stopper has a cylinder part and an expansion part that is formed outside the cylinder part and is fixed to the inner wall of the fuel passage, and connects the wall surface on the pressurizing chamber side of the expansion part and the wall surface on the valve member side of the stopper. A passage that is formed is formed, and the movement of the valve member in the valve opening direction is restricted by the surface facing the valve member coming into contact with the valve member. One end of the first urging member abuts on the valve member and the other end abuts on the stopper to urge the valve member in the valve closing direction. The needle is provided so as to be able to contact the end of the valve member on the side opposite to the stopper, and moves the valve member in the valve opening direction. The second urging member urges the needle in the valve opening direction of the valve member. The electromagnetic drive unit attracts the needle in either the valve closing direction or the valve opening direction of the valve member against the urging force of the second urging member or the first urging member by energizing the coil unit. Here, the outer diameter of the surface of the valve member on which the contact portion with the stopper is formed is smaller than the outer diameter of the surface of the stopper on which the contact portion with the valve member is formed. The wall surface on the valve member side of the expansion portion is located closer to the pressurizing chamber than the wall surface on the needle side of the tube portion, and the high-pressure pump has a substantially annular intermediate passage on the outer diameter side of the tube portion. For this reason, when the fuel flows through the fuel passage outside the diameter of the stopper from the pressurizing chamber in the metering stroke, the stopper suppresses the dynamic pressure of the fuel flow from being applied to the end of the valve member on the pressurizing chamber side. Accordingly, even when the fuel flow rate is increased, the valve member can be prevented from closing due to the dynamic pressure of the fuel flow, so that the second biasing force that biases the valve member in the valve opening direction via the needle. The load of the member can be set small. As a result, the current value required for the operation of the electromagnetic drive unit that attracts the needle in the valve closing direction against the urging force of the second urging member can be reduced. Moreover, the physique of an electromagnetic drive part can be reduced in size. Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the operating noise of collision between the valve member and the valve seat, and the valve member and the stopper.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
1 to 4 show a high-pressure pump according to a first embodiment of the present invention. The high-

The housing body 11 forms an
A
The
The
The
When the pressure of the fuel in the pressurizing
On the other hand, when the pressure of the fuel in the pressurizing
As shown in FIG. 3, the
The
The
The
The diameter of the
The
The
A
Between the
The
The
As shown in FIG. 1, the
A
The outer diameter D1 of the end portion of the protruding

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the
The
The
The

One end of the
A
Next, the operation of the high-
(1) Suction stroke When the
(2) Metering stroke When the
When the
When the
(3) Pressurization stroke When the
When the

In the present embodiment, the outer diameter D1 of the end of the
