Description

The present invention relates to a stuffing for a container and a method for producing the same, and more particularly, a stuffing to be placed for the purpose of a cushioning material in a packaging container such as a glass bottle or a plastic bottle containing a medicine such as a tablet or a capsule. It relates to the manufacturing method.

In general, many of the medicines marketed in the form of tablets are packaged in a bottling form, and cushioning material is used to fill the excess space in the bottle to prevent damage to the tablet in the bottle during transport. Various things are packed in bottles. Well-known examples include absorbent cotton or an appropriately sized sponge lump, or a flexible plastic film material such as polyethylene sheet that has been properly folded or rolled. Are known. There is also an example in which a dedicated plastic molded product 70 as shown in FIG.

In the case of using absorbent cotton or sponge, it is not preferable that cotton scraps or sponge scraps appear in the bottle, since there is a possibility of giving a poor impression on the quality of the drug. Further, the film sheet material simply fills the excess space in the container, has a poor buffering effect, has some difficulty in flexibility, and does not have a sufficient protection function for the contents. Furthermore, in the case of a film sheet material, a tablet may enter between the folded sheet materials, and when the purchaser removes the film sheet material from the bottle and opens it, the inserted tablet is accompanied. In some cases, the tablets were taken out and the tablets were scattered outside the bottle.

In addition, a dedicated plastic molded product is most excellent in terms of product image, but a dedicated mold is required to manufacture the molded product, which is inevitably expensive. The shape is filled in the extra space in the bottle so as to fill the space shape, and it is also a relatively hard molded product, so it is pushed into the bottle from the constricted mouth. It is not easy to load with, and a dedicated pushing device may be required. And taking out the bottle requires a lot of power, which is often difficult for women and older customers. Furthermore, depending on the shape of the molded product, the tablet may be scattered when taken out from the bottle as in the case of the film sheet material.

Problems to be solved by the invention

The present invention has been conceived in order to effectively solve the above-described conventional technical problems. The object of the present invention is therefore to be easy to insert into and out of the bottle and easy to handle, to adapt flexibly to the various shapes of the interior space of the bottle, and to tablets upon removal from the bottle. An object of the present invention is to provide a filling for a container that does not scatter and scatter.

Means for solving the problem

The container filling according to the present invention has the following configuration in order to solve the problems in the prior art as described above and achieve the object. That is, it is formed into a spherical body or a lump by an elastic net material. For example, an elastic net material can be formed into a spherical body or a lump by molding.

Further, an elastic net member having both ends opened and formed in a cylindrical shape is rolled up at one end to the other end side to form an annular winding portion, and the annular winding portion is extended to the vicinity of the other end side. It can also be rolled up to form a lump. The cylindrical net material is consolidated at one end, and the annular entrainment portion is formed by rolling the open end of the net material outward toward the consolidated end side. It is preferable to do. As described above, this consolidated part is not essential, but it is preferably formed on one end side when a lump is formed in the above-described procedure, and this consolidated part is used as a handle of the filling. Since it works, it is convenient for handling. In addition, as a structural example of a solidified part, what is based on welding is common, but as another example, you may fix with an adhesive agent or you may tie it together.

Furthermore, in the method for manufacturing a filling material for containers according to the present invention, an elastic net material having one end opened and the other end formed into a consolidated portion and having a cylindrical shape is rolled up outward. It is characterized in that it is formed into an annular winding part, and the annular winding part is sequentially wound up to the consolidated part to form a lump.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the filling for containers according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of a container filling according to the present invention. This stuffing is made by melting one end of a plastic net 10 (FIG. 2) formed in a cylindrical shape and closing it with a welding ball 11, rolling up the other end 12 on the open side to the outside and winding it in order. This is a so-called apple-like lump 13 in the form of a spherical body or a substantially barrel-shaped body. FIG. 2 shows a state before the rolling-up, and FIG. 3 shows a state in which the annular winding portion 14 is formed during the winding. The plastic net 10 formed in a cylindrical shape as a whole is displayed at a store as a bag for selling such goods, for example, containing fruits such as mandarin oranges, onions, vegetables such as potatoes, or other items. What is provided for is known, and the equivalent can be used.

The plastic cylindrical net 10 is flexible and rich in elasticity, and can be easily deformed. Therefore, in order to change from the state of FIG. 2 to the state of FIG. 1 through the state of FIG. 3, it is easy to wind outward from the open end 12 side as described above. The lump 13 as shown in FIG. 1 is very flexible and elastic in itself, and when inserted into the bottle, it can be easily obtained even if the mouth of the bottle is somewhat narrowed. It elastically deforms following the shape, and even after being inserted, it elastically deforms following the shape of the excess space in the bottle. Therefore, any shape of the bottle can be easily inserted and removed in conformity with the shape, and the extra space in the bottle can be reliably closed. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the block 13 shown in FIG. 1 is inserted into the bottle 20 whose mouth is slightly narrowed. In this state, the upper portion of the lump 13 protrudes somewhat from the mouth 21 of the bottle 20, and a gap is recognized below the shoulder portion 22 in the bottle. When the lid 30 is closed from this state, the state shown in FIG. 5 is obtained, and at the same time, the protruding portion of the lump 13 is pushed into the bottle 20 and at the same time, the lump 13 as a whole is elastically deformed following the space shape in the bottle. Thus, the gap below the shoulder 22 is almost completely eliminated. This state is a shipping state as a product. In this state, the tablet in the bottle is given an appropriate pressing force to hold it, so it has an excellent buffer function to protect the contents, and the tablet is damaged during transportation. Effectively prevent. When the lid 30 is opened in use, the state shown in FIG. 4 is obtained again, so that the portion of the weld ball 11 can be picked and pulled out and easily taken out.

In addition, the spherical body in the state of FIG. 1 is a result of overlapping the nets from the inside to the outside, and all the fibers in the nets of each layer are always overlapped while elastically projecting outward. As a result, tablets do not enter the eyes of the net. Therefore, when taking out the filling of the lump 13 from the bottle, the tablet does not jump out of the bottle along with the filling.

FIG. 6 shows a state in which the block 13 shown in FIG. In this example, a desiccant storage pocket 51 is formed at the inner central portion of the lid 50 and protrudes downward. The weld balls 11 of the lump 13 protrude slightly from the mouth 41 of the bottle 40, and a gap that is not slightly buried remains in the bottle. When the lid 50 is closed from this state, the state shown in FIG. 7 is obtained, and the desiccant storage pocket 51 pushes the massive body 13 into the bottle 40 and at the same time, the entire massive body 13 elastically deforms following the gap in the bottle, The gap in the bottle 40 can be completely filled.

FIG. 8 shows a state in which the block 13 of FIG. 1 is inserted into a bottle 20 having substantially the same shape as the bottle of FIG. In this example, an annular packing 61 protruding downward is loaded inside the lid 60. The lump 13 has already been pushed into the bottle and has entered and stopped under the shoulder 22, and the upper surface of the tablet is pressed by the lump 13. A slight space is formed in the neck portion of the mouth 21 where the bottle 20 is narrowed, but when the lid 60 is closed, as shown in FIG. 9, the annular packing 61 of the lid 60 enters this portion. The lump 13 is pressed down. In addition, since it can press with the shoulder part 22 of a bottle so that it may understand also in the example of FIG. 8, as shown, for example in FIG. 10, the lump 13 does not need to be pressed with a lid | cover.

FIG. 11 shows an example in which a plastic net is formed into a spherical body 15 and a weld ball 16 by molding. The portion of the spherical body 15 has a hollow shape inside just like a rubber ball. FIG. 12 shows a case where the spherical body 15 is inserted into, for example, the same bottle as the bottle 20 shown in FIG. Also in this example, the spherical body 15 is rich in flexibility and elasticity, and when the lid 30 is closed from the state of FIG. 12, the portion of the spherical body 15 protruding from the mouth 21 of the bottle 20 is, for example, as shown in FIG. Similarly, it is pushed into the bottle 20, and at the same time, the entire spherical body 15 is elastically deformed following the shape of the gap in the bottle, and the entire gap can be almost completely filled. Further, when the lid 30 is opened in use, the state returns to the state of FIG. 12 again, so that the portion of the weld ball 16 can be picked and pulled out, and can be easily taken out.

In the state of FIG. 2, a net having a length of 500 mm, a width of 50 mm, and a folding diameter (corresponding to a width dimension when the net is expanded to the maximum in the width direction) is 250 mm, and the open end is raised outward. About 15 times of wrapping was performed, and the final annular wrapping portion was formed into a lump having a diameter of about 50 mm and a height of about 40 mm, and this was used in a bottle as shown in FIG. In this case, the excess space height in the bottle when 200 tablets are put is about 35 mm, the lid can be closed just as shown in FIG. 5, and the tablets can be held with an appropriate pressing force. did it. Furthermore, when 250 tablets are put in the same bottle, the extra space height in the bottle becomes as small as about 25 mm. In this case, it is easy to push the lump into the bottle, and the lid is closed in the same manner. The tablet can be held with an appropriate pressing force as in the case where the surplus space height is about 35 mm. In other words, the experiment was performed by changing the size of the extra space in the bottle, but in any case, it was possible to adapt with a single lump body with almost the same convenience. Therefore, the stuffing of the present invention can always flexibly cope with the excess space of the container.

Effect of the invention

As shown in the examples of FIGS. 4 to 12, regardless of the shape of the bottle or the shape of the lid, the whole body or the spherical body is elastically deformed according to the space shape in the bottle to fill the space in the bottle. The upper surface of the tablet can be held with an appropriate pressing force. Even if the size of the mouth of the bottle is somewhat narrowed, it can be easily pushed into the bottle and can be easily removed when taken out. In addition, the tablet does not jump out of the bottle together with the lump or sphere when taking out. In addition, the plastic net does not change quality or produce waste, so the product image will not be damaged.
