Description
The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic, and more specifically, it provides a fresh, good touch, a feeling of penetration into the skin, and a softening effect without feeling the slimy feeling of a thickener or an active agent, and even under long-term storage. The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic having good stability without causing a decrease in viscosity or separation.
In order to use cosmetics comfortably, the touch when applied to the skin is an important factor. Therefore, particularly in oil-in-water emulsified cosmetics, various thickening methods for increasing the viscosity of the aqueous phase have been studied as an element for determining the flow characteristics of the entire cosmetic. For example, addition of water-soluble polymer, thickening method using electrostatic repulsion of anionic surfactant, adjustment of emulsified particle diameter and the like can be mentioned. Furthermore, in addition to stabilizing the cosmetics, organic acids and salts thereof are added to the cosmetics as active ingredients for the purpose of moisturizing, softening, whitening, exfoliating the stratum corneum, and the like.
As water-soluble polymers used for thickening the aqueous phase, in addition to carbomers and polysaccharides commonly used in the past, in recent years, they have brought relatively good usability and stability when electrolytes are added. In addition, polysaccharides having an alkyl group or an ionic group introduced therein are also used (see Patent Document 1). In any case, it is necessary to impart thickening and maintain the stability of cosmetics under long-term storage. When a sufficient amount is added, it is difficult to eliminate the slime, spread weight, stickiness, and kinking due to the presence of the polymer.
Further, a surfactant necessary for emulsification of the oil phase can also be used as a component for adjusting the thickening behavior by itself or in combination with other components, and N-acylmethyltaurine salt can be used with the addition of an electrolyte. However, it is reported that it is a surfactant that provides good thickening (see Patent Documents 2 to 4). However, although the elongation at the time of application at the application site is improved, it has been difficult to avoid the problem that the surface of the application site is slimy and feels poor and a penetrating feeling cannot be obtained.
Furthermore, Patent Document 5 reports a method of preparing a pseudo-aggregated particle having a larger average particle size than that of a general emulsified cosmetic and obtaining a cosmetic with a high thixotropic property and a good feel. In addition, it is essential to contain at least 10% by mass of an oil agent having a high melting point, and it is not suitable for emulsified cosmetics having fluidity in addition to being sticky and oily.
The present invention has been made in order to solve the conventional problems as described above, and has a refreshing good feeling, a penetrating feeling into the skin, and a softening effect without feeling the slimy feeling of the thickener or the active agent. It is an object of the present invention to provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic having good stability without lowering viscosity or separation even under long-term storage. It is another object of the present invention to provide an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic that can maintain a stable state even when it contains an organic acid effective for stabilizing skin and cosmetics and salts thereof.
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors combined polyoxyethylene (POE) fatty acid sorbitan, a highly hydrophilic surfactant, and a higher alcohol within a certain range. Makes it possible to apply it to the skin with a unique flow characteristics, freshness and moisture, providing a penetrating feeling and a softening effect, and also an effective amount of organic acids and salts thereof for stabilizing the skin and cosmetics. It was found that an oil-in-water emulsified cosmetic that can maintain sufficient thickening and stability can be realized even when added.

In addition, I.I. O. B. Examples of the nonionic surfactant having a value of 1.6 or more include POE glycerin fatty acid ester, polyglycerin fatty acid ester, POE fatty acid ester, sucrose fatty acid ester, POE hydrogenated castor oil, POE alkyl ether, and POEPOP alkyl ether. Among them, it is highly hydrophilic and is generally calculated from the organic value and the inorganic value. O. B. That have a value of 1.6 or more.
As the component (b), an N-acylmethyl taurine salt having an acyl group having 14 to 22 carbon atoms is preferable, and specifically, an N-stearoylmethyl taurine salt, an N-myristoylmethyl taurine salt, an N-palmitoylmethyl taurine. Examples include salts. Further most preferred among these is sodium N-stearoylmethyl taurate.
In the present invention, the amount of the component (b) is preferably 0.005 to 2.0% by mass, more preferably 0.01 to 1.0% by mass.

It is preferable that 1 or more types of unbranched cetyl alcohol, stearyl alcohol, and behenyl alcohol are contained.
In the present invention, the blending amount of the higher alcohol (c) is preferably 0.1 to 7.0% by mass, and more preferably 0.2 to 6.0% by mass.
The blending amount of the component (a) and the component (b) used in the present invention is such that the ratio when each component is converted to the number of moles is (a) :( b) = 1: 0.05-1. : 1.5 is satisfied, and (a) :( b) = 1: 0.1 to 1.0 is preferable. If the ratio of the POE fatty acid sorbitan (a) is higher than this, emulsification will be poor, or appropriate viscosity will not be obtained, and the cosmetic will be inferior in stability. Is bad.

(D) When mix | blending component, it is desirable that the compounding quantity is 3.0 mass% or less, and it is 30% or less with respect to the total number of moles of (c) component and (d) component. Is preferred.
The blending amount of the components (a) to (d) used in the present invention is such that the ratio when each component is converted to the number of moles is (a) + (b) :( c) + (d) = 1. : 3 to 1: 6 is satisfied, and (a) + (b) :( c) + (d) = 1: 4 to 1: 6 is more preferable. When the ratio of (a) + (b) is low, the spread is heavy and no penetrability is obtained, and when the ratio is high, the thickening effect is low and it is difficult to maintain the state of the emulsified cosmetic. .
Furthermore, an organic acid or a salt thereof can be added to the cosmetic of the present invention as a component effective for stabilizing or applying the cosmetic.
