短冊状の第2板状材の一端部分を垂直に曲折することによってL字形状に形成された本体部と、前記第2板状材の他端部分に垂直に張り出すようにして接合されると共に、さらに垂直に曲折して前記他端部分と所定の間隔離れて対向配置される上部規制片を備える受部とからなる第2金物とによって構成され、
