Description
Claims (13)
- 金属シートから形成され、互いに近くに設けられた複数の伝熱プレート(1)と、
最も外側の前記伝熱プレート(1)の近くに設けられた第1の端部プレート(2)と、
他方の最も外側の伝熱プレート(1)の近くの第2の端部プレート(3)と、を有し、
前記端部プレート(2、3)および前記伝熱プレート(1)が、ろう付け材料によって互いに永久的に接合されて、第1のプレート隙間(4)および第2のプレート隙間(5)を有するプレートパッケージを形成しており、
各々の前記伝熱プレートが、伝熱領域(20)と、ポートホール縁部(25)によって規定されるそれぞれのポートホールを囲む複数のポートホール領域(21〜24)と、を形成するパターンを有し、
前記プレート熱交換器が、前記プレートパッケージに接合された複数の平坦な部材(50、53)であって前記プレートパッケージの方に向けられた底面(51)を有する複数の平坦な部材(50、53)を備え、
各々の前記伝熱プレート(1)が主延長面(p)に沿って延びており、
前記伝熱領域(20)および前記複数のポートホール領域(21〜24)が前記主延長面(p)から離れた位置の一次レベル(p’)と前記主延長面(p)から反対側に離れた位置の二次レベル(p”)との間を延びており、
各々の前記ポートホール領域(21〜24)が前記一次および二次レベル(p’、p”)のうちの一方に位置する環状の平坦な領域(31)を有している、プレート熱交換器において、
少なくとも1つの前記平坦な部材(50、53)は、前記底面(51)から延びて、少なくとも1つの前記最も外側の伝熱プレート(1)の前記ポートホール(21〜24)の1つにしっかりと当接する環状の突起(52)を有し、
前記環状の突起(52)は、前記二次レベル(p”)の所で、前記環状の平坦な領域(31)にしっかりと当接していることを特徴とする、プレート熱交換器。 - 各々の前記ポートホール領域(21〜24)は、前記環状の平坦な領域(31)上に配置されて、前記ポートホール縁部(26)に沿って分布した1組の内側部分(32)を有し、前記内側部分(32)は、前記環状の平坦な領域(31)からずれており、前記一次および二次レベル(p’、p”)のうちの他方まで延びている、請求項1に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記環状の突起(52)が、それぞれの前記ポートホールから見て、前記内側部分(32)の外側に配置されている、請求項2に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 各々の前記ポートホール領域(21〜24)は、前記内側部分(32)から離れた位置で前記環状の平坦な領域(31)に沿って分布し、前記環状の平坦な領域(31)からずれており、前記一次および二次レベル(p’、p”)のうちの他方まで延びている、1組の外側部分(33)を有する、請求項2または3に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記環状の突起(52)は、それぞれの前記ポートホールから見て、前記外側部分(33)の内側に配置されている、請求項4に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記プレート熱交換器はそれぞれの前記ポートホールに接合された複数の連結管(11〜14)を有し、前記平坦な部材(50)はそれぞれの連結管(11〜14)の環状の取り付けフランジを形成している、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平坦な部材(50)は、それぞれの前記連結管(11〜14)に接合された個別の部分である、請求項6に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1つの前記平坦な部材(50)は、ろう付けによってそれぞれの前記連結管(11〜14)に接合されている、請求項7に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記平坦な部材(53)は、前記連結管(11〜14)のうちの1つと反対側のポートホールに接合されている、請求項6から8のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記平坦な部材(53)はそれぞれのポートホールを覆っている、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記平坦な部材(50、53)は、少なくとも1枚の前記端部プレート(2、3)と少なくとも1枚の前記最も外側の伝熱プレート(1)にろう付けされている、請求項1から10のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 少なくとも1枚の前記端部プレート(2、3)は、それぞれの前記平坦な部材(50)のための空間を形成するために、各々の前記ポートホールの周りに隆起部(2a、3a)を有している、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
- 前記ポートホール領域(21〜24)は、第1のポートホール領域(21)と、第2のポートホール領域(22)と、第3のポートホール領域(23)と、第4のポートホール領域(24)とを有する、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のプレート熱交換器。
