The present invention relates to a cleaning tool for cleaning by adhering fine dust, and a vacuum cleaner equipped with the cleaning tool.

。   A vacuum cleaner body having a suction port body, an electric blower, a dust collecting chamber, and a rod-like branch having a handle, the branch is configured to be detachable from the vacuum cleaner body, and the tip of this branch is located in the vacuum cleaner body A conventional vacuum cleaner that is equipped with a cleaning member such as an electrostatic mop that can be stored and sucks dust attached to the cleaning member with an electric blower when the cleaning member is stored in the main body of the cleaner. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

The prior art is a stick-type electric vacuum cleaner equipped with a cleaning member on a branch with a handle used for moving the main body of the vacuum cleaner, and can be used as a cleaning tool by removing the branch from the main body of the vacuum cleaner. is there. Therefore, there is a problem that a branch equipped with a cleaning member such as an electrostatic mop cannot be used as an attachment of a canister type or a handy type vacuum cleaner.

Moreover, if it is possible to use a branch equipped with a cleaning member such as an electrostatic mop as an attachment of a canister-type vacuum cleaner, dust attached to the cleaning member after cleaning using the branch is removed. To remove the dust, the dust attached to the cleaning member must be sucked by operating the canister-type vacuum cleaner in an operating state so that the tip of the dust suction hose is applied to the cleaning member. is there.

In this case, the operation of applying the tip opening of the dust suction hose to the cleaning member at various angles is required, which is inconvenient in operation and reliably removes dust attached to the cleaning member depending on whether the tip opening of the dust suction hose is applied. There is a problem that it cannot be done. Not only that, the cleaning member is often sucked into the tip opening of the dust suction hose in the dust removal operation, and in order to eliminate it, it is necessary to stop the operation of the electric blower each time. This is also inconvenient in operation.

In addition, the above-described conventional vacuum cleaner that cannot use a branch equipped with a cleaning member as an attachment as described above is a normal use, and the cleaning member of the branch is in the air path from the suction port to the dust bag. It is placed in the inserted state. In such normal use, dust adheres to the cleaning member disposed on the upstream side of the dust bag, which causes a dust collection failure in the dust bag.

As described above, the conventional branch having the cleaning member is not suitable for use as an attachment, and dust attached to the cleaning member is easily and reliably removed by the suction force of a canister type vacuum cleaner. There is a problem that it is difficult. Moreover, since it is a vacuum cleaner which cannot use the branch equipped with the cleaning member as an attachment, there exists a subject that the dust collection defect in a dust bag arises.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is used as an attachment including a tool cylinder, a tool shaft, and a cleaning member, and a dust-absorbing air path that guides an air current sucked into a cleaner body having an electric blower built therein. A cleaning tool detachably connected to a member, wherein one end of the tool cylinder through which the airflow can flow is opened as an entrance and exit, and the other end of the tool cylinder is detachable from the dust suction airflow path member The tool cylinder is provided with a scraping projection on the inner peripheral surface of the tool cylinder, the tool shaft is supported by the tool cylinder so as to be movable in the axial direction, and the tool shaft is positioned at the end of the insertion cylinder. In the part protruding from the entrance and exit, a hair material that adheres dust by static electricity is planted and a cleaning member formed by this group of hair materials is provided, and this cleaning member is moved along with the tool shaft by the air flow and scraped off To the tool cylinder while touching It is characterized in that it has to be written.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, it is suitable for using as an attachment and can provide the cleaning tool which can remove easily and reliably the dust adhering to the cleaning member with the suction force of a vacuum cleaner, such as a canister type. Further, according to the present invention, since the cleaning tool is equipped as an attachment to be removed from the dust-absorbing air passage member in the normal usage form of the electric vacuum cleaner, the normal cleaning without using the cleaning tool is not suitable for the collection associated with the cleaning. It is possible to provide a canister-type vacuum cleaner that can perform dust without being obstructed by the cleaning member of the cleaning tool.

Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

Reference numeral 1 in FIG. 1 indicates a canister-type vacuum cleaner. This electric vacuum cleaner 1 includes a vacuum cleaner body 2, a dust-absorbing air passage member 11, and a cleaning tool 21 equipped as an attachment.

The vacuum cleaner main body 2 includes a main body case 4 to which wheels 3 that are rotated when the main body is moved along the floor surface of the building that is the surface to be cleaned are attached. The main body case 4 includes an electric blower 5 and a dust collecting portion such as a dust bag 6. The front portion of the main body case 4 forms a dust collection chamber in which a dust collection bag 6 is detachably disposed. A dust suction port 4a is provided on the front of the main body case 4, for example, in communication with the dust collection chamber. . The main body case 4 has a case lid 7 that opens and closes the upper surface opening of the dust collecting chamber on the upper surface of the front part. If the rear part of the main body case 4 is an electrical compartment, the electrical blower 5 and other electrical components are accommodated in the electrical compartment. The intake port of the electric blower 5 communicates with the dust collection chamber. An exhaust part (not shown) for releasing the air flowing out from the electric blower 5 to the outside of the main body case is provided on the rear surface portion of the main body case 4.

The dust suction air passage member 11 includes a dust suction hose 12, an extension pipe 15, and a suction port body 18.

The dust suction hose 12 is formed by connecting the main body connecting tube 12b to one end of the flexible hose portion 12a and connecting the proximal tube 12c to the other end of the hose portion 12a. The dust suction hose 12 is connected to the cleaner body 2 by inserting the main body connection pipe 12b into the dust suction port 4a. A handle 13 is provided on the proximal tube 12c. The handle 13 is provided with an operation panel 14 having a plurality of push buttons for giving various operation commands to the electric blower 5.

The extension pipe 15 is a double-joint type having a downstream pipe 16 and an upstream pipe 17. The upstream side pipe 17 is fitted inside the downstream side pipe 16 and the insertion depth thereof can be adjusted in multiple stages. By this adjustment, the length of the extension pipe 15 can be expanded and contracted according to the user. Yes. The rear end portion 16a of the downstream side pipe 16 can be attached to and detached from the tip end portion of the dust suction hose 12, that is, the front end portion of the proximal pipe 12c.

The suction inlet 18 is for a floor suitable for cleaning the floor surface of a house, and is commonly called a floor brush. The suction port body 18 includes a suction head 19 and a connecting pipe 20. The suction head 19 has a dust suction opening (not shown) on its lower surface. The connection pipe 20 protrudes rearward from the longitudinal center of the suction head 19 and communicates with the dust suction opening via the internal space of the suction head 19. The connecting pipe 20 is detachable from the distal end of the extension pipe 15, that is, the front end of the upstream pipe 17. Further, the connecting pipe 20 can be attached to and detached from the front end portion of the proximal pipe 12 c that forms the tip end portion of the dust suction hose 12.

When the electric blower 5 is operated in a state where the dust suction air passage member 11 is connected to the cleaner body 2, the suction force thereof is collected in the dust collection chamber, the dust suction port 4 a, the dust suction hose 12, the extension pipe 15, and the suction mouth body. 18 spills over in the order described. Thereby, dust on the floor surface is sucked together with air from the dust suction opening of the suction port body 18, and the dust-containing airflow is guided to the dust suction air passage member 11 and sucked into the dust collecting chamber of the cleaner body 2. Therefore, the dust-containing air receives the filtering action of the dust bag 6 and is separated into dust accumulated in the dust bag 6 and air sucked into the electric blower 5 through the dust bag 6. The air flowing through the electric blower 5 passes through the exhaust part of the cleaner body 2 and is discharged out of the cleaner body.

Next, the cleaning tool 21 used as an attachment will be described with reference to FIGS. The cleaning tool 21 is detachably connected to the dust suction air passage member 11 and includes a tool cylinder 22, a tool shaft 31, a cleaning member 41, and a spring 45.

The tool cylinder 22 includes a stepped cylinder formed by a large-diameter cylinder 22a and a smaller-diameter insertion cylinder end 22b, a first support 23, a second support 24, and at least one, for example, More specifically, a plurality of scraping protrusions 25 are provided. An inner diameter D1 (see FIG. 5) of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a is larger than a free outer diameter D3 (see FIG. 5) of a cleaning member 41 described later.

One end of the tool cylinder 22, that is, the end opposite to the insertion cylinder end 22b of the large diameter cylinder 22a is opened as an entrance / exit 21a. The insertion tube end portion 22b is formed integrally with the end wall 21c of the large diameter tube portion 22a and protrudes in the direction opposite to the entrance / exit 21a. The insertion tube end 22 b can be attached to and detached from the dust suction air passage member 11, and specifically, can be attached to and detached from the front end of the proximal tube 12 c that forms the tip of the dust suction hose 12.

Reference numeral 27 in FIGS. 3 and 4 denotes a lock button attached to the front end of the proximal tube 12c. The lock button 27 has a locking claw portion (not shown), is rotatable about a fulcrum, and is urged by a lock spring (not shown) to connect the extension pipe 15 to the proximal pipe 12c. It is used for. As the insertion tube end 22b is inserted inside the front end of the proximal tube 12c, the locking claw of the lock button 27 is engaged with the locking recess of the insertion tube end 22b by the urging force of the lock spring. The state is maintained, and the cleaning tool 21 is attached to the hand tube 12c. Further, in this attached state, the locking claw portion is removed from the locking recess by pushing and rotating the lock button 27 against the lock spring, so that the cleaning tool 21 is pulled after this. Thus, the cleaning tool 21 can be removed from the front end portion of the proximal tube 12c. A similar lock button is also attached to the front end of the upstream pipe 17 of the extension pipe 15 so as to be connected to the connection pipe 20, and the front end of the upstream pipe 17 is utilized by using this lock button. The cleaning tool 21 is also detachable from the part.

The first support portion 23 is provided on the insertion tube end portion 22b, for example, as an end wall of the tube portion. In addition, when opening the front-end | tip of the protrusion direction of this insertion cylinder edge part 22b, the 1st support part 23 can be provided in the longitudinal direction intermediate part of the insertion cylinder edge part 22b. A plurality of vent holes 28 are formed in the first support portion 23 so as to avoid the central portion. The second support part 24 is continuously provided flush with the entrance / exit 21a side of the first support part 23, for example, on the end wall 21c of the large-diameter cylindrical part 22a. A plurality of air holes 29 are formed in the second support portion 24 so as to avoid the central portion.
Each scraping convex part 25 protrudes from the second support part 24 on the doorway 21a side, for example, from the inner peripheral surface of the large-diameter cylindrical part 22a. These scraping convex portions 25 are continuous along the circumferential direction of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a, and the inner diameter D2 (see FIG. 5) is the outer diameter D3 in the free state of the cleaning member 41 described later (see FIG. 5). ) Is smaller. The scraping convex portion 25 may be single, and provided as close to the entrance / exit 21a as much as possible to secure more opportunities for contact with the cleaning member 41 in order to remove dust from the cleaning member 41 described later. It is preferable in that it can be performed.

The tool shaft 31 is made of metal or synthetic resin. The tool shaft 31 is hollow, one end in the axial direction is closed (this end is referred to as a closed end 31a), and the other end in the axial direction is open (this end is referred to as an open end 31b). The tool shaft 31 penetrates through the central portions of the first support portion 23 and the second support portion 24 and is supported by them. The tool shaft 31 is movable in the axial direction of the tool cylinder 22 with the through portion as a guide. It is. In this way, the tool shaft 31 is supported at the two locations of the first support portion 23 and the second support portion 24, so that the tilt of the tool shaft 31 is suppressed, and the tool shaft 31 is moved substantially straight. It has become so.

The tool shaft 31 has a retaining portion 32, a spring receiver 33, and a plurality of holes 34.

The retaining portion 32 is formed so as to protrude around the open end 31 b of the tool shaft 31. The retaining portion 32 can be brought into contact with and separated from the first support portion 23. When the retaining portion 32 comes into contact with the first support portion 23 as shown in FIG. Is prevented from moving to the doorway 21a, and the tool shaft 31 is positioned in the tool cylinder 22 in the axial direction.

The tool shaft 31 is positioned by the retaining portion 32 and the first support portion 23, and has a length at which a portion 31c (see FIG. 5) on the closed end 31a side protrudes from the tool cylinder 22 to the outside. Have. The spring receiver 33 protrudes from the axial intermediate outer peripheral surface of the tool shaft 31. The portion 31c is formed between the spring receiver 33 and the closed end 31a. The length of the portion 31c is shorter than the axial length of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a, and a plurality of holes 34 are opened in the portion 31c through the inside and outside of the portion 31c. The diameter of the spring receiver 33 is smaller than the inner diameter D <b> 2 of the scraping convex portion 25, and the spring receiver 33 can pass through the scraping convex portion 25. The spring receiver 33 has a plurality of through holes 33a, but these through holes 33a may be omitted.

The cleaning member 41 is composed of a group of hair materials 41a in which a large number of hairs are implanted in the part 31c of the tool shaft 31 while avoiding the hole 34 and over the entire circumference of the part 31c. These bristle materials 41a are made of a material to which dust is attached due to static electricity, for example, a chemical fiber that can be freely deformed, and each bristle material 41a is in a state of being unnatural (in the drawing, it is easy to understand. Above, I drew straight hair instead of twisted.) Therefore, the cleaning member 41 is formed in a mop shape in which the hair material 41 a is radially planted from the tool shaft 31. The diameter D3 of the cleaning member 41 in a free state is smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a and larger than the inner diameter D2 of the scraping convex portion 25.

The spring 45 is a coil spring around which the tool shaft 31 is wound. One end of the spring 45 is supported by the second support portion 24 and the other end is supported by the spring receiver 33, and the second support portion 24 and the spring receiver are supported. 33. By this spring 45, the tool shaft 31 is biased in a direction in which a portion 31c on the closed end 31a side protrudes from the doorway 21a.

In the normal cleaning state of the electric vacuum cleaner 1, the operation of the electric blower 5 sucks dust through the suction opening of the suction port body 18 of the dust suction air passage member 11 as described above. In this case, the cleaning tool 21 is removed from the dust-absorbing air passage member 11 and is not used. For this reason, the cleaning tool 21 is arranged on the upstream side of the dust bag 6 so that the dust does not adhere to the cleaning member 41. Therefore, the dust collecting bag 6 collects dust due to the cleaning tool 21 in a normal cleaning state. There is no defect.

The cleaning tool 21 is used for cleaning a shelf, a desk or the like. Next, cleaning using the cleaning tool 21 will be described. This cleaning is performed with the cleaning tool 21 alone or in a state where the electric blower 5 is not operated and the cleaning tool 21 is connected to the proximal pipe 12c of the dust suction hose 12 provided in the dust suction air passage member 11.

In a state where the cleaning tool 21 is used, a part 31 c of the tool shaft 31 on which the cleaning member 41 is mounted is protruded from the tool cylinder 22 by the biasing force of the spring 45 as shown in FIGS. ing. In this state, the tool shaft 31 is positioned so that the retaining portion 32 of the tool shaft 31 is in contact with the first support portion 23 of the cleaning tool 21 and the entire cleaning member 41 protrudes from the tool cylinder 22. ing. In other words, since the cleaning member 41 is held in a usable protruding state, each time the cleaning tool 21 is used, it takes time to pull out the cleaning member 41 by hand immediately before the cleaning tool 21 and hold it in the pulled-out state. There is nothing.

In this state, the user may hold the tool tube 22 or the handle 13 of the hand tube 12c and operate the cleaning member 41 to lightly wipe the cleaning portion such as the shelf. As a result, the bristle material 41a constituting the cleaning member 41 is charged with static electricity by rubbing against the cleaning location, etc., so that the cleaning location can be cleaned by sucking fine dust on the cleaning location by this static electricity.

In this cleaning operation, the tool shaft 31 is attached to the spring 45 so that the cleaning member 41 enters the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a accordingly even when the tip of the tool shaft 31 is pressed against the cleaning portion. Moved against power. Therefore, it is suppressed that the cleaning location is strongly pressed and damaged by the tip of the tool shaft 31.

In order to remove dust adhering to the cleaning member 41 of the cleaning tool 21 after cleaning using the cleaning tool 21, first, the cleaning tool 21 is attached to the proximal pipe 12c of the dust suction hose 12 provided with the dust suction air passage member 11. The electric blower 5 in the main body case 4 may be operated after inserting the insertion tube end 22b of the cleaning tool 21 and connecting the cleaning tool 21 to the dust suction hose 12.

Thereby, since the vacuum suction force of the electric blower 5 spreads into the cleaning tool 21 through the dust suction hose 12, the outside air is sucked from the entrance / exit 21a of the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Accordingly, the tool shaft 31 moves downstream while being guided by the first support portion 23 having the vent hole 28 and the second support portion 24 having the vent hole 29 against the urging force of the spring 45. At the same time, the cleaning member 41 is drawn into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a through the entrance / exit 21a, and the spring 45 is elastically deformed so as to be shortened.

In this case, the pulling-in is possible by the ventilation resistance of the bristle material 41a that forms the cleaning member 41. However, in this embodiment, the ventilation resistance at the disk-shaped spring receiver 33 protruding from the outer periphery of the tool shaft 31 is low. Since it is taken into consideration, the retraction is performed more easily and smoothly. Moreover, in the present embodiment, the outer diameter D3 of the cleaning member 41 in the free state is smaller than the inner diameter D1 of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a, so that the outer peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 is the large-diameter cylindrical portion during the above retraction. It is difficult to come into contact with the inner peripheral surface of 22a. FIGS. 4A and 4B show a state in which the cleaning member 41 is drawn into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a.

Along with such pull-in, the outer peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 to which fine dust is attached passes through the scraping convex portion 25 while contacting the scraping convex portion 25. The attached dust is scraped off. At the same time, the outside air sucked from the entrance / exit 21a circulates in the tool cylinder 22 in which the cleaning member 41 is housed. Therefore, the dust scraped off as described above can be sucked into the dust collection bag 6 in the main body case 4 via the dust suction hose 12 on the airflow flowing through the cleaning tool 21.

Further, since the spring receiver 33 has a plurality of through holes 33a, in the dust removal of the cleaning member 41 described above, the spring receiver 33 gets in the way and concentrates only on the outer peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 so that the airflow passes. The air on the cleaning member 41 side is also sucked through the through hole 33a. Therefore, as the air current flows through the intermediate portion between the outer peripheral portion and the root portion (center portion) of the cleaning member 41, fine dust that has entered the intermediate portion can be removed.

In addition, since the tool shaft 31 is hollow and has a plurality of holes 34 that open to the root portion of the cleaning member 41, the air at the root portion of the cleaning member 41 passes through the holes 34 in the dust removal of the cleaning member 41. It is sucked into the tool shaft 31. Therefore, the fine dust that has entered the base of the cleaning member 41 can be removed.

As described above, the cleaning tool 21 provided as an attachment of the canister type vacuum cleaner 1 is suitable for cleaning the shelf etc. by being attached to the dust suction hose 12 of the vacuum cleaner 1 and after use. The dust attached to the cleaning member 41 of the cleaning tool 21 can be easily and reliably removed by the vacuum suction force of the electric blower 5 provided in the electric vacuum cleaner 1.

When the operation of the electric blower 5 is stopped, the tool shaft 31 and the cleaning member 41 are pushed back by the urging force of the spring 45.

A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for the items described below, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. In the description of FIG. 1, reference is made to FIGS.

The cleaning tool 21 according to the second embodiment includes rotation imparting means, such as a propeller 51, for rotating the tool shaft 31 around the shaft. For this purpose, the tool shaft 31 has an extended end portion 31d protruding outside the insertion tube end portion 22b. The extended end portion 31d protrudes in the same direction as the protruding direction of the insertion tube end portion 22b, the tip thereof is an open end 31b, and a retaining portion 32 is formed on the outer surface of the protruding base portion. A propeller 51 is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the distal end portion of the extended end portion 31d. The propeller 51 is sized to be inserted into and removed from the proximal tube 12c of the dust suction hose 12. In addition, it can replace with providing the extended end part 31a and this with the propeller 51, and can also provide the propeller 51 also serving as the spring receiver 33. FIG.

By providing the propeller 51 on the tool shaft 31, the cleaning member 41 is initially removed from the dust, that is, when the electric blower 6 (see FIG. 1) is operated, the cleaning member 41 is vacuum suctioned so that the tool cylinder 22 has a large diameter tube. When the tool shaft 31 is drawn into the portion 22a, the tool shaft 31 is rotated by the airflow passing through the propeller 51. Therefore, the cleaning member 41 is drawn into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a while being rotated together with the tool shaft 31. Thereby, scraping off of the scraping convex part 25 with respect to the fine dust adhering to the outer peripheral part of the cleaning member 41 can be ensured.

In 2nd Embodiment, the outer diameter D3 (refer FIG. 5) in the free state of the cleaning member 41 is made larger than the internal diameter D1 (refer FIG. 5) of the large diameter cylinder part 22a of the tool cylinder 22. FIG. Thereby, when the cleaning member 41 enters and exits the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a, the outer peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 is rubbed against the inner surface of the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Therefore, prior to using the cleaning tool 21 connected to the dust suction hose 12, the electric blower 6 is intermittently operated by a switch operation on the operation panel 14, and the cleaning member 41 is repeatedly moved into and out of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Thus, the cleaning member 41 can be charged with static electricity. Therefore, by doing this, the effect of sucking fine dust using static electricity by the cleaning tool 21 is enhanced.

Except for the matters described above, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, including configurations not shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. Therefore, also in the second embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved for the reason already described in the first embodiment.

A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the third embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for the items described below, the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in the first embodiment, and the description thereof is omitted. In the description of FIG. 1, reference is made to FIGS.

The cleaning tool 21 according to the third embodiment includes rotation imparting means, for example, a spiral groove 55 that rotates the tool shaft 31 around the shaft. As shown in FIG. 9, the spiral groove 55 is provided on the outer periphery of the tool shaft 31 over a range slightly longer than the length L of the spring 45 when the spring 45 is in the extended state. As shown in FIG. 9, the spiral groove 55 is engaged with the edge 24 a of the through hole of the second support portion 24 at a position where the tool shaft 31 penetrates the second support portion 24.

As described above, the spiral groove 55 is provided on the tool shaft 31 and the spiral groove 55 is meshed with the second support portion 24, so that the cleaning member 41 is in an initial stage of dust removal, that is, the electric blower 6 (FIG. 1). Since the tool shaft 31 is rotated when the cleaning member 41 is pulled into the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a of the tool cylinder 22 by the vacuum suction force by the operation of (see), the cleaning member 41 is rotated with the tool shaft 31. It is drawn into the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Thereby, scraping off of the scraping convex part 25 with respect to the fine dust adhering to the outer peripheral part of the cleaning member 41 can be ensured. In addition, as the operation of the electric blower 6 is stopped after the dust removal and the suction force (vacuum suction force) disappears, the tool shaft 31 and the cleaning member 41 are pushed out of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a by the biasing force of the spring 45. At the same time, these are rotated by the spiral groove 55 meshed with the second support portion 24.

Further, as in the second embodiment, the outer diameter D3 (see FIG. 5) of the cleaning member 41 in the free state is made larger than the inner diameter D1 (see FIG. 5) of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a of the tool cylinder 22. . Thus, static electricity can be charged to the peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 rubbed with the inner surface of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Alternatively, prior to using the cleaning tool 21 connected to the dust suction hose 12, the peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 that rubs the inner surface of the large diameter cylindrical portion 22a in the circumferential direction by continuously operating the electric blower 6 for a predetermined time. Can be charged with static electricity. Therefore, the charging of the cleaning member 41 according to these procedures enhances the effect of sucking fine dust using static electricity generated by the cleaning tool 21.

Except for the matters described above, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, including configurations not shown in FIGS. 8 and 9. Therefore, also in the third embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved for the reason already described in the first embodiment, and FIGS. 1 and 5 are referred to in the following description as needed.

A third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. Since the third embodiment is the same as the first embodiment except for the items described below, the same configurations as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment, and description thereof is omitted.

The cleaning tool 21 of the third embodiment includes a vibration means 61 that vibrates the tool shaft 31. As shown in FIG. 11, the vibration means 61 includes a rack 62, a vibration shaft 63, a vibration head, for example, a vibration roller 64, and a vibration spring 65.

The rack 62 is formed on the outer surface of the tool shaft 31 so as to extend in the axial direction of the tool shaft 31. The tool shaft 31 is prevented from rotating along the axis and passes through the second support portion 24. Furthermore, the tool shaft 31 has a through-hole 23a formed in the central portion of the first support portion 23 that is slightly larger than the tool shaft 31, and the tool shaft 31 is loosely inserted into the through-hole 23a. The tool shaft 31 is supported so as to be movable in the vertical direction in FIG. 11 with the second support portion 24 as a fulcrum.

The vibration shaft 63 is attached to a shaft support portion 22c provided at the insertion tube end portion 22b so as to penetrate the shaft support portion 22c and move in the axial direction. The vibration roller 64 is rotatably attached to the tip of the vibration shaft 63. The vibration roller 64 has a size corresponding to the rack 62 and can be inserted into and removed from a recess between the tooth portion of the rack 62 and a tooth portion adjacent thereto. The vibration spring 65 is provided by biasing the vibration shaft 63 toward the tool shaft 31, and the vibration roller 64 is pressed against the rack 62 by the bias.

By providing such a vibration means 61, the tool shaft 31 is moved in the axial direction by the vacuum suction force generated by the start of operation of the electric blower 6 (see FIG. 1), and is drawn into the large diameter cylindrical portion 22 a together with the cleaning member 41. Accordingly, immediately after the vibration roller 64 rides on the tooth portion of the rack 62 against the vibration spring 65, the behavior of dropping by the urging force of the vibration spring 65 into the dent between adjacent tooth portions is repeated. Accordingly, as the tool shaft 31 is vibrated so as to be movable in the vertical direction in FIG. 11 with the second support portion 24 as a fulcrum, the cleaning member 41 entering and exiting the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a of the tool cylindrical body 22 is obtained. Is also vibrated. Thereby, scraping off of the scraping convex part 25 with respect to the fine dust adhering to the outer peripheral part of the cleaning member 41 can be ensured.

Further, as in the second embodiment, the outer diameter D3 (see FIG. 1) of the cleaning member 41 in the free state is made larger than the inner diameter D1 (see FIG. 1) of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a of the tool cylinder 22. . Thus, static electricity can be charged to the peripheral portion of the cleaning member 41 rubbed with the inner surface of the large-diameter cylindrical portion 22a. Therefore, by doing this, the effect of sucking fine dust using static electricity by the cleaning tool 21 is enhanced.

Except for the matters described above, the configuration is the same as that of the first embodiment, including configurations not shown in FIGS. 10 and 11. Therefore, also in the fourth embodiment, the problem of the present invention can be solved for the reason already described in the first embodiment.
