Description
The present invention relates to a drilling method, a control method, a drilling device, and a grindstone bit suitable for forming a hole at a predetermined position of a concrete structure.
Conventionally, when renewal or seismic reinforcement work is performed on an existing concrete structure, a hole with a predetermined diameter and depth is formed at a predetermined position of the concrete structure, and bolts are embedded in the hole to make the material Are attached and reinforced.
When performing such construction work, use drills such as core bit drills and grind bit drills, attach these drills to the drilling machine, operate the drilling machine to drive the drill, and rotate the drill into place. A hole having a predetermined diameter and depth is formed.
Drills used for drilling concrete structures have been improved to improve drilling efficiency and have improved sharpness. Therefore, not only concrete but also buried objects (rebar, various types) Measures to prevent accidents such as cutting buried objects (such as water pipes, gas pipes, CD pipes such as electric wires and signal lines) may be cut or damaged together. It is necessary to apply.
However, in such a method, it cannot be applied to water pipes, electric wires passing through resin protective pipes, communication lines, etc., and the applicable range is limited. It is impossible to prevent accidents such as cutting of buried objects.
The present invention has been made in view of the conventional problems as described above, and is embedded in concrete when a hole having a predetermined diameter and depth is formed at a predetermined position of a concrete structure. It is possible to prevent accidents such as cutting buried objects without cutting or damaging objects (rebars, various pipes (water pipes, gas pipes, CD pipes such as electric wires and signal lines)). drilling method, and to provide a puncture hole device and the grinding wheel bit.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention employs the following means.
That is, the invention according to claim 1 is a drilling method for forming a hole in a concrete structure in which an embedded object is embedded, wherein the core hole penetrating in the axial direction is formed while the drilled surface is formed in a plane. A cylindrical grindstone bit provided and having a slit penetrating the inside and outside of the core hole, wherein the slit uses a grindstone bit provided at two locations facing the radial direction of the grindstone bit, and supplies fluid. When the grindstone bit is rotated and propelled while supplying fluid to the drilling surface through the core hole by means, the drilling surface and the embedded object are brought into contact with the embedded object. A hole is formed in the concrete structure while preventing further propulsion of the grindstone bit by slipping between the two.
According to the drilling method of the present invention, the concrete structure is propelled while rotating the grindstone bit while supplying the fluid to the drilling surface of the grindstone bit through the core hole by the fluid supply means. Concrete of the object is cut with a grindstone bit, and a hole having a predetermined diameter and depth is formed in the concrete structure. In this case, since the fluid can be circulated inside and outside the core hole through a hole or slit penetrating the inside and outside of the core hole of the grindstone bit, the fluid is not sealed in the core hole, and the grindstone bit is not enclosed. A sufficient fluid can be supplied to the perforated surface of the.
The invention according to
According to the drilling method of the present invention, since the core hole rotates eccentrically with respect to the grindstone bit, the diameter of the formed core can be reduced and the core can be easily taken out.
Furthermore, according to the grindstone bit according to the present invention, when a hole is formed in a concrete structure, the grindstone bit is propelled while being rotated, thereby forming a cylindrical hole in which the core is located at the center of the concrete structure. can do. In this case, since the fluid can be circulated through a hole or slit passing through the inside and outside of the core hole of the grindstone bit, the fluid is not sealed in the core hole of the grindstone bit, and the drilling of the grindstone bit is performed. Fluid can be sufficiently supplied to the surface, and cutting efficiency by the grindstone bit can be increased.
Furthermore, the grindstone bit has a cylindrical shape, the tip surface is formed in a flat perforated surface, and a core hole penetrating in the axial direction is provided at an eccentric position, so that a hole is formed in the concrete structure. In some cases, a cylindrical hole in which the core is located at the center can be formed in the concrete structure. In this case, since the core is thinly formed by the eccentric rotation of the core hole, it can be easily taken out and the drilling work efficiency can be improved.

In order to perform the drilling method and the control method according to the present invention using the drilling device 1 configured as described above, the drilling device 1 is positioned at a predetermined position above the
Then, the
In this case, the
Further, the control means 50 provides information on the drilling work for the
On the other hand, when a buried object (water pipe, gas pipe, CD pipe such as an electric wire or signal line) is buried in the
(1) Determination method using a timer As shown in FIG. 10A, when drilling a
(2) Determination method using displacement meter As shown in FIG. 10B, when drilling the
(3) Judgment Method Based on Vibration and Noise As shown in FIG. 10 (c), when the
(4) Judgment Method Based on Current and Torque of Grinding Wheel Drive Motor As shown in FIG. 10 (d), when the
In the drilling method, control method, and drilling apparatus 1 configured as described above, when the
In this case, since the
