Claims (4)
- ガスタービンエンジンの第1段タービンディスク(14)部分において、
(a)半径方向外側へ延出し、外側端部で終わるウェブ(18)を有する、中央に配置されたディスクハブ(21)を備え、
(b)前記ディスクハブ(21)は、凸形の連続して湾曲するハブ面(22)を有し、該ハブ面(22)は、前記外側端部の反対側の該ハブ面(22)上に頂点を形成し、該頂点の場所(X)は、主応力場を主に軸方向に向く状態から主に半径方向に向く状態へ強制的に移行させることにより、ピーク軸方向圧縮応力を減少するように選択されており、
前記連続して湾曲するハブ面(22)は、前記頂点において有効軸方向拘束を減少し、該ピーク軸方向応力とフープ応力とを分離して面の有効応力を最小値まで最適化し、これにより、前記ディスクハブ(21)における望ましくない軸方向応力の形成を軽減するように作用する、
第1段タービンディスク(14)部分。 - 前記ハブ面(22)は、凸形の湾曲面のみからなり、その面に円筒形又は円錐台形の面を有していない、請求項1記載の第1段タービンディスク(14)部分。
- 前記凸形の湾曲ハブ面(22)は、前記ディスクハブ(21)に加わる最大軸方向応力及びフープ応力が互いに重なり合わないように位置をずらすことにより、前記ディスクハブ(21)に加わる有効応力の大きさを減少するように位置決めされる請求項1記載の第1段タービンディスク(14)部分。
- ガスタービンディスク(14)のディスクハブ(21)における軸方向応力を減少する方法において、
(a)ガスタービンディスクハブ(21)における応力勾配を判定するステップと、
(b)ピークフープ応力に対してピーク軸方向応力を軸方向に変位し、ピーク軸方向応力を減少することにより、ディスクハブ面(22)に加わる有効応力の大きさを減少する凸形の連続して湾曲する面部分を前記ディスクハブ(21)のディスクハブ面(22)に形成するステップと
を含み、
前記連続して湾曲する面部分を前記ディスクハブ(21)のディスクハブ面(22)に形成するステップ(b)は、
前記ハブ面(22)上の頂点の場所(X)を、主応力場を主に軸方向に向く状態から主に半径方向に向く状態へ強制的に移行させることにより、ピーク軸方向圧縮応力を減少するように選択して、該頂点を形成するステップを含む
ことを特徴とする、方法。
