Description

The present invention relates to installation structure of the wall panel, in particular, of wall panels so as to install the wall panel by interposing a plate laying wall panels between the hollow wall panels and the wall panel supporting member It relates to an installation device .

Conventionally, in this type of wall panel installation structure, a wall panel support member is fixed to a building frame such as a beam, and a laying plate (locking plate) is provided between the wall panel support member and the wall panel. It is known (see Patent Document 1).
Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 10-280596

With the above-mentioned laying plate, the wall panel can be smoothly locked during an earthquake or the like, and stress can be prevented from being transmitted from the building frame to the wall panel.

A configuration example of a conventional spread plate shown in FIG. In the figure, the laying plate 30 includes a rectangular flat plate portion 31 and a plate spring portion (expandable crimping portion) 32 fixed on the upper surface of the flat plate portion 31. Both side surfaces of the plate spring portion 32 are bent into a vertical cross-sectional shape, and the both side surfaces of the plate spring portion 32 are expanded outward so as to be separated from each other. Is configured to generate a spring action.

When the laying plate 30 is attached to the wall panel 33, both side surfaces of the leaf spring portion 32 of the laying plate 30 face each other in the thickness direction S of the wall panel 33 (direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wall panel 33). By placing the leaf spring portion 32 into the hollow portion (hollow portion) 34 of the wall panel 33, both side surfaces of the leaf spring portion 32 are pressed against the inner wall surface of the hollow portion 34 of the wall panel 33, The laying plate 30 is attached to the wall panel 33.

8 denotes a plate-like wall panel support member (flat bar) disposed on the lower side of the laying plate 30, and reference numeral 36 denotes the wall panel support member 35 as a wall panel installation surface. Anchor pin to be fixed.

In this way, the laying plate 30 is mounted and fixed in strong pressure contact with the inner wall surface of the hollow portion 34 of the wall panel 33 by the spreading force of the leaf spring portion 32. Therefore, for example, when the expansion width of the leaf spring portion 32 of the laying plate 30 is larger than the opening width of the hollow portion 34 of the wall panel 33 by a predetermined value or more, the inner wall surface of the hollow portion 34 of the wall panel 33 is the plate of the laying plate 30. An excessively large pressure contact force is received from the spring portion 32. As a result, there has been a problem that the wall surface of the hollow portion 34 of the wall panel 33 is damaged by the pressing force of the leaf spring portion 32.

Further, since the both sides of the leaf spring portion 32 are attached in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the wall panel 33, the laying plate 30 is subjected to the longitudinal force of the wall panel 33 on the laying plate 30 due to an earthquake or the like. In this case, the laying plate 30 may be displaced or rattled in the longitudinal direction with respect to the wall panel 33, and the mounting stability of the laying plate 30 may be lowered.

Therefore, the laying plate can be easily fixed to the wall panel without damaging the wall panel, the stress is prevented from being transmitted from the building frame to the wall panel, and the laying plate with respect to the wall panel in use is prevented . and than technical problem to be solved in order to improve the mounting stably come occurs, the present invention aims to solve the problem.

The present invention has been proposed in order to achieve the above-mentioned object, and the invention according to claim 1 is a horizontal portion in which a vertical portion is connected to a through angle fixed to a building frame and a vertical portion is connected to the lower end of the vertical portion at a right angle. A wall panel having a plurality of hollow portions defined by partition ribs on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the weight receiving metal fitting, wherein the weight receiving metal fitting comprising a portion is attached via the vertical portion. Is mounted and supported through the horizontal portion of the laying plate, and further, a plate panel portion is integrally provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the laying plate, and the plate spring portion is used as a partition rib portion of the hollow portion of the wall panel. A wall panel installation structure is provided, which is sandwiched from both sides and attached to the wall panel .

According to the first aspect of the present invention, when the laying plate having the substantially U-shaped or Ω-shaped leaf spring portion is attached to the wall panel, both side surfaces of the leaf spring portion are parallel to the thickness direction of the wall panel. The laying plate is arranged so that the partition rib portion of the wall panel is clamped from both sides by the leaf spring portion.

Therefore, unlike the conventional method in which a large spreading force acts on both inner wall surfaces of the hollow portion of the wall panel, the present invention attaches the leaf spring portion of the laying plate to the partition rib portion inside the wall panel. Even if the elastic force of the leaf spring portion is set smaller than the conventional one, the laying plate is firmly fixed to the wall panel.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, even if the elastic force of the leaf spring portion is set small by sandwiching the leaf spring portion of the spread plate on the partition rib portion inside the wall panel, the spread plate is attached to the wall panel. It can be reliably and easily attached, and the inner surface of the wall panel can be prevented from being damaged as in the prior art.

In addition, since the laying plate is sandwiched and mounted from the longitudinal direction of the wall panel, even if the longitudinal force acts on the laying plate due to, for example, an earthquake, the laying plate may be displaced or rattled. The mounting stability of the laying plate is significantly improved compared to the conventional case.

The present invention is capable of easily fixing a laying plate to the wall panel without damaging the wall panel, improving the mounting stability of the laying plate to the wall panel during use , and a building case during an earthquake or the like. In order to achieve the purpose of preventing stress from being transmitted to the wall panel as much as possible , the vertical part is connected to the through angle fixed to the building frame and the horizontal part is connected to the lower end of the vertical part at right angles. A wall panel having a plurality of hollow parts defined by partition ribs on the upper surface of the horizontal part of the weight holder. The plate plate portion is integrally provided on the upper surface of the horizontal portion of the laying plate, and the plate spring portion is provided on the partition rib portion of the hollow portion of the wall panel. It was realized by providing an installation structure of a wall panel, characterized by comprising attached to wall panels and sandwiched from the side.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a lower wall panel, and 2 denotes an upper wall panel disposed on the upper side of the wall panel 1. These wall panels 1 and 2 are formed of an extruded cement board. A plurality of hollow portions 3 extending in the vertical direction are formed inside each wall panel 1, 2, and the plurality of hollow portions 3 are separated by a partition rib portion with respect to the thickness of the wall panels 1, 2 (with respect to the panel longitudinal direction). In a direction perpendicular to the vertical axis (see S in FIG. 4).

Further, a building housing 4 such as a beam is provided horizontally on the indoor side (right side in FIG. 1) of the wall panel 2 in FIG. 1, and the building housing 4 is formed of an L-shaped rope or an H-shaped rope. . Further, a side L-shaped through angle 7 composed of a vertical flange 5 and a horizontal flange 6 is fixed to the building housing 4. The through angle 7 has been secured directly by welding along the top edge of the building skeleton 4, it may be secured together via a Pisuangu Le.

A self-weight bracket (panel support member) 8 for vertically supporting the wall panel 2 is fixed to the longitudinal center of the through angle 7. The self-weight bracket 8 includes a vertical portion 9 that comes into contact with the indoor surface of the wall panel 2 and a horizontal portion 10 that is connected to the outside of the lower end of the vertical portion 9 at a right angle.

As shown in FIG. 2, drooping pieces 11, 11 formed in a longitudinal section Z shape (lightning bolt shape) are provided on the left and right sides of the vertical portion 9 of the self-weight bracket 8. A space portion having a predetermined gap is formed between the lower portion of the hanging pieces 11 and 11 and the vertical portion 9, and a vertical flange 5 having a through angle 7 is fitted in the space portion. It is fixed.

A sealing material or gasket 14 is interposed between the lower wall panel 1 and the upper wall panel 2. An internal draining sheet 15 is provided between the vertical portion 9 of the weight holder 8 and the wall panel 2 in order to ensure the required water tightness. Further, in the space between the lower wall panel 1 and the upper wall panel 2, a heat insulating material or the like for ensuring required heat insulating properties can be provided.

A height adjusting means is attached to the self-weight bracket 8 according to this embodiment so that the mounting height can be changed with respect to the through angle 7. That is, as shown in FIG. 3, a hole 17 is opened in the upper portion of the vertical portion 9 of the self-weight bracket 8, and a bolt 18 is inserted into the hole 17. A nut 19 is screwed into the male thread portion of the bolt 18. Further, a height adjustment plate 20 is rotatably attached to the shaft portion of the bolt 18, and the planar shape of the height adjustment plate 20 is formed in a polygon similar to the ammonite shape.

The distance L from the rotation center C of the height adjustment plate 20 to each outer side of the height adjustment plate 20 is set so as to gradually and continuously change in the rotation direction of the height adjustment plate 20 in FIG. Has been. Therefore, by changing the rotational position of the height adjustment plate 20, the height position of the self-weight bracket 8 with respect to the through angle 7 contacting the lowermost side of the height adjustment plate 20 is appropriately adjusted.

In this embodiment, the lower end surface (lower side edge surface) of the wall panel 2 is placed and fixed on the horizontal portion 10 of the self-weight bracket 8 via the laying plate 13. This laying plate 13 is configured so that the relative movement (rocking movement) of the wall panel 2 with respect to the upper surface of the horizontal surface portion 10 of the weight holder 8 is smooth during an earthquake or the like.

4 to 6 show a configuration example of the laying plate 13 according to the present embodiment. The laying plate 13 includes a rectangular flat plate portion 13A and a substantially U-shaped or Ω-shaped plate spring portion (clamping portion) 13B fixed on the upper surface of the flat plate portion 13A. The plate spring 13B is configured such that a spring action is generated in the laying plate 13 by elastically bending both side portions thereof inward.

Thus, when the laying plate 13 is attached to the wall panel 2, the laying plate 13 is attached to the wall panel 2 by sandwiching the leaf spring portion 13B of the laying plate 13 between the partition rib portions 2A of the wall panel 2 from both sides. It is done.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the relative movement of the wall panel 2 and the self-weight bracket 8 is facilitated by the laying plate 13 interposed therebetween. The laying plate 13 is fixed inside the wall panel 2 by sandwiching the partition rib portion 2A from both sides in the panel longitudinal direction.

In the present invention, the laying plate 13 is attached to the partition rib portion 2A inside the wall panel 2 using the clamping force of the leaf spring portion 13B, so that the spring force of the leaf spring portion 13B can be reduced as compared with the conventional case. .

In this manner, the laying plate 13 is sandwiched between the partition rib portions 2A inside the wall panel 2, and the clamping force (pressure contact force) of the leaf spring portion 13B of the laying plate 13 can be reduced. Therefore, the present invention does not damage the wall surface of the wall panel 2 as in the prior art, and the laying plate 13 can be reliably and easily attached.

Further, since the laying plate 13 is attached by sandwiching the partition rib portions 2A of the wall panel 2 from both sides in the longitudinal direction of the wall panel 2, the laying plate 13 can be laid even if the longitudinal force acts on the laying plate 13 due to an earthquake or the like. There is no possibility that the plate 13 is displaced or rattling, and the mounting stability of the laying plate 13 is remarkably improved.

Further, since the lower surface of the flat plate portion 13A of the laying plate 13 is in contact with the self-weight bracket 8 having a smooth surface, the wall panel 2 is more smoothly locked, and in particular, a draining material is interposed between the wall panels. Even if it is worn, the burden on the drainer is more effectively reduced.

The present invention can be variously modified without departing from the spirit of the present invention, and the present invention naturally extends to the modified one.
