前記第1噛合レール開閉治具と前記第2噛合レール開閉治具との間隔部分に配置される、前記第1噛合レール部を前記開口部の内側からスライド可能にカバーする開口枠第1カバーレール部を備える第1枠部材、及び前記第2噛合レール部を前記開口部の内側からスライド可能にカバーする開口枠第2カバーレール部を備える第2枠部材からなる開口枠部材とによって構成され、
