上記回動体は、上端部に上記支柱が挿入可能な挿入穴が設けられ、中心部の水平方向に軸孔が貫通されると共に、上記軸孔の同心円上及び下方に渡って凹部が形成され、
上記支持体は、設置面に固定されるベース部と、このベース部の上面に起立する固定部とを具備し、上記固定部には、上記回動体の凹部に嵌合されると共に、中心部には軸挿通孔が穿設される凸部が形成され、
上記回動体の凹部は、開口側に向かって漸次拡開する拡開テーパ面が形成され、
