Description
Claims (15)
- 針部分と鞘部分を備える生検デバイスであって、針部分が切開閉鎖先端部を有し、それぞれ空洞の少なくとも一部が先端部から同じ間隔を有するように位置決めされた2つの空洞を針部分の両側にさらに有し、鞘部分が、2つの空洞内に少なくとも部分的に配設されたそれぞれの組織の同時区分化を可能にする先鋭化前縁部を有する、生検デバイス。
- 切開閉鎖先端部がチゼル刃として構成されている、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 切開閉鎖先端部が切開近位端部と遠位端部を有するように構成され、遠位端部が、近位端部と遠位端部との間の位置内の先端部の厚みよりも小さな厚みを有する、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 先端部が、刃の少なくとも部分を収容するように構成された長手方向のスリットを備える、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 2つの空洞の少なくとも70%が先端部から同じ間隔を有する、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 2つの空洞が針部分を通る連続的な開口部を形成する、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 針部分が少なくとも4つの空洞を両側に有する、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 針部分が空洞に部分的な真空を加えることを可能にするようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載の生検デバイス。
- 鞘部分に対する針部分の動きを使用して、対応する表面を備える2つの別々の組織サンプルを作り出すために組織を同時に区分化することを可能にするように構成され、互いに位置決めされた針部分と鞘部分を備える、生検デバイス。
- 針部分がチゼル刃として構成された切開閉鎖先端部を備える、請求項9に記載の生検デバイス。
- 針部分が、それぞれ空洞の少なくとも一部が先端部から同じ間隔を有するように位置決めされた2つの空洞を針部分の両側上に備える、請求項9に記載の生検デバイス。
- 針部分が空洞を備え、鞘部分が刃を備え、鞘部分と針部分が、鞘部分が針部分に対して移動する際に刃が空洞の長手方向軸線に沿って移動することが可能であるように構成されている、請求項9に記載の生検デバイス。
- 生検サンプル分割デバイスであって、
内腔内で生検コアを分割することを可能にするように刃が鞘内の内腔の中に位置決めされることが可能であるように刃を側壁の開口部に挿入することを可能にするように構成された第1開口部を側壁内に有した鞘を備え、
鞘が針の少なくとも一部を覆うように鞘を滑動して移動することを可能にするように構成された、生検サンプル分割デバイス。 - 刃が、刃を内腔の内外に移動させることを可能にするように構成された可撓性要素を介して側壁の外面に連結されている、請求項13に記載の生検サンプル分割デバイス。
- 鞘が内腔から分割された生検コアを取り出すことを可能にするように構成された側壁内の第2開口部を備え、さらに第3開口部を備え、該第3開口部へ吸引を加えることが生検コアを内腔内で刃を超えて移動させることを可能にするように位置決めされた、請求項13に記載の生検サンプル分割デバイス。
