初めに樹脂メッシュ製捕獲袋を用いた場合について説明する。掃除機への装着は極めて容易で、固定管1、出口管2、吸引導入部3からなる管路を樹脂メッシュ製捕獲袋5に入れ(図1)、掃除機吸引管7に差し込むだけである(図6)。前記固定管1は、径の2次微分が負の緩やかに丸みをおびた形状をしている(図2)。現行調査では、市販されている床面移動式掃除機の有する吸引管の内径は40〜42mmがほとんどで、小さいもので32mmほどである。前記固定管1の最大径部1aの径は、前記床面移動式掃除機の吸引管の最大内径に合わせて形成される(図2)。前記固定管1は、緩やかに丸みをおびているので、最大頻度の掃除機吸引管に最も取り付けやすい。前記固定管1には、抜きテーパを有する出口管2と2次微分が正の吸引導入部3が連接して形成されている(図2)。前記掃除機吸引管7の径が細い場合や、切り口が楕円形になっている場合、前記出口管2が掃除機吸引管の内部で支えとなって、前記固定管1が脱落しにくくなる。また、図示してないが、射出成形品を取り出すためのノックアウトピン用の小さな円柱状突起を前記吸引導入部3上に設けても良い。  First, a case where a resin mesh capture bag is used will be described. 次に、伸縮性捕獲袋の装着について説明する。固定管11に連接して形成された吸引導入部13の切り欠かれた所には係止爪14が形成されている(図4)。伸縮性捕獲袋6を前記固定管11に装着する際は、前記係止爪14の下部11a2付近にて親指で前記伸縮性捕獲袋6の上部6aを抑えながら上へ滑らせ(図4、図5)、前記係止爪14の上方で前記上部6aを摘んでやや内側に倒すと容易に係止させることができる(図5)。なお、前記吸引導入部13は、前記伸縮性捕獲袋6のせり上がりを抑え、前記伸縮性捕獲袋6は前記固定管11から外れることなく、容易かつ確実に装着される。前記伸縮性捕獲袋6は、長さが前記固定管11と出口管12を合わせた長さLの約1.5〜1.8倍あるとともに(図4)、下部が絞ってあり、吸引されたコバエは前記伸縮性捕獲袋6の奥まで到達して袋に絡まるので、掃除機のスイッチを切って前記伸縮性捕獲袋6を取り外す際も逃げ出すことはない。  Next, mounting of the elastic catch bag will be described.
