Description

The present invention relates to a joinery braid panel used as a joinery such as a door or a partition.

Conventionally, in order to give a design to a braid panel for joinery in which a panel is fitted in the braid, for example, the shape and size of the opening in the braid are changed, and glass is formed in the opening. Although it is common to insert a board, there exists a problem that manufacture becomes complicated. In addition, it is conceivable to bond a wooden pattern plate to the surface of the glass plate, but in this case, there is a problem that the wooden pattern plate cannot be securely bonded to the glass plate.

As another conventional example, in a wooden door in which a metal end plate to be fitted into a saddle assembly is sandwiched between two decorative wood decorative plates, the outer peripheral edges of the two wooden decorative plates are inserted or fitted into the saddle assembly. Such a structure is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in the wooden door found in Patent Document 1, since the outer peripheral edges of the two woody decorative boards are inserted or fitted into the scissors assembly, a high dimensional processing accuracy is required for the scissors assembly. As a result, the manufacturing process becomes complicated and difficult, and it is also necessary to separately manufacture a saddle assembly that conforms to a wooden decorative board having a different shape, resulting in a high manufacturing cost.

The present invention has been invented in view of the above-described conventional problems, and the problem is that the pattern can be easily and reliably applied to the end plate body, and the manufacture is easy. It is to provide a braided panel for joinery that can be manufactured at low cost.

In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention is characterized by the following configurations.

In the frame assembly panel for joinery in which the end plate 3 is fitted in the frame assembly 2, the end plate 3 has a light-transmitting property in which fine irregularities are formed on both surfaces 4 b and is fitted into the opening 11 of the frame assembly 2. It consists of an end plate body 4 made of a synthetic resin panel and a pair of pattern plates 5 stacked on both surfaces 4b of the end plate body 4 respectively. A through hole 10 is drilled in a part of the end plate body 4. A dowel protrusion 8 is provided on one of the back surface 5b portions of both pattern plates 5 facing the through hole 10, and a dowel hole 9 is provided on the other. In a state where the dowel protrusion 8 is fitted into the dowel hole 9 through the through hole 10, both the outer peripheral portion 5 a of the both pattern plates 5 and the inner peripheral surface 2 a of the saddle assembly 2 are spaced apart from each other. The back surface 5b of the pattern plate 5 is bonded and fixed to the both surfaces 4b of the end plate body 4 on which the fine irregularities are formed via an adhesive, respectively, and is located around the both pattern plates 5 in a part of the end plate body 4 The fine concavo-convex shape is exposed to form a light transmitting portion 6 for daylighting having a ground glass function.

By adopting such a configuration, the synthetic resin panel constituting the end plate body 4 is easier to pierce the through hole 10 than the glass plate, and the dowel protrusion 8 and the dowel hole 9 are formed on the end plate body 4. Since both the pattern plates 5 can be easily positioned with respect to the end plate main body 4 and it is not necessary to fit the outer peripheral portion 5a of the both pattern plates 5 to the saddle assembly 2 as a reference for the mounting position. Positioning and high dimensional processing accuracy of the saddle assembly 2 are not required. Moreover, not only the bonding but also the dowel fitting connection is made through the through-hole 10, so that the adhesive strength of the both pattern plates 5 to the end plate body 4 becomes stronger, thereby decorating the end plate body 4 with the pattern plate 5. It can be applied easily and reliably.

Further, synthetic resin panel which constitutes the end plate body 4 have a translucent, inner circumference to outer circumference of the rail assembly 2 of the outer shape smaller than the end plate main body 4 both pattern plate 5 of both pattern plate 5 from the surface 2a at an interval so as to expose a part of the end plate main body 4 by the translucent portion 6 for lighting, easily forming a light-transmitting portion 6 for good lighting balanced around the two pattern plates 5 This makes it possible to ensure good-looking lighting .

Further, the end plate by forming fine irregularities on the both surfaces 4b of the body 4, and increases the bonding area between the end plate main body 4 and the pattern plate 5 by the fine irregularities can improve the adhesion strength.

Moreover, it is preferable that the surface 5c of the pattern board 5 and the surface 2c of the eaves assembly 2 are formed substantially flush with each other on both the front and back sides of the end plate 3. In this case, the eaves assembly 2 and the pattern board 5 are formed. A continuous sense of unity is obtained, and aesthetics are improved.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, while giving a pattern to a mirror-plate main body can be performed easily and reliably, the manufacturing process of the braided panel for joinery can be facilitated, and cost reduction can be achieved.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 3, the frame assembly 2 of the frame panel 1 for joinery of the present embodiment is a wooden product in which left and right vertical beams 2A, 2A and upper and lower horizontal beams 2B, 2B are combined in a square shape. The fitting groove 2b for inserting the outer peripheral edge 4a (FIG. 4) of the end plate body 4 is formed in a recessed manner over the entire inner peripheral surface 2a of the collar assembly 2.

As shown in FIG. 1, the end plate 3 includes a end plate main body 4 that is fitted into the opening 11 in the saddle assembly 2 and a pair of pattern plates 5 that are stacked on both sides of the end plate main body 4.

The end plate body 4 is composed of a synthetic resin panel having translucency such as polycarbonate, for example, and fine concavo-convex shapes are formed on both surfaces 4b thereof. This fine concavo-convex shape has a function of improving the adhesiveness between the two patterned plates 5 and a ground glass function for securing an appropriate light shielding property in the light transmitting portion 6. In addition, although the formation method in particular of fine uneven | corrugated shape is not ask | required, the method of roughening the metal mold | die for shaping | molding is considered, for example.

A pair of pattern board 5 has the same shape and thickness, for example, consists of a woody material which gave various decoration patterns, such as a planar color pattern pattern or a three-dimensional and uneven pattern with depth. As shown in FIG. 2, the two pattern plates 5 are separated from the end plate main body 4 so that there is a substantially uniform width B between the outer peripheral portion 5 a of the pattern plate 5 and the inner peripheral surface 2 a of the collar assembly 2. Is also formed in a small outer shape. As a result, a part of the end plate body 4 is exposed with a substantially uniform width B between the two pattern plates 5 and the ridge assembly 2 to form a light-transmitting portion 6 for daylighting. In this example, the outer shape of both pattern boards 5 is formed in a square shape, and the translucent part 6 is continuously formed in a square frame shape along the four circumferences of the pattern boards 5.

The end plate body 4 and the pattern plates 5 are connected to each other by a double-sided adhesive tape 7 (FIG. 5) adhered to the back surfaces 5b of the pattern plates 5, respectively. In addition to the double-sided adhesive tape 7, an adhesive may be applied to the entire back surface 5b indicated by the hatched portion in FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 1, through holes 10 are perforated at two upper and lower portions on the center side of the end plate body 4, and dowel protrusions 8 are formed on one of the back surface 5 b portions of the both patterned plates 5 facing the through holes 10. On the other side, dowel holes 9 are respectively provided. The dowel protrusion 8 and the dowel hole 9 serve to position and firmly fix both the pattern plates 5 with respect to the end plate body 4.

Next, when manufacturing the end plate 3 having the above-described configuration, the pattern plate 5 is superposed on both surfaces 4 b of the end plate body 4. At this time, the dowel protrusion 8 and the dowel hole 9 are aligned with the through hole 10 by shifting the pattern plate 5 so that the dowel protrusion 8 is fitted into the dowel hole 9 through the through hole 10 as shown in FIG. As a result, both pattern plates 5 are positioned with respect to the end plate main body 4, and in this positioning state, the both pattern plates 5 are bonded to both surfaces 4 b of the end plate main body 4 by the double-sided adhesive tape 7. As shown in FIG. 4, the end plate 3 in which the end plate main body 4 and the both pattern plates 5 are laminated and integrated is obtained. Thereafter, the fitting panel 2 shown in FIG. 2 is obtained by fitting the fitting groove 2 b of the folding assembly 2 into the outer peripheral edge 4 a of the end plate body 4. Note that the end plate body 4 may be fitted into the collar assembly 2 before the two patterned plates 5 are bonded together.

Thus, the synthetic resin panel constituting the end plate body 4 of the main frame assembly panel 1 can easily perforate the through hole 10 as compared with the glass plate. Further, the dowel protrusion 8 and the dowel hole 9 serve as a reference for the mounting position with respect to the end plate body 4, so that both the pattern plates 5 can be easily positioned with respect to the end plate body 4, and the outer peripheral portion 5 a of both the pattern plates 5 is attached to the saddle assembly 2. Therefore, it is not necessary to align both the pattern plates 5 and the high dimensional processing accuracy of the frame assembly 2, so that the decoration by the pattern plate 5 can be easily and reliably applied to the end plate body 4. become able to. Moreover, since not only the bonding but also the dowel fitting connection is made through the through-hole 10, the adhesive strength of the both pattern plates 5 to the end plate body 4 becomes stronger, and furthermore, both surfaces 4 b of the synthetic resin panel constituting the end plate body 4. Since the fine concavo-convex shape is formed, the bonding area between the end plate body 4 and the pattern plate 5 is increased, and the bonding strength can be further increased. As a result, there is an advantage that it is possible to surely prevent the pattern board 5 from peeling or warping even if the pattern board 5 is warped due to moisture absorption or moisture release, shrinkage of dimensions, or the like peculiar to wood.

Further, in this example, the end plate body 4 is formed of a light-transmitting synthetic resin panel, so that both pattern plates 5 have a substantially uniform width between the outer peripheral portion 5a and the inner peripheral surface 2a of the saddle assembly 2. By making the outer shape such that the interval of B is widened, it becomes possible to easily form a well-balanced light-transmitting part 6 around both the pattern plates 5, and to ensure good-looking lighting, The weight balance of the entire 3 is also good, and for example, when used as a door, there is an advantage that opening and closing can be performed smoothly. Moreover, since the width B of the translucent part 6 can be arbitrarily changed only by changing the outer shape of the outer peripheral part 5a of both pattern boards 5, it can respond easily to the change of the lighting area.

Further, in this example, both the pattern plates 5 have the same thickness, and the surface 5c of the pattern plate 5 and the surface 2c (FIG. 2) of the collar assembly 2 are substantially flush on both the front and back surfaces of the end plate 3. Since it is comprised so that it may align, a continuous unity feeling can be acquired between the collar assembly 2 and the pattern board 5, and the aesthetics improvement is achieved further.

In the above-described embodiment, the outer shape of the pattern plate 5 is formed so as to have a substantially uniform width B (translucent portion 6) between the inner peripheral surface 2a of the saddle assembly 2; Instead, the pattern plate 5 may be approximately the same size as the end plate body 4. An example is shown in FIGS. In this example, both the pattern plates 5 are made slightly smaller than the outer peripheral edge 4b of the end plate main body 4, and only the outer peripheral edge 4a of the end plate main body 4 is fitted in the fitting groove 2b of the frame assembly 2, This is a scissors panel 1 ′ in which the entire opening 11 of the scissors assembly 2 is covered with both pattern plates 5. The configuration is the same as that of the embodiment of FIG. 2 except that it does not have the light transmitting portion 6 for daylighting. In this example, the synthetic resin panel that constitutes the end plate body 4 is not necessarily transparent, and the selection range of the material of the end plate body 4 can be expanded.

In each said embodiment, although the combination of the wooden pattern board 5 and the wooden casket assembly 2 was illustrated, the material of the pattern board 5 and the casket assembly 2 may be a product made from a synthetic resin or a metal.

The braiding panel 1 for joinery according to the present invention is applicable to all joinery that can be freely opened and closed at a normal window or a doorway of a room, such as an entrance door of a building, a door of a doorway, and a sliding door.
