前記ハンドル本体の軸方向に移動不可能で、且つ回転可能に前記ハンドル本体に配設されると共に、内周に、前記雄ねじに螺合する雌ねじと、前記テーパ面に当接するテーパ面当接部が形成された調整部材とを有し、
