Claims (3)
- Rを、Y、Dy、Lu、Er、Yb、Tm、Ho、Sc及びInからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の元素、
Mを、Mn、Fe、Co及びGaからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種の元素、
mを、1または2、
nを、0以上の整数として(RM2O4)m(RMO3)nと表されるとともに、前記Rの一部を正二価以下の元素により固溶置換した酸化物からなる電気磁気効果材料と、
この電気磁気効果材料を挟んで対向させて設けた2つ1組の電極と
を有する電気磁気効果材料からなる電子素子であって、
前記電極の対向する方向を前記酸化物におけるW層のc軸方向としている電気磁気効果材料からなる電子素子。 - 請求項1に記載の電気磁気効果材料と、
この電気磁気効果材料を挟んで対向させて設けた2つ1組の電極と、
交流電流を印加する交流電源と、
前記電気磁気効果材料に生じた交流誘電率の変化を電流値の変化として検出する検出器とからなる磁気センサであって、
前記電極の対向する方向を前記酸化物におけるW層のc軸方向としている磁気センサ。 - 請求項1に記載の電気磁気効果材料と、
この電気磁気効果材料を挟んで対向させて設けた2つ1組の電極と、
前記電気磁気効果材料に電場を印加する電源装置とからなる磁気記録装置における書き込み用の磁気ヘッドであって、
前記電極の対向する方向を前記酸化物におけるW層のc軸方向としている磁気記録装置における書き込み用の磁気ヘッド。
