Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing colored paper (hereinafter referred to as colored paper with a main shrine) used as a main shrine for festivals such as Buddhist altars.

Conventionally, there are various shapes of objects of the main shrine on Buddhist altars. Among them, the hanging-shaft type and the colored paper type that saves space while maintaining the taste of the hanging-shaft form are used relatively frequently.

As a disclosure of the above-mentioned main form of the hanging shaft, for example, in a Buddhist altar hanging shaft in which the main image is displayed on the hanging shaft, the main image is represented by embroidery on the paper, and this paper is mounted. A hanging shaft for Buddhist altars (for example, refer to Patent Document 1) is known.

As an example of such a colored paper type honen, for example, as a colored paper with a small size paper as the honen, a pedestal formed in a shape suitable for enshrining the honen, There is a well-known shaft-type main character (see, for example, Patent Document 2) characterized in that a base plate-shaped main object is disposed on the back surface of the table.

In addition, as a colored paper with a prestige that is not used in the Buddhist altar but is used as a stamp for the amulet-style main priest, for example, the front and back surfaces of an intermediate material formed of an elastic material such as a non-woven cloth, resin, etc. A base is formed by laminating a base material such as a piece, a paper piece, a wood piece, a cardboard piece, etc., and an outer peripheral edge of the base is pressed with a gold foil or the like to provide an edge, and a frame-like foil pressing part is provided on the surface of the base by foil pressing. An amulet-type colored paper with a main character (see, for example, Patent Document 3) is known, in which the main body of the main object is formed of a gold material, and the main object of the main object is arranged in a foil pressing part.

Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-228620, it is known that a main form of a hanging shaft is formed by embroidery or printing and is mounted. Here, as shown in the 11th to 12th paragraphs of Patent Document 1, the cover is created by the procedure from the center side to the outer edge side. Such a procedure is common in traditional techniques.

Such a manufacturing method can be applied not only to the hanging-paper-type colored paper but also to the colored paper-style colored paper. For example, a method for manufacturing a main shrine, which is a colored paper that includes a paper head and a pillar, heaven, and ground surrounding the head, and displays a gold leaf surface between the pillar, the heaven and the ground, and the main head. As a result, the following procedure is implemented by the applicant and the like.

That is, a gold foil paper having an adhesive layer on one side is attached to the mount with a size slightly larger than the main treasures, and the main treasures are attached thereto using glue. As the paste, starch paste or the like that hardly causes warping of the mount is used. A character is attached to the upper and lower sides of the main treasure. In addition, pillars, heavens and ground are attached. After that, the outer edge is cut, and the edge is processed manually or with an edge winding machine (edge winding process), and the edge is trimmed to complete the colored paper with the main value. By such a method, it is possible to manufacture a colored paper with a main character having a high-class feeling and a heavy texture that the main object has.

However, the bond between the paper principal and the gold leaf paper is not always sufficient, and there is a drawback that the principal is easily peeled off. In addition, when installing the main shrine at the center position of the gold leaf paper, positioning is very difficult, and it involves work that requires skill.

Furthermore, in general, the prestige arranged in the center is often particularly expensive, and if there is a situation in which sufficient quality cannot be ensured at the outer edge after the main prestige is placed and fixed in the center by the above manufacturing method, It is no longer possible to use, sell, etc., the colored paper with the original treasures that are considered defective, and the occurrence of defective products makes it necessary to prepare more original treasures in order to produce the required amount of colored paper with the original treasures. Cost increases and manufacturing efficiency decreases significantly.

Such a technique can also be applied to, for example, a miniaturized colored paper as disclosed in Patent Document 2 above. From the viewpoint of reducing the manufacturing cost, for example, it is possible to form a colored paper with the main shrine where the main shrine is displayed by printing all without printing, but the high quality of the main shrine can be achieved only by printing. , Can not demonstrate the texture with a heavy taste.

Moreover, the invention which concerns on patent document 3 is disclosing the structure which foils around the main treasure. However, the portion to be foil-foiled is limited to the area around the main shrine of the entire mount, and the rest of the mount has a structure in which the base of the mount is visually exposed. In this state, a high-class feeling and heavy texture could not be fully exhibited. Furthermore, in order to arrange the gold material on the mount, the mount is made of cloth, resin, paper, wood, corrugated cardboard, etc. and is made of a different material from metal. There is. For this reason, this defect is compensated by a method of sandwiching with a transparent or translucent thermoplastic resin sheet to improve the appearance.

Covering with a thermoplastic resin sheet has a certain effect in terms of improving the appearance and preventing the peeling of the gold material. However, the colored paper coated with such a thermoplastic resin sheet should have a high-class feel. , There is a fatal defect that can not show the texture with a heavy taste.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and provides a method for producing a colored paper with a prestige in a colored paper format that can exhibit high-quality, sufficient luxury, and heavy texture without requiring skill. Is a problem to be solved by the invention.

In the manufacturing method of colored paper with the main treasury, comprising the main treasury and a pillar, heaven, and earth surrounding the main treasury on the mount, and a colored paper displaying a gold leaf surface between the pillar, the heaven and the ground, and the main treasury. On top, a foil pressing step for continuously forming a gold foil frame constituting the gold foil surface at a predetermined interval, and a sticking step for sticking the pillar, top and ground to a mount along the outer edge of the gold foil frame, and A cutting process that divides evenly into multiple gold leaf frames and adjusts them to the specified size, and an adjustment fixing that cuts the pillars, top, and ground attached to the mount together with the mount and performs edge winding to maintain the appearance of the edges. And a method for manufacturing a colored paper with a prestige that sequentially performs a main attachment process for attaching the prestige along the inner side of the gold leaf frame. The “sequentially performing” for each step of the present invention is to determine the temporal relationship between the enumerated steps, and is not limited to performing each step continuously. This means that a new process may be added.

According to the invention according to claim 1, a colored paper that includes a principal, a pillar surrounding the principal, a heaven, and a ground on the mount, and displays a gold leaf surface between the pillar, the heaven and the ground, and the principal. In the manufacturing method of the colored paper with the present treasures, a foil pressing step for continuously forming a gold foil frame at a predetermined interval on the mount, and a sticking for sticking the pillar, the top and the ground to the mount along the outer edge of the gold foil frame. A cutting process for evenly dividing the plurality of gold foil frame units and adjusting them to a prescribed size, and cutting the pillars, tops and grounds attached to the mount together with the mount to maintain the appearance of the edges Since the adjustment fixing for winding and the main attachment process for attaching the main shrine along the inside of the gold leaf frame are sequentially performed, the column, the top and the ground are attached along the outer edge of the gold foil frame. Finally, by attaching the mount and the main stone along the edge of the gold leaf frame without the gold leaf, Because it does not adhere expensive Buddha to a final stage, it is possible to significantly reduce the fraction defective of a product to be wastefully defective expensive Buddha.

Moreover, the structure which displays a gold leaf surface between a pillar, a heaven, and the earth and the above-mentioned main treasure, the pillar, the top, and the earth are arranged along the outer edge of the gold-plated gold foil frame, and the main treasure is along the inner edge of the gold leaf frame. Therefore, the outer shape is the same as that of the colored paper with the main shrine with the gold leaf on the entire mount, and the high-class feeling and heavy texture that the main treasury has can be exhibited.

In addition, as with the installation of the main shrine disclosed in Patent Document 3, the pillar, the heaven, the ground, and the main shrine are attached based on the stamped gold leaf frame, so that positioning of these parts becomes very easy and skill is improved. The advantage that it can be manufactured without need is secured.

Moreover, by adhering a paper principal to a mount without a gold leaf, a sufficient adhesive force can be obtained, and the principal can be prevented from being inadvertently peeled off.

According to the invention according to claim 2, in addition to the effects of the invention according to claim 1, after simultaneously pressing the plurality of gold foil frames formed on the mount, the gold foil frames are divided into pieces, Manufacturing efficiency can be further improved.

According to the invention according to claim 3, in addition to the effects of the invention according to claim 1 or 2, the foil pressing step forms a positioning display portion continuously on the gold foil frame of the mount. Since positioning can be performed at both ends of the ceiling and the ground, the dimensional error can be reduced, so that the positioning of the column, ceiling and ground with respect to the mount can be further facilitated.

The present invention comprises, on the surface of a backing with a backing on the back, a paper principal and a pillar, heaven, and ground surrounding the principal, and a gold leaf surface between the pillar, heaven and ground, and the principal. In the manufacturing method of the colored paper with the prestige as the colored paper for displaying the gold foil frame, the foil pressing step for continuously forming the gold foil frame and the positioning display portion continuous with the gold foil frame on the surface of the mount, the pillar, the ceiling, A sticking step for sticking the ground to the mount along the outer edge of the gold leaf frame, a cutting step for dividing the ground evenly in units of the plurality of gold foil frames and adjusting to a prescribed size, and a pillar attached to the mount , Cutting the heaven and ground together with the mount, adjusting and fixing the edge winding to keep the appearance of the edge, and sequentially performing the book attachment process of attaching the book along the inside of the gold leaf frame, the above-mentioned pillar, The structure that displays the gold leaf surface between the heaven and the earth and the main treasures is that the pillars, heaven and earth are pressed. After placing the pillar, top and ground along the outer edge of the gold leaf frame that constitutes the gold leaf surface, the main treasure was placed along the outer edge of the gold leaf frame. In addition, the defective rate of the product can be greatly reduced by bonding the mount and the main treasure along the edge of the gold foil frame without using the gold leaf, and the outer shape of the colored paper with the main treasure with the gold leaf applied to the entire mount The high-class feeling of the main treasures, the texture with a heavy taste can be demonstrated without any change, and furthermore, the pillars, the heavens, the ground and the main treasures are attached based on the stamped gold foil frame, so the positioning of these parts is Realized an excellent colored paper with excellent honen that can be manufactured very easily, has the advantage of being manufactured without requiring skill, has high production efficiency, and does not peel off the honen from the mount.

(A) Backing step As shown in FIG. 2A, a backing paper 12 having substantially the same shape as the backing paper 11 is polymerized and bonded to the back side of the backing paper 11. Both are made of paper and can be reliably bonded using starch paste that is less likely to warp.

(B) Foil pressing step As shown in FIG. 2 (b), pillar positioning frame lines 111 and ceiling positioning lines 112 are provided on the surface of the mount 11 by hot stamping to clarify the mounting positions of the columns, top and ground by hot stamping. The ground positioning line 113 is formed. In the present embodiment, in order to produce two sheets of colored paper 1 with prestige, the corresponding gold leaf frame 110 and each side (right side 110d or left side 110c) adjacent to both sides of the gold leaf frame 110 are the left side 110c of the gold leaf frame 110. Alternatively, a column positioning frame line 111 that is common to the right side 110d, a top positioning line 112 that is partially shared with the upper side 110a of the gold foil frame 110, and a ground positioning line 113 that is partially shared with the lower side 110b of the gold foil frame 110 are arranged. It is. Note that all of the column positioning frame line 111, the top positioning line 112, and the ground positioning line 113 are simultaneously formed on the mount 11 by hot stamping by hot stamping.
