前記搬送ベルトの幅方向において幅方向両端部と幅方向中央部との間の中間部における前記吸引孔の間隔を最小に設定して該中間部での吸引孔の数を最多とし、
前記搬送ベルトの幅方向両端部での吸引孔の数を幅方向中央部での数と中間部での数の中間としたことを特徴とするベルト搬送装置。
