In the configuration as described above, in order to increase the amount of cold air blown from the central outlet into the refrigerator compartment, the left and right side outlets are closed or the opening amount is made extremely small, and the upper outlet is It can be considered that only the central part in the left-right direction is set.

In such a configuration, since the main air outlets of the cold air are limited to the central air outlet and the upper air outlet in the upper central portion, it is easy for the cold air to stay in the vicinity of the upper portions on the left and right sides of the cold air duct. Become. When the cold air stays in the cold air duct, the hot air stays in the hot air inside the refrigerator compartment through the duct member and heats up with the relatively high temperature inside the refrigerator compartment, and the temperature rises. This also affects the cold air blown into the room, resulting in a problem that the cooling performance is lowered.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described circumstances, and the purpose thereof is to increase the amount of cold air blown from the central outlet of the internal duct member into the refrigerator compartment, and cold air stays in the cold air duct. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a refrigerator that can prevent the above-described problem and can improve the cooling performance.

In order to achieve the above-described object, the refrigerator of the present invention includes a refrigerator compartment provided in the refrigerator main body, an in-compartment duct member provided at the rear of the refrigerator compartment so as to cover the cold air duct from the front, and a cooling unit. A fan device that introduces the cold air cooled by the cooler into the cold air duct and flows it from the lower side to the upper side of the cold air duct, and is provided at the upper part of the cold air duct and in the central portion in the left-right direction. An upper outlet that blows out the flowing cold air into the refrigerating chamber, and a central portion that is provided to extend in the vertical direction at the central portion in the left-right direction of the internal duct member and blows out the cold air flowing through the cold air duct into the refrigerating chamber An air outlet and a rear surface of the duct member in the warehouse are provided so as to narrow the cold air duct upward, so that the cold air flowing through the cold air duct is collected near the central air outlet. , Cold guide portion for the inner, characterized by comprising a.

According to the present invention, by providing the cold air guide portion on the back surface of the internal duct member, it is possible to increase the amount of cold air blown from the central outlet of the internal duct member into the refrigerator compartment, and in the cold air duct. It is possible to prevent the cold air from staying and to improve the cooling performance.

The fan device 14 includes a fan 15 for blowing air and a fan motor 16 that rotates the fan 15. A machine room 17 is formed at the bottom of the rear part of the refrigerator body 1, and a compressor 18 is disposed in the machine room 17.

An in-compartment duct member 21 is provided at the rear of the refrigerator compartment 6 so as to cover the cold air duct 20 for the refrigerator compartment 6 from the front. The cold air duct 20 is formed by a space between the inner box 4 and the internal duct member 21 and extends in the vertical direction. The lower part of the cold air duct 20 communicates with the cooler chamber 12. As shown in FIGS. 2, 3, and 6, the internal duct member 21 has a rectangular plate-shaped synthetic resin internal duct plate 22 and the left-right direction of the internal duct plate 22. It is comprised from the design panel 23 made from a synthetic resin assembled | attached to the center part. The design panel 23 has a rectangular plate shape that is long in the vertical direction.

On the back surface of the internal duct plate 22 in the internal duct member 21, as shown in FIG. 3, there are provided mounting portions 24 (see the dotted lines in FIGS. 4 and 5) that are located on the upper left and right sides and are made of upward hooks. It has been. The internal duct member 21 inserts and engages these mounting portions 24 from below with an engaging portion (not shown) provided in the inner box 4, and lowers the lower end portion from the upper side to the lower rear portion of the refrigerator compartment 6. By fitting, it is attached to the rear part of the refrigerator compartment 6.

Further, a rib 26 protruding backward from the left and right side portions to the upper portion is integrally provided on the back surface of the internal duct plate 22, and a sealing material 27 is attached to the rear end portion of the rib 26. The ribs 26 are in contact with the front surface of the inner box 4 via the sealing material 27. As shown in FIG. 3, in the sealing material 27 attached to the left and right ribs 26, the sealing material 27 is positioned on the side of the mounting portion 24 on the upper portion of the portion oriented in the vertical direction. A notch 27a is formed in which the rear end surface of the rib 26 is exposed without being exposed. At the upper part of the internal duct member 21, an upper air outlet 28 is formed which is located at the center in the left-right direction and is formed of an opening. The upper outlet 28 allows the inside of the cold air duct 20 and the inside of the refrigerator compartment 6 to communicate with each other.

Moreover, the central part blower outlet 30 extended in an up-down direction is provided in the center part of the left-right direction in the duct member 21 in the left-right direction. As shown in FIG. 6, each central portion outlet 30 is recessed to the rear side (lower side in FIG. 6) in the interior duct plate 22 and the design panel 23 in an arc shape whose cross section is almost ¼, The groove 31 is formed so as to extend in the vertical direction, and an opening 31a formed on one side of the groove 31 and an opening 31b on the front surface. Each central outlet 30 allows the inside of the cold air duct 20 and the inside of the refrigerator compartment 6 to communicate with each other. In this case, the central outlets 30 of each row extending in the vertical direction are divided into a plurality of, in this case, four in the vertical direction, by the ribs 32 provided in the internal duct plate 22 and the design panel 23. .

As shown in FIG. 3, a pair of cool air guide portions 33 are provided on the back surface of the internal duct plate 22 so as to be positioned on the left and right sides of the design panel 23. The cold air guide portion 33 is provided to have a mountain shape (“C” shape) so as to narrow the cold air duct 20 upward from the vicinity of the central portion in the vertical direction of the duct plate 22 to the upper portion. ing. Each of the cold air guide portions 33 has a narrow band shape that is narrow in the longitudinal direction, and is disposed between the design panel 23 and the left and right attachment portions 24. In this case, the cool air guide portion 33 has a shape that is slightly curved outward so that the intermediate portion 33 a in the vertical direction is slightly away from the design panel 23. The back surface of each cold air guide portion 33 is slightly separated from the front surface of the inner box 4 (see FIG. 6).

Further, on the back surface of the internal duct plate 22, the design panel 23 is positioned on both the left and right sides, on the left side of the central outlet 30 on the left end and on the right side of the central outlet 30 on the right end. An overhang portion 34 is provided so as to overhang. The left and right overhang portions 34 are arranged in three stages from a slightly upper portion to a lower portion from the central portion in the vertical direction of the internal duct plate 22. In this case, the cold air guide part 33 and the overhang part 34 are made of, for example, a soft tape made of foamed resin. The thickness of each overhang portion 34 is set to be substantially the same as that of the cold air guide portion 33. The cold air guide portion 33 and the overhang portion 34 may be provided integrally with the internal duct plate 22. In particular, the cold air guide portion 33 is preferably made of a material that does not allow cold air (wind) to pass therethrough.

In FIG. 1, a return duct 36 that guides the air in the refrigerator compartment 6 toward the fan device 14 is provided at the rear of the vegetable compartment 7. The refrigerator main body 1 is also provided with a cold air duct for the freezer compartment 8 for guiding the cold air cooled by the cooler 13 to the freezer compartment 8 (not shown).

Next, the operation of the above configuration will be described. When cooling the refrigerator compartment 6, when the fan device 14 is driven while the compressor 18 is driven, the cool air cooled by the cooler 13 as shown by the arrow in FIG. Is introduced from the cooler chamber 12 into the cold air duct 20. The cold air introduced into the cold air duct 20 flows in the cold air duct 20 from the lower side toward the upper side, as shown by arrows in FIGS. A part of the cold air flowing in the cold air duct 20 is blown out from the respective central air outlets 30 into the refrigerator compartment 6.

At this time, since the cold air guide portion 33 is provided on the back surface of the internal duct member 21, the cold air flowing through the cold air duct 20 is collected by the cold air guide portion 33 toward the central portion in the left-right direction. Most of the air is blown out from the central air outlet 30 into the refrigerator compartment 6. In addition, the pair of cold air guide portions 33 are wider on the lower side than the upper side and are smoothly curved so as to narrow the cold air duct 20 toward the upper side, so that cold air stays in the cold air duct 20. Can be prevented.

In addition, in this case, since the overhanging portion 34 is provided on the rear surface of the duct member 21 at the left and right sides of the left and right central air outlets 30, the cold air flowing upward is overhanging. It becomes easy to guide to the central part blower outlet 30 side when it hits the part 34, and the quantity of the cold air blown out from the central part blower outlet 30 into the refrigerator compartment 6 can be increased further.

The cold air that has flowed up through the cold air duct 20 is collected at the upper air outlet 28 and blown out from the upper air outlet 28 into the refrigerator compartment 6. In this way, the cool air blown into the refrigerator compartment 6 cools the refrigerator stored in the refrigerator compartment 6 and the refrigerator compartment 6. Part of the cold air that has cooled the inside of the refrigerator compartment 6 is also supplied to the vegetable compartment 7 below, and the vegetable compartment 7 is also cooled.

When the freezer compartment 8 is cooled, the cold air cooled by the cooler 13 is supplied into the freezer compartment 8 through a cold air duct (not shown) to cool the freezer compartment 8.
According to the above-described embodiment, the following operational effects can be obtained. By providing a pair of cold air guide portions 33 on the back surface of the internal duct member 21 that covers the cold air duct 20 from the front side, the cold air blown into the refrigerator compartment 6 from the central outlet 30 in the internal duct member 21 is provided. While being able to increase the amount, it is possible to prevent the cold air from staying in the cold air duct 20 and to improve the cooling performance.

The cold air guide portion 33 is arranged from the vicinity of the central portion in the vertical direction of the internal duct member 21 to the upper portion, and is not provided in the lower portion. Therefore, the range in which the cold air guide portion 33 is provided can be reduced as much as possible, and the cold air duct There is an advantage that the lower part of 20 can be secured widely and cold air can be easily introduced into the cold air duct 20.

On the back surface of the internal duct member 21, by providing an overhanging portion 34 that is positioned beside the central air outlet 30 and projects in the lateral direction, the cold air flowing upward in the cold air duct 20 is supplied to the central air outlet. It is possible to guide more to 30 and to further increase the amount of cool air blown out from the central outlet 30 into the refrigerator compartment 6. In addition, in this case, since the overhang portions 34 are provided in a plurality of stages in the vertical direction on both the left and right sides, the amount of cold air blown out from the central portion outlet 30 into the refrigerator compartment 6 can be further increased.

(Second Embodiment)
FIG. 7 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This second embodiment differs from the first embodiment described above in the following points. That is, the pair of cold air guide portions 40 provided on the back surface of the internal duct member 21 (internal duct plate 22) is configured to narrow the cold air duct 20 upward, but the intermediate portion 40a in the vertical direction is a design panel. It has a curved shape so as to protrude to the 23 side.
