Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a binding band gripping tip tool capable of easily binding a binding band used for maintenance work of power distribution equipment from a remote position.
In maintenance work of power distribution facilities, materials such as armor and insulating tape are attached to electric wires to ensure work safety. The armor and materials are attached to the electric wire by an indirect hot wire method using an existing tip tool called "Yatoko".
As an example of the prior art related to the indirect hot wire method, a tip tool for winding an insulating tape (see Patent Document 1), or a sheet clamp for quickly performing an operation of covering an object to be coated with a sheet (Patent Document 2). See.) Is known. In addition, as other examples of the prior art, a protective pipe fall prevention device (see Patent Document 3) for safely installing a protective pipe for protecting an electric wire or a plurality of protective pipes can be connected in the axial direction. An electric wire protective tube (see Patent Document 4) that can reliably prevent the electric wire from falling is also known.
However, the work of winding the insulating tape of
Although Patent Document 3 is effective as a measure for preventing the fall of the protective tube, there is a problem in terms of cost because a large number of fall prevention tools are required to reliably prevent the fall of the protective tube. In Patent Document 4, it is necessary to form an engaging portion for connection at the axial end of the protective tube, and since the structure is special, there is no compatibility with a general protective tube, and the range of use is limited. There is a problem.
By the way, conventionally, in electrical work, a binding band called Insulok (registered trademark) for binding a plurality of electric wires or the like has been used. The binding band is made of synthetic resin, and can be quickly bound by the engagement between the band part and the lock part. This is not a problem. However, when a binding band is used for the indirect hot wire method, it is necessary to align the band part and the lock part from a distant position, and the existing tool used for the indirect hot wire method cannot perform quick binding. There's a problem. Therefore, if there is a tip tool that can easily align the band portion and the lock portion from a distant position, an indirect hot wire method using a binding band is possible, and work speed and cost can be reduced.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a binding band gripping tip tool capable of easily engaging a band portion and a lock portion of a binding band from a position apart from each other.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the invention according to claim 1 grips a binding band capable of penetrating the band part through the lock part and engaging the band part with the lock part at an arbitrary position. A binding band gripping tip tool for mounting a movable part attached to a tip part of a gripping tool body and movable in a direction of gripping the binding band by an operation of the gripping tool body, and formed on the movable part A lock portion accommodating portion that accommodates the lock portion of the binding band, and a band portion that is formed in the movable portion and guides the leading end portion of the band portion toward the lock portion accommodated in the lock portion accommodating portion. A binding band holder comprising: an opening; and a band portion discharge port formed on the movable portion and for discharging a front end portion of the band portion penetrating the lock portion to the outside of the movable portion. It is use the tip tool.
According to this invention, when the movable part is moved in the gripping direction by the operation of the gripping tool body and the binding band is gripped by the movable part, the lock part is accommodated in the lock part accommodating part of the movable part. Thereafter, the tip of the band part is guided by the band part introduction port and inserted into the lock part, and the tip part of the band part penetrating the lock part is discharged from the band part discharge port.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the tip tool for holding a binding band according to the first aspect, the regulation width in the thickness direction of the band part at the band part introduction port gradually decreases as the lock part accommodating part approaches. It is characterized by being set to.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the tip tool for holding a binding band according to the first or second aspect, the tool body is capable of moving the movable part via a lever and a rod. Yes.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, in a state where the binding band is gripped by the movable part, the tip of the band part is guided to the lock part accommodated in the lock part accommodating part via the band part introduction port, Since the leading end portion of the band portion penetrating the lock portion is discharged from the band portion discharge port, the band portion of the binding band and the lock portion can be easily engaged from a position apart from each other. Therefore, compared with the conventional indirect hot wire method using an insulating tape or a sheet clamp, it is possible to speed up the operation and reduce the cost.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the band portion introduction port is set to have a narrower regulation width in the thickness direction of the band portion as it approaches the lock portion accommodating portion, the band portion introduction port is guided to the band introduction port. The tip can be easily guided to the lock portion of the binding band, and the work efficiency can be increased.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the gripping tool main body can move the movable portion via the lever and the rod, the binding band can be bound even from a position far away. .
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
1 to 10 show an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIG. 1, the binding band
FIG. 6 shows the whole of the binding band
A
The
A first
The first
As shown in FIG. 1, the second
Next, the procedure and operation of the protective tube mounting operation using the binding band gripping
FIG. 8 shows an operation of attaching the
Next, in a state where the
In order to fix the
In a state in which the distal end S of the
Here, as shown in FIG. 10, since the
Thus, in the state where the
Moreover, since the band
In this way, by using the binding band gripping
The embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above, but the specific configuration is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and even if there is a design change or the like without departing from the gist of the present invention, It is included in this invention. For example, in this embodiment, the first
The
