また、上記の実施の形態においては、筺体側取付部材4に係止部4cが設けられ、係合部材9に横孔9a及び縦孔9bが設けられているが、係合部材9に係止部を設け、筺体側取付部材4に横孔及び縦孔を設けてもよい。
